From the very beginning, I could tell I was working with a company that knows what they're doing. James, the sales rep, spent no more than 45 min showing me the product, quoting me the price, and answering any and all of my questions. I can't stress enough the importance of time these days, and I really appreciated James cutting right to the points and leaving out all unnecessary fluff. With the other 2 quotes I received, I spent no less than 90 minutes, which I felt was way too long. The best part about it, James quote came in nearly 2k less than the next competitor, and over 8k less than the other! WOW!

After choosing to go with Desert King, I was impressed by their frequent updates and communication. Each person involved, from the fitter/measurer to the install crew was on-time and gave me plenty of notice prior to their arrival. Thank you! When there was an issue with one of my windows not passing Desert King's inspection, they notified me immediately and actually got another window sent faster than I anticipated! Score!

Kenny and his associate arrived at 9:15 am (I was told between 9-11am the day of install), which was perfect, to install the windows. They were super nice, respectful of my home, and did a great job installing AND cleaning up afterwards. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Overall, my experience with Desert King exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team there for an incredibly smooth experience from start to finish. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to replace their windows!

Wow! Dwayne is simply the best! Our door frame broke last night leaving wide open cracks down the entire left side. After calling over a dozen window and glass businesses who ensured that I needed a brand new door, he answered with advice to save my money and allow him to fix it! And he nailed it! Dwayne also offered a great quote for when we are ready to replace! Besides his great work, he was an absolute joy while he was here. Super happy and thankful!!!

Craig is as honest as they come and his attention to detail and care in making sure the job is perfect is something you just don't find very often. Kris and his installers are very experienced and hardworking. We had French doors put in to turn a bedroom into an office. Craig handled everything -- from ordering the doors and materials to scheduling the installer and then following up to make sure everything was perfect (it was!)

Kris worked on another project with me -- a total home remodel. He installed, hung, adjusted, and fine tuned door after door, making sure they opened and closed perfectly. He is really generous with his time!

We've had work done by other contractors before and you just never know what you're going to get. Even when the job gets done, you usually have to put up with some things that aren't quite right. That's not the case with Craig and Kris! Craig treats your house like it's his own home and won't be happy until it's JUST RIGHT!

We have had Lifetime replace windows in our home on three different occasions. Each installation was a wonderful experience. The install crews have been extremely professional and personable. Their work is excellent and the product is very high quality. The first windows we had installed 3 years ago look just as fresh as the ones we had installed today. This speaks to the quality of the entire process. Lifetime Windows and Doors really stands by their lifetime promise. Even the smallest issue is no problem to get resolved. We had a screen that was damaged by a cat and Lifetime repaired it upon request.One window installed last May had a slight crack in the frame. I would not have ever seen it, and it probably would have never been a problem but the installers saw it. They put in an order to replace the whole window!I could not be happier and can't say enough good things about this company.

Tried calling several times because I needed a window replaced but the phone just rang and rang. They happened to be right near me so I drove by their address and the business that's there is Diamond Granite??? Obviously I went elsewhere.

Their work is excellent and they did exactly what they said. I had 2 window regulators repaired, one for a car and one extra that I had. I put it back in the car and it fit and worked perfectly. Our house was in dire need of window screens, so my wife and I contacted Econ Windows. Jason was very knowledgeable and detailed throughout the entire process (from quote to install). We highly recommend Econ Windows!

When I bought my home in 2019, I bought a home that had used Window World to install 5 windows and a sliding door several years prior. They were able to transfer the warranty over to me for a $50 service charge. No worries there. Standard stuff. The windows definitely are higher quality and well functioning compared to the others.

The reason for my 5 star review is I called them out to do an estimate on replacing a different sliding door that they had not done. Instead, the salesman, Guy, gave me some tips and pointers on how to repair the door and make it function better rather than spend $2,000 on a new one.

He could have easily sold me a door and got the sale. However, I have a working door now, and they'll be the first place I call when I'm ready to replace the next doors or windows.

Replacement windows (6) and 1 patio door. Horrible service never returned calls, did not show up numerous times. Sliding door screeches whenever open or close. Screens don't fit some windows properly, one window is completely undersized for the frame so does not close. Problems never resolved still over one later! Do not recommend. Now filing manufacturers warranty claim to try to get help!
