Found on yelp and selected this business due to reviews and WBE. Everyone i spoke to was professional, curtious, and helpful. Was able to get same day service, which was amazing. Josh came out and got our faucet replaced quickly with no problems. Will definitely call again for other needs.

Ex employee the boss is very un professional at work he keeps works last checks he cuss's employees like dogs never pays what he's supposed to and bother his children are illegals to this country he works them under minimum wage he laughs about over charging customers one day everything is fine the next your being cussed and degraded

We had a toilet leak. They were able to come same day some other companies couldn't come till next day or every next week.

I see many five stars which made me chose them. My experience not so good. They came out quickly and installed a new water heater the very next day. My home owners gave me authorization to go outside contracted Plummer's due to no one in the area. All my home owners needed was a call from the plumber. I was calling when he said why are you calling them they aren't going to help. I tried to explain that they would but he was not going to work with me. I still called them and told them what he said. My water heater was over 20 years old and I had to keep it on high which caused a high gas bill. I asked about flushing it out and he said he could but more than likely would not help because it's old and hard water caused a mess inside. Also showed me corrosion and a leaky connection. All I needed was that statement on a report and Old Repulic would reimburse me. I have call Ben Franklin five times. Old Republic supervisor had called them several times for the report. Today I was told by BF that they will contact their VP. Wondering if this was just a hard sale to an elderly female. Old Repulic is shocked that the manager had not taken care of this issue after telling me several times they would. I get told different stories every call. Just because they are not contracted with my home owners does not mean they would not pay I had an authorization. I guess they got their money so all is good in their word but not mine I had to charge $1700 dollars on a charge card and I'm below poverty level. Shame on you if it was your personal money I bet you would take care of it immediately

We had a wonderful experience with Curtis the sales rep and all the installers. Had a mIni split installed and an additional outlet in our sunroof. All the guys were very polite, extremely conscientious, and meticulous in cleaning up. [Mini split installers and the elevtricians]Would recommend Parker and Son's for any services needed in your home..

So i've been doing a lot of work on our house over the last year or so and wanted to run a gas line from the meter to our stove and to our bbq. I had originally gotten estimates from about 5 different places and Apache was very reasonable based on all of the estimates I was given. However, even their estimate was a bit more than i was prepared for at the time so I put it off. Fast forward a year and now, knowing the expected prices I called Apache back and set up the gas run. I received an updated estimate with 2 different prices based on 2 different run options. Called them back (Monday), advised them which option I wanted and was able to schedule the work for the upcoming Friday. They showed up on time and got right to work. Frank and Richard are both great guys and very friendly. I had laid some pavers last year and asked that the line be run under the pavers up into the bbq and they were able to accommodate. The caveat being that the run was only a couple feet otherwise, i would have had to go a different route. It took them a total of 2 days to get the work done and the only reason it even took that long was the ground being so hard to get under the pavers. The company on the first day even sent a 2nd crew out to assist to try to get it done. Frank and Richard came back out the 2nd day and wrapped it up early first thing in the morning. Apache also took care of the permit piece as well; we got inspected 2 days later and were given the green tag. It was late in the day that we were given the greenlight so Apache wasnt able to come until the 2nd day after the inspection which was completely understandable to me, even beyond my expectations as I expected their calendar to be full but they were there and backfilled the trench and even went so far as to help me hook up the conversion kit to the grill! Very nice guys and Dorothy in the office is super friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to use Apache again... in fact, I'm about to install a bib in the garage at my water softener (wash cars without spotting) and will definitely be using Apache for that as well. After calling I was given an immediate time and quote to inspect our project. A text message came with a photo of the plumbing tech, his background and his certification and rating ( out of 5). I received another call telling me when the tech would arrive. He was timely. All options for my job were explained. The plumbing tech was respectful and since it was very rainy day he wore protective booties for the flooring.

Honestly, with any new house purchase there's much to consider with what problems lie behind the scenes on a property, plumbing being one of the largest concerns (simply because it can easily be exponential issue that isn't always foreseen)-- but, Simon made that "inevitable" easy, and convenient by customizing his schedule to fit mine, was extremely reliable and always on time, he thoroughly explained what was needing done and why, and walked me through it step by step. I've called on Simon to replace plumbing 6ft down, for basic plumbing maintenance, and a water heater replacement. Simon is always on time, and personable. All-in-all, I'd recommend him being the satisfied customer, though he goes above making it seem like a long time friend. Superb.

I want to thank Jesse for the work he did on one of my rentals. the floor was very wet and we thought it there was a leak(s) under the subfloor. Jesse quickly assessed the problem and it was some of the pipes under the sink. He had all the parts and quickly fixed the problem. I told him my sister also had a leak on the outside faucet and one of the toliets were leaking. I asked him if he could look at this another day--he said I can go now and look at it. He went and again had the needed parts and fixed both problems for a very reasonable price. He seems to enjoy his work and likes people. I would use him again and would highly recommend him. thanks Jesse!
