Communication was top notch! Christina went above and beyond with scheduling me quickly and with calling me before and after the appointment to make sure I was in the loop as I was out of town when our emergency happened— our college aged son was home etc. Christina had double duty of calling him to clarify his class schedule and keeping me up to date. She was gracious and kind.The technician, Nate, was thorough and had the issue fixed promptly. He communicated with our son during the appointment and educated him as well (He had attempted to fix the issue on his own) Our son paid at the house with a cc and I was immediately sent a detailed invoice to my email. The entire process was one of the smoothest and most professional service experiences we’ve had in a very long time.Keep up the good work Robbins Plumbing. We hope to not be in plumbing crisis again but if needed in the future I can’t imagine calling anyone else!

I needed a pressure reducing valve installed on my home. After calling around, Diamondback Mechanical offered the competitive price. Not sure if he is the owner but Steve Herzog called me back very quickly to schedule the installation. The plumber (Scott Andrews) was timely, did the job well (no leaks and reduced the pressure going into the home), and had no problem answering my questions as he did the work. If asked by buddies, I'd recommend this company.

I reached out to Ben Franklin late on a Saturday and to my surprise received an email reply on Sunday morning. The tech (Shade) arrived shortly thereafter that morning and quickly diagnosed a very obscure problem where the builder incorrectly connected a hot water feed at my tub to cold water. Even though we had to open up the ceiling, Shade surgically opened up the precise spot where the repair needed to be done and quickly addressed the issue. He was very open and transparent throughout the repair, much appreciated!

Water Softener and necessary piping installed. Great service! Logan Porter & Paul Barberior are very nice, conscientious and have a great work ethic!! A rare find in this day and age.

Not happy that we had a scheduled appointment between 12-2. Tech showed up alittle after 5 then had to wait 15 minutes for a Manager to give a quote. Quote was very high and at that point it was near 6pm and a 4 hour job. The 89.50 service charge after waiting all day was the icing on the cake. Only good was Steve( the tech) was friendly and understanding. Definitely a huge waste of my time and money

Wonderful experience. I requested a quote on the website, received a call in 5 min and Simon was at my door in less than 30 min. I had no hot water and wasn't able to re-light the pilot. The situation was quickly evaluated and explained. I was given clear information and options. He was able to get the water heater turned on in a few min. When it needs to be replaced i have Simon's Plumbing in my phone. available 24/7. Professional, quick, informative!

This guy is abusive, misogynistic and plain rude. I had contacted him few days ago for a quote and he abused me for asking whether he can do better. I am seeking legal action now. Please check the reviews on Yelp, do not engage him.

Pruitt's was able to get a tech over on a Friday afternoon to install a water heater. They saved us a weekend of cold showers and that was worth 5 stars alone! The price was great and the tech did an equally great job. Will highly recommend.
