A.P.E.S, specifically Patty and Barrett, have given us outstanding service. Patty is very responsive to our needs and gets us connected with Barrett, our plumber, in a very timely way. We can not say enough about the terrific service Barrett provides. Barrett is extremely friendly, very respectful, and knowledgeable. Whenever there is an issue, he gives us clear explanations that justify his recommenadtions. Barrett has become a trusted friend.

We called Hays because they were the #1 recommended company on the Trane website. I’m glad I made the choice. Jerry came out to our house to do maintenance on our Trane XR17. Jerry and Hay’s did a great job, I like to know how things work and Jerry was nice enough to show me. We signed up for their maintenance plan on the spot. I would highly recommend Hays to my friends and family.

Troy Schumacher was great. I called at 6:00 and Troy showed up at 8:15. He was great to work with and made quick work out of our issue. He gave us some good advice on preventative maintenance and was very professional. Would definitely have Troy out again.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

The service tech that came out to Fairmont gardens this week said the leak was irrigation,. It was not it is a leak off the main. Plus the guy was somewhat inappropriate with a resident. We should not be charged for a service call, I still have a leak and have a different company coming out today.

Brett just finished our complete checkup/cleaning of our air conditioner. He called before arriving on time; did a thorough inspection; took pictures of his work and explained everything he did. Their venting cleaning division did an awesome job cleaning our vents from our remodel as well. Highly recommend!!

During the summer and a week of over 100 degree temps our AC went out, the blower motor to be exact. We were referred to Desert Diamond after waiting for another company that our warranty company had contracted. We were so disappointed with the delays and customer service from the other company that we called and opted to pay out of pocket with Desert Diamond. The part we needed had to be ordered but Mario took care of us and installed a temporary blower motor to get us through the weekend and until he got the right part. While this was a expensive repair the service was impeccable and I was happy to give our money to this business instead of letting our warranty company pay the other business at zero cost to us. Hopefully we don't have any AC issues again but if we do we are calling Mario at Desert Diamond Mechanical.

Jesus and Moses installed a new system at my little 1928 historic renovation project. When there was trouble the this summer, Tiffany scheduled Jesus to come the next day, and the fix (a bad capacitor) was simple, he was here a half hour, and everything was under the OEM warranty. What a great team!

I would always hear their commercials on the radio about the company name being hard to spell - it just sort of stuck in my head I guess. Then one morning, everyone in the house is complaining that there wasn't any hot water. I went in to check on the water heater - only to find it was flooding everywhere - coming out of the top. Some type of valve had failed and it was a mess. I remembered that hard-to-spell company name and decided to give them a shot.

To my surprise, the rep came out within a hour or so - that same morning. He educated me on a few tips - like not needing to shut off the water to the entire house in a situation like this - and a few other tips, but as for the water heater - it was toast and already beyond the warranty it had.

There was zero sales pressure for a specific water heater - and instead, he spent quite a bit of time with my wife and I going over the many different options they had for replacing one.

Once again to my surprise, after we picked one - he was already on the phone with a crew and the installation was set for that same day - no extra charges for an emergency situation or anything like that. The crew came out a couple hours later and they, too, were very polite and professional - discussing everything with me before they started touching anything. There was some additional work that had to be done because of the allignment of my exhaust piping - but they all stayed there for the rest of the day - making sure the system was installed that very same day as promised.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their customer service, installation, and products. The entire team has been lovely.

One technician from Klein Heating and cooling checked my furnace, which had been on and off, and ensured that it was working. He was efficient, very personable, and explained everything he was during his inspection. He suggested follow up service in the fall. Communication with him both prior to the call and after was excellent and very professional. The service charge was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Gerardo was very professional upon calling for a quote. He was so kind to make sure we had a technician out early the next day as our AC was non functioning on a 115 degree day. Jesus, the HVAC tech, and the gentleman who came along with him very polite and offered to vacuum after the install. They were done in under 4 hours. We couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Sun Devil.

This company is the best! Roxanne was very quick at getting back to me and getting us scheduled. The guys showed up on time on time and were very professional and helpful. I will definitely call them again!
