Paid 129 bux for one visit. Soon after, the invasion of bugs came and still had scorpions. I know all companies were getting bombarded because of it and waited to call. This bit me in the butt because when I called, I was past the 14 days window.. My attempt in trying to be nice, did not matter to them.EDIT: Gerritt, the manager, called me to let me know they wanted to schedule a respray on the outside. I appreciate the gesture.For anyone using them, a one time spray has a 14 days timeframe to call them if issues were to arise with bugs. If you are on their regular plan, no timeframe.

They sent out their great worker, Sal, who was so helpful and easy to talk to. He explained step-by-step everything that he was doing and how it would help me with my issue. On top of all this, Sal was met with a bigger problem than expected from the ants (they had taken over more space than we anticipated) and the company completely honored their affordable price! Once they have your money, they are unresponsive. We had to remove their bait stations for a remodel. They wouldn’t return calls, so we removed them ourselves. Once to remodel was complete, I called 3 times a week, for 6 weeks to get a call back. Every time I asked for a manager or supervisor until finally my little game ended when an appointment was scheduled. Then no one showed up. Called the manager’s personal cell and got rescheduled. This time tech put stations wherever he thought was good, leaving large unprotected areas, and stations randomly placed all over the yard. Another tech had to come out and fix the mess created and even placing additional stations because first guy hadn’t done it right. If we had another $1500 we’d change companies.

My exterminator Danny was proffesional and courteous. He definitely was worth the call, he handled the situation and had great advise. Will definitely use and refer friends and family. Thanks

I had to find a place to get rid of rats for an elderly family member out of town. I called Watchdog and talked to someone in the office and they sent someone out to take care of the job within 4 hours. The price seemed pretty decent and they were the first people who were able to come out right away. I will call them in the future!

Arrow came recommended through a friend. We were advised we needed a bug man when we moved to Surprise, AZ from Chicago. They came out quickly and did a thorough inspection. Said we were in great shape and just needed the preventative treatment. Great communication as well.

Thank Heavens for the guys at Bug Science! The scorpions, crickets and other bugs at my offices were out of control! A friend referred me to these guys and I am so happy. The only bugs I see are the ones on their back now. The stuff they use works! and its safe as well. They are really great and nice guys and really happy to recommend them!
