Beebe's Pest, Termite and Bee Service LLC

My townhouse rental ended up with roof rats due to my neighbors getting them and making their way through the attic. My landlord called BeBes who came and set outside bait traps and traps in the attic which were to be checked weekly, I also set my own traps. For two weeks, BeBes traps caught morhing while mine caught several rats. The third week, no one showed up during the scheduled time and no one called to say they weren't going to make it and we rescheduled for another day in which they did not show so my landlord cancelled with the company after 532 dollars he paid over a months span and their traps failed. The company CALLED ME to set up for a tuesday to come get their traps in the attic and outside.... no one showed, I called and rescheduled for Wednesday, no one showed or called AGAIN. Today being thursday, I called and asked to speak to the manager and the owner himself called me and very rudely told me to keep the traps, my landlord cancelled so it's not his problem anymore. After I tried to explain that my landlord paid for the weekly service that no one showed up to before the service was cancelled, the OWNER proceeded to yell in the phone.... ITS CANCELLED, ITS CANCELLED, ITS CANCELLED. So now I am left with getting traps out of my attic, which my or may not have a rat in them, as well as disposing of the outside bait traps. I am a single mom with no handyman abilities. This company, especially the owner (I think his name was dan) are very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I'd go with Burns pest company anyday over this company.

This company is shady. They sent me a bill in the mail for a “renewal notice” but I have never once used there services and I’ve never even spoken with someone at the company. I wouldn’t trust them with my home.

We have had Beebe’s Pest Control for many years. When we have a problem with bugs we inform Beebe’s and they explain to us how they or how we can take care of one situation. The spray person is very professional and courteous and the staff at Beebe’s is also very professional and courteous when setting our appointments.

After reading the other reviews for this company, I'm almost concerned that those prior reviewers have the wrong company. I've used them for ages at my townhouse. Their service desk and technicians have always been prompt and professional. I've never had a technician not show for a service. I've never interacted with this rude owner people talk about. After their service we frequently find dead or dying insects, indicating their service is working well. Would definitely recommend!

We have used Beebee for many years. I liked that it is a family owned company & the office staff was very friendly & helpful in scheduling. However, the chemicals they used did not work. I would find live bugs even a few days after they sprayed. I would need to have them come out very often which added up to a lot of money each month. For months I had asked for an inspection to determine how the bugs & lizards were getting in. They kept saying they would perform this service, but never did. I had one final interaction with the owner who was extremely rude & hostile, so I canceled my service. I called Orkin and after one treatment I never saw another bug! Don’t waste your time with Beebee, call Orkin!

Receptionist was the most professional out of the several pest control companies I called. Tech who came out was also very professional. Excellent experience.

If you are considering using this company to take care of any issue you have, you are choosing the right service. Beebe's Pest Control carries a personal touch, and makes you feel that your needs are always very important no matter how big or small. Don't let the negative 1-star reviews on this page indicate what this business represents, because as a customer for over 2 years they have shown that if there's ever a problem I still feel hasn't been resolved, the owner and the customer service make sure they reach out and do everything they can until the issue is worked out.

I love Beebe’s! They have been my go to pest control for YEARS and I’ve never had any issues. The monsoon season brought us unwanted mosquitoes that were no challenge for this awesome team! Every time I call I am greeted with friendly professional customer service reps that know all their stuff. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

My wife and I have been using Beebe's Pest control for more than 10 years. We have always had the very best of service, and, even more importantly, our house and property has been virtually free of bugs for all that time. Ashley, the scheduler is always cheery and willing to help. The guys that come out to do the spraying are careful, friendly and easy to work with. I've recommended them to several other friends and even to my church.

I had noticed a few termite tubes in my house. I called Beebes pest control in Mesa, AZ and had someone come out. The inspector showed up on time and was very courteous. He explained the process to me while I showed him the termite tubes. He went on to spray the base of my house, however I was told he would do much more than just spray. 4 days after the service 5 more tubes developed, I called another company(Proof Pest Control). As I suspected they confirmed that the service promised was not performed. This time the service was done and he showed me the proof. I will not be using Beebes pest control ever again, which kind of sucks because they were prompt and nice. But i didn't pay over $400.00 to meet a nice person I wanted a service. You live and learn i guess.

