These guys were great. Called them on Wednesday. They came out the same day, provided an excellent quote. They came the following Monday when my schedule allowed and did amazing working. Don’t think about using this company a moment longer. Call them now!

We sold our home and hired Special Ops to come out last minute and clean for the new buyer. They were there as planned, even a little early which is great, they sent extra help too! The ladies that cleaned were thorough and friendly, they did a great job! The house looked sparkling and smelled amazing when we left. Their customer service is exceptional too! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I was looking for a good pressure washing company in Scottsdale to clean the exterior of my house .After calling many companies listed in Scottsdale with no response I came across AZ Power Wash Pros. The entire process from the gal who answered the phone to the guys who did the work was excellent. They were very informative and provided great communication. While they did end up being a little late because of a previous job taking a little long the office called to let me know they were running a little behind ahead of time as well as the guys calling to let me know when they were on the way. Superb communication in my book. They guys were meticulous with the detail of cleaning and exceeded my expectations. I will definately be using this company again.

Great staff that is always on time, I've had other house cleaners show up late or say they're not available at all many times in the past. They do a thorough job and have great customer service.

We had used this company for over a year. Having the same team for most of the time with newbies in and out. There were many issues with the company, but the biggest issue was their respect for our home and us.

The staff is completely careless when it comes to cleaning our home. More recently and why we decided to end services was a lack of common sense in addition to respect for our home. One of the staff members unplugged a refrigerator in our gym. I didn't realize the refrigerator was unplugged until the next day. When I mentioned this to the company they said that their employees stated they never touched that fridge. Thankfully we have an in home camera which caught one of their employees unplugging the fridge to plug in a vacuum. There are two outlets and one wasn't being used. There was absolutely no reason for them to unplug the fridge.

We have a custom bedroom lamp that they broke and never mentioned to us. During an overview on their way out I noticed the shade wasn't looking right when I looked into the master bedroom. One of the cleaning ladies had applied so much pressure to the top of the lamp, that it broke the metal support connector around the lamp. Not only did they break the lamp, they were leaving and didn't notify us that they had broken the lamp.

Based on previous instances, they probably would have said that they didn't break the lamp. Another occasion the ladies used their vacuum and broke off one of the plugs and left it in our outlet. When I mentioned this to the company office manager, she said it wasn't them.

There are only two people who live in our household, my husband and I. We have a strong attention to detail and an eminent care for our home. There are also communication issues with the staff. The leader and the main point of communication while they are onsite cleaning, doesn't have strong English communication skills. Which lead to other issues as well.

I personally feel that some of the issues were a direct result of their staff being overbooked or having another appointment right after ours, which resulted in rush jobs.

As a business owner, if my customers had experienced any of these issues, I would have personally reached out to them to correct these issues immediately and would have also provided immediate training and/or a revised assessment of my current staff. To this day, we have never heard from the business owner. All in all, it shows they don’t value our business and never made an effort to correct these issues in a professional manner.

Excellent work!! Just a pleasure to work with this company from start to finish! My windows have never looked better and I have already booked them for next spring!

I have been using this company for almost a year. I schedule cleanings once a month since having two children under two. Some crews that show up do a great job. But the experience I had today was unreal. Two ladies come and I noticed that they have children in the car. I invite them to bring in what I thought was maybe two or three kids. No, they have six total children plus a baby that they planned on leaving in the car during the cleaning appointment! The kids came and sat down for maybe five minutes and then started taking out my children’s toys and throwing things and refusing to sit so I asked the ladies to leave and explained I would cancel this appointment and reschedule for another day. On top of this, they even asked me if I had a vacuum they could use! Anyway, They refused to leave and said that since they had drove so far, that they would just leave the kids in the car and continue cleaning. I said no please don’t leave them in the car I would just feel more comfortable if you rescheduled. They could not really understand me much. I got on the phone with the manager and they could not reschedule me until next week. When the house cleaners left, they left trash bags on the floor, some cleaning products in my bathroom, and some personal clothing. Because of this major inconvenience they offered me one free cleaning.. I accepted, but after this I will certainly not be using pretty in pink cleaning anymore.
