They deliver high quality work and are extremely easy to get a hold of before, during and after your project and provided me with a scaled, hand-drawn plan so you know exactly what to expect before any work is started. No matter what you are looking for, Sean works with you to transform and create your perfect outdoor living area.

Starting with the estimate process, Chris at Lonestar was transparent in setting up what we could expect from the company from pricing to quality to timing. What I liked most was that he stuck to just what we wanted and only suggested upgrades to specific items when there was a meaningful value add to our project. Because of this, of the 3 estimates we got, it was both the lowest price and best value for what we were looking to accomplish.

There was a short time where we felt a lack of communication between when we paid our scheduling deposit and actually getting on the schedule. The reality is, there's no perfect way to predict when one job ends and the next begins and once we expressed concern over the lack of communication, they were quick to keep us up to date on when our project would start.

The end result is really phenomenal for what we paid. The minor adjustments we asked for after the work was done were taken care of within a day. We got more done for less money than another local landscaper had already done in our yard, and we will certainly reach out to Lone Star first when it's time to do more work.

If you're looking for a quality contractor that you can put your faith and trust in to get the job done well and set your mind at ease, then look no more. If you're looking for cheap work, questionable quality, delays and poor communication then you have a lot of options. Straight Line isn't the cheapest but they are the best overall value.

From the get go, we had a landscape designer in Holly who could see our vision but then helped enhance it. She doesn't just draw, she designs. Straight Line's team was very professional, highly organized and the installers were craftsmen. Their teams have been together for many years so they really know how to get jobs done well. They come in with a large group and knock it out, rather than having a few people show up a couple days each week. Travis is highly knowledgeable and great with finding solutions and options to unforeseen obstacles. They put everything in writing which eliminates the he said she said that is rampant in contracting. Bottom line, you can trust them to do what they say and ensure that you're 100% satisfied with your job. They warranty their work as well and they jumped right on the warranty issues that did come up. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Our backyard is a focal point and the place we love to hang out. It's our house that tends to host the neighborhood events and it wouldn't be so without Straight Line.

We had Ground Zero do our Backyard and we are very very happy and pleased with the work that was completed. Chad and his crew was very professional and knowledgeable. We are already planning our next Landscapeing project with Ground Zero this summer. We highly recommend them they are TOP NOTCH in every aspect of Landscapeing and outdoor construction.

I've been using BJ's landscaping for a couple years I am very satisfied with the work. They're very flexible I need a date changed. Whenever there is a problem they let me know about it and if I have one for them there immediately able to correct it. Prior to them I went through three different landscapers. When I ask them to do a certain area but I want more attention to did you exactly as I wanted

I had high hopes for this organization after reading some of their reviews. I reached out to them in August and had Mitchell come out to view my home. He was a very nice guy, gave great suggestions and I was sold on using them after our meeting.

A few weeks go by and I don’t hear anything. I followed up, and received a half baked apology. Weeks go by again and I hear nothing. I called the main office and find out he doesn’t work there anymore. As of 10/21/2021, I’ve been passed around, apologized to several times, and I still don’t have a design. I’ve called 12 times, and each time promised someone will help me. I’ve decided it’s not worth it. I shouldn’t have to beg a company to take my money.

Great work, communication, and professionalism. Huge change it my yard’s appearance and their work lasted for quite a while before I had to address any weeds again. Plan to schedule another yard clean up soon!

Nathan has excellent knowledge of landscaping. He returns phone calls in a timely manner. He provides options and listens to what you want. He has completed 3 projects for us. They were larger projects and he completed them in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for hardworking, competent, honest and knowledgable landscapers.

When you tell someone, you're going to come, then come when you say you will. Eddie, a man is only as good as his word!

They rocked it. Literally and figuratively.

They redid our backyard in pavers, rock and faux grass. And it is beautiful. Great for the kids. Great for us! One of their smaller projects maybe, but big for us, and it totally upgraded our lifestyle, giving so much more function to our backyard.

Go with this company if you want your yard destroyed like they destroyed mine. Tree trimmers went through my yard like a herd of buffalo, damaging plants and just letting big limbs they cut fall on fragile plants. When I confronted them about it the Foreman said: They will grow back. Called company to complain and they send a Manager out. He exclaimed how horrible the damage was and went around taking lots of notes. When he left, he drove off and left his notebook in the front yard! They are a bunch of non-caring screw-ups.

Zeferino finished my courtyard last week, and I couldn't be more pleased. He is extremely hard working, and professional. He listened, and gave ideas that I really liked. I plan to use ZTA again when I want to do my back yard. Don't hesitate to call Z, you will be happy with the results!

Luis and his team are fantastic! Luis came out to give us a free estimate and we have been using Landscaping Authority ever since. They even installed and educated us on the use of our watering system. Luis even built us a beautiful custom planter for our new babmboo plant! We are very picky and went through two companies before Landscaping Authority. We love their service and dependability. I would highly recommend this company!

We've used Ivan just recently and it's been the worst experience dealing with a landscaper. Weeds where cut with a weed wacker and the bush in front of my home wasn't even shaped properly. When I asked him to addess it, he said he would but a week went by and I never heard from him. Don't waste your time with this company.