I used beebe's pest a few times this summer for black widow problems. I used their organic monthly reoccurring service which was a bit expensive but worth the upgrade for organic. It worked great and no bugs at all.

There was one issue where on the same day I cancelled any future pest service they came to my home on an unscheduled visit to spray while I wasn't home. I got an invoice for the service even though I cancelled. I called up explained the situation and without any arguing or issues they waived the balance due. When I need pest control again, I am definitely calling Bebee's! Great customer service!

They could use customer service training in office. New staff was not confident in the products and services they offer and how to accommodate if you make a mistake. In all fairness...they are working on it with Management. I'm going to continue my service with them as things seem to be turning around. Ashley is the best and the owner!!

I found out that there was a bee nest near our house in a tree. I wanted to get rid of it. So I contacted Beebe's Pest Termite. They came with their team the next day to fix this problem of mine. They started doing their work just as they told they would do. They got rid of the nest and all the bee's in just a day. I'm glad I contacted them to do this stuff. Greatly recommended.

What professional team did they hire to write these positive reviews? We purchased a house with an attached garage previously treated by Beebe's for termites. The prior owners only had termites in the garage, but then Beebe's only treated the garage and not the entire house, so the insects just moved into the main living areas. When we see what they had done, we immediately hired a more respectable firm. Then every year we (who have had no business relationship with Beebe's) receive a bill demanding payment for renewing their guarantee. We are now forwarding these bills to the Arizona Attorney General's office. This is a very unethical company.

We had a bee problem in our tree, the next day Beebe Pest was out and took care of the bee's. Never had a bee problem since. I was most impressed by how quickly they came out, the (bee) knowledge of the service technician and the courtesy shown. They made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend Beebe's!

Will not use again. I hired them to come and do a termite treatment on a rental home of mine. I was told treatment had a 1 YEAR guarantee, if there were any problems they would come back out. 6 months later my Tenant reported Termite activity. I called Beebe's and I was told this was normal?
Beebe's did not go out and re-inspect. I have since had to hire another Company.

This is the worst pest control company. I have no idea how they're still in business. Every person I've talked to has had a terrible experience, including me. The customer service is horrible. They are very unprofessional. The services they offer are overpriced and underserved. We had a treatment and the bugs kept coming back. It took multiple calls, messages to finally get someone to respond. They came out again, and still we continued with the bug's. They double charged us, and again, it took an act of God to get them to respond, then being argumentative. We had so many problems with Beebes that we called another pest control company who we've been using ever since, who gets the job done. We had a year from hell with these people. DON'T waste your time or money!

I hired Beebe's on 3/7/16 to remove a bee hive from under a shipping container. When I arrived on 3/14/16 with the transporter to move the shipping container the bees were still very active. I called Beebe's immediately and was told they would call me right back once they talked to a tech. 1 hour late no return call. I called back and got the same response that they would talk to a tech and get right back to me....I am still waiting for that return call as well. I ended up calling another company. They responded within the hour and did the job correctly the first time allowing the transporter to move the container. Beebe's ultimately cost me 3 hours of waiting and, $100 extra for the transporters extra time and $150 for the treatment by the second company.

Sasha, is an absolute sweetheart, so professional, & very personable. This company is just amazing. I have had to reschedule due to my kids being sick - then myself..I felt absolutely horrible because it was for initial treatment, but Sasha was very genuine and caring. She made sure I knew it wasnt a problem and was understandable, despite it happening multiple times for the same service. She did great making sure they could accommodate my times/days. Daniel came out and was VERY thorough in our problem area. Didn't skimp or rush, I was surprised & extremely happy with what I saw. He wasnt there to get in and out, you could tell he takes pride in his work & really wanted to get to the root of our issue and have it 100% taken care of. It was REAL customer and service care - not just because it's his job. He explained everything to me to where I could actually understand what was going on. Sasha and Daniel, I believe went above and beyond to help me and my little family. To top it all off, as he left he handed me a card. It was a card from Sasha and the rest of the team, telling me they hope I feel better soon. Now THAT is the sweetest thing and something I never would've imagined coming from ANY company. Beebe's truly cares for their customers and I am beyond happy that I contacted them for service. I would definitely recommend! Thank you Beebe's! You have a great staff on your hands that does amazing work inside and out of the office!

