Was recommended by a coworker and had a person come out for a quote. She (the owner’s daughter) was not very professional and not at all prepared for the in home quote/consultation. She was not rude or anything at all just did not seem very knowledgeable about the product and was not able to answer detailed questions we had. Decided to go with another company because my vibe felt off.

Excellent service from the begining when they gave us our no pressure, hassle free quote. Next step they sent a professional to measure, on time and very informative. Then delivery of windows, they called to schedule and installers arrived on time. They were very courteous, wore masks and gloves and cleaned windows spotless. They also cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

We ordered our first door in January of 2021. We were just delivered our 4th defective door today (3/1/2022). Paint was chipping horribly off the first 3 doors so they sold us a door that cost over twice as much because they said the paint would be better. Of course this door came today with a defective/broken frame. I am beyond frustrated with this company.

The only reason I gave a second star is because some of this might not be their fault. If the places they order these doors are this bad, please stop selling them. After being out thousands of dollars for these doors, I expect something to be done about my experience.

I called a few window companies in the valley. No one cold help me. I was either hung up on or placed on a very long hold. As soon as I called True View, I found exactly what I was looking for. They have me a quote over the phone and had a representative out to my home for glass replacement that very next morning. Thank you True View.

Called Sunny State Glass to replace a window that broke due to my kids horseplaying near the window. The installer arrived earlier than expected(which was great for me). The installer Duane went above and beyond to replace my window in a very timely manner. He was very professional and did an AMAZING job! I highly recommend them!!

Both for the estimate and the actual installment, the guy was early. Dude was very friendly, professional, and made the whole process fast and easy. No waiting around for 4 hours for someone to show up and it took less than an hour for 2 windows to be replaced. We are happy with the services provided!

Every part of the process was excellent. From the estimate to the finished work. Window World came in a little less expensive but Craig's presentation and answering all our questions helped make the decision to hire Vision to do our work an easy one. The installation was done in a day and was exactly what was promised at the exact price promised. Would recommend highly.

As a high end contractor in the valley, it is hard to find a good sub but given in finding a great sub like Alex and his team at Everlasting Window & Door they provided competitive pricing and quality work!

Spent a lot of money on new windows. We did not want retro-fit and we’re ensured they would rebuild the frames. They did retro-fit anyway, claiming it wasn’t retro-fit because they did stucco patch. Several of the windows are installed unevenly resulting in a gap where they open. They mis-measured a window and we still haven’t received it. After the first rainstorm, water poured in one of the windows. I’ve been trying to contact them for a month with no response. The strips they use to hide the gap from the retro-fit windows started peeling off within weeks. We regret ever getting new windows here. Don’t make the same mistake.Update 1/6/23: After this review, I was contacted by the company about the leaky window. No explanation or service was offered to address the crooked windows. They did a water spraying test but couldn't find the leak. I now have to wait for it to leak again and take a video for them. Our mis-measured window finally came in 3 months after being ordered. we scheduled to have them install it. Morning of installation (after we had arranged to stay home from work), we get a call that they opened the window packaging and it's damaged. We now have to wait for another one to be ordered. Again, don't make the same mistake with this company that we did.

Service was prompt and quality is unbeatable.

The Krasiva weather shield vision 2500 are the windows we felt would be perfect. They look outstanding and make our house look so much nicer. The installation only took 1 1/2 days and went perfect with no issues no problems. So happy with the company and product.

This is the 2nd time I've used the services of Power Window Repair and I can't be happier (not happy the window mechanism broke!), and I highly recommend them! They use all metal products replacing your old plastic parts, and they warranty the work for life!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Freelite provided new windows throughout our client's home. We are a general contractor. Freelite was a subcontractor. Their installers are stellar. The lead installer is customer focused and properly trained. They left the jobsite clean. We highly recommend Freelite for new windows for homes.

I was very happy when I found Econ windows. We have many windows in our house and we wanted to make the right choice picking a window company. Great service and product. We highly recommend this company.

Windows took about three months to make. From quote to install it was great. They called us to see if we would like to install the windows due to a back order on the screen door. So we paid in full for everything and now over a month later still waiting for the screen door. Yet there was never any mention of this when we placed the orders on the window or even during the process there was a back order. I called to get an update on the screen door and was pretty much told, We don't know when it will come in and that was it. I checked with our rep that sold the windows to us and said I need the call the office, which I have already done. We should have waited to pay for everything since technically the job is not complete, we might have gotten our screen door sooner. There also was no offer to refund the screen door or make accommodations until it comes in. Please make sure you get everything you pay for before you pay for it all.

Big thanks to Thomas, Brian, and Jason. We couldn't be happier with our new windows and sliding door. Huge improvement over the stock builder grade windows. The no nonsense unbiased expertise provided in selecting our windows was refreshing to say the least. No gimmicky sales pitches or bias towards a manufacture. Just facts. Not to mention no one could beat their prices! Highly recommend Red Rock Windows & Doors!

Dependable Glass did an awesome job removing my old shower doors and replacing them with something much more modern. They were on time and finished in less than two hours. They cleaned up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend them.
