The ductwork in my attic was in terrible shape. I think the extreme heat and lack of proper duct installation and support caused major parting of some of the ductwork in 4 places. I discussed the problem with the tech before he did the repair and could not have asked for a better repair plan. He also sent me before and after pictures of the work that indicated a first-rate professional job.

Some of their guys were great but I had one that I'm pretty sure was on some type of amphetamine and I had another guy come in just to do the standard HVAC maintenance but he Left a pool of water on my floor at each of my AC intake vents and left his booties at my door. Every time they were here they tried to sell me on something I didn't need and even with the discount they were overpriced compared to the other companies that came and gave me offers

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I am so pleased with his work and will continue to use this company should any further plumbing issues arrive in the future. Thank you Tom!

The experience was not great at the start. The first plumber was not professional. Service and quality improved dramatically with the 2nd plumber and the job was completed to our satisfaction.

Did an excellent job -- as usual -- performing our seasonal system maintenance. Patrick, the technician, did an excellent job.

After years of other companies sending service technicians / salemen to do repairs or maintenance, it was refreshing to have a a technician come out and service the system. I was surprised when he was done that there was not a single item that I should consider doing. No doom and gloom, so up sell, very reasonable.

Our Serviceman was Steven. He was wonderful. He repaired one toilet that was leaking and also checked another toilet and explained the reason it was not flushing probably. I will definitely use Day and Night A/C and Plumbing again.