Set up my 3 services so I could be covered with warranty just like Niki said everything done great guy came all 3 times. They charged my debit card 3 times. Now they say they were only here twice when I was charged 3 times then she said they only offer 30 day warranty on flees and ticks!!!! They need to train their employees better so they don't do false advertisement!!!

We have been using Beebes Pest control for over 15+ years. They are professional, reliable, trustworthy, and have outstanding customer service. Great family owned and operated business!

Had them come out to treat termites a few years ago, while tech was here the pump equipment broke down, no biggie, things happen. Service was supposedly completed and the tech claimed to double up on the chemical to make up for the break down and said we were under warranty. When we noticed there was still activity a few weeks later, we called and we're told to just kick the tubes down. We got annoyed and went elsewhere for follow up service because of the poor customer service. Continued to receive annual bills for warranty though every year. Fast forward a few years later to 2017 and we get a random call that the termite department has been restructured, they reviewed our account, and want to make it right. Coincidentally we saw some new activity around that time and agreed to let them make a 2nd impression since the price they were offering was so good compared to our other company. They gave me a window time frame for the following day, when that window ran up and they still hadn't called or showed, I called to cancel. The rep told me they would be here within the hour and I told them no, I had another appointment to leave for, they should have been on time. The secretary got rude claiming they would charge my card a cancellation fee and I said go for it I will just dispute the charge with my credit card company and reminded her that they solicited me to make a better impression and we're a no call no show/late. She took the statement back and rescheduled me for the following morning. The next day the tech came, and completed the service and I thought all was well, until ironically his truck breaks down and I have to give this guy a jump start so he can get out of my driveway, but again life happens. A few weeks after the treatment, we notice activity and are told the same thing, kick the tubes down and give it a few more weeks for the treatment to take effect. We gave it a few weeks as directed and still see activity. Called back and left a message with no return call. Yesterday we noticed the activity is now INSIDE the house so I am pissed and called AGAIN. This time we were told the termite person would call my husband first thing this morning to come out today, and shocker......no call. I would suggest avoiding these flakes if at all possible. The service is cheap for a reason.

* Unsatisfied * No Stars here I know of this company because my Daughter used them for over 3 years .She own's the house next door to me in Buckeye Az Block homes. My daughter was told after every treatment give it 90 days to work Butt the the termites Never left the areas only kept making mud tails on her cealing and two walls in kitchen with hanging mud tubes. The company sent worker out with No signs of winning against these pests. The office Lady keeps saying give the treatment some time to work 3 years was long enough to let them try. They drilled holes the floor in the side walk out side e put stuff in the ground around the house etc with No effect. My Daughter changed to a well known Phoenix exterminator and within a few Weeks the problem was solved !! No More Termites. It's been 2 years Not Using Beebes and the pests are All Gone. This company didn't Help us with our problem . I wouldn't have done this review butt they mailed a letter out to try and get us to use them again. NO WAY. Stick to your ..? ( Unsatisfied )

We had beebes for 10+ yrs, till we had a bedbug problem n one bedroom. They did not fullfill the guarantee they quoted us after 3 treatments. They used every excuse to not do treatments till pests were eradicated. We're shopping for a company that stands by their word!!

These guys came within an hour of calling, removed wasps and nest within 15 minutes and gave us an awesome deal! Definitely recommend them, perfect for anyones budget and get the job done thoroughly!

I scheduled an appointment for a 3 hour window on a Saturday. They never called, never showed, and said they couldn't find my information in their system when I called. I wish I could invoice them for 3 hours of my life.

I took advantage of their free termite inspection, turns out I ended up having termites, they took care of the job with no problem. The employees were very friendly, professional and answered all of my questions!! Satisfied customer!!

I called Beebes. Forhelp with a bug problem at my rental..they were ready to send someone the same day i called. My landlords people wouldn't come for a full week which was totally unacceptable. Thank you beebes!

Beebes is by far is the BEST pest control company i have ever used. Beebe knows what he doing.. We had a problem with scorpions.. but we do not anymore!!

Fast and courteous service is what I received from this company. They were quick to attend to my pest issue and I have not had another occurrence of the infestation.

TERRIBLE!!! First they gave me the wrong price, secretary was new was the excuse. Worst customer service when I called to sort out the problem, and when they came to do their service they didn't even do it correctly!! Worst experience with them.
