We had Bill’s termite come out and do an inspection on a home we bought. They were very knowledgeable and gave us a great price. Later that same week Chase was out treating our house. He did an amazing job and we could not be happier. He gave us all the information to help us do what is best for our home. We will be having them out every year, from now on to check that everything is good. Also to have our regular monthly pest control. Big thank you to everyone at Bill’s Pest and Termite Co.

I have used Insectek at two different locations in the past seven months and they have been fantastic! Responsive, flexible when I have had to change my schedule, friendly and most importantly....extremely effective!!I had temporarily moved into a furnished rental property that was located on a lake back in July and immediately saw an issue with cockroaches and flying ants, as the property had been left vacant with no service being provided over the summer months. YUCK! Not being used to anything like this in all of my previous homes, Insectek came in immediately to help and spent quality time treating the property inside and out. Their staff members took the time needed to check out the issues and determine the root cause of each problem which definitely calmed my fears. After just a few visits the issues were gone! I was so pleased with the quality and effectiveness of their work, not to mention their stellar customer service when scheduling or rescheduling. Wayne and John have been especially terrific!Loved their work so much that when I bought my house, I brought them along as my new exterminators.Wayne especially has been fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and has educated me on a myriad of issues at the first condo I rented and more recently at my new house issues like what happens when you are away for a few weeks and your drains haven’t been used. Since City Wide has been handling the pest control for our church campus, when we find bugs, they are dead, and that includes scorpions! We used to have frequent scorpion sightings, but now we rarely see them and if we do, they are typically dead! The techs are also friendly and helpful, so overall, our experience with City Wide Pest Control has been fantastic!

Complete Pest Management did a great job at a great price to treat my house for termites. They explained everything beforehand and were very professional.
