Its my pleasure to give this great review of Budget Brothers as its most deserved. From getting an appointment in a timely manner, to getting a phone call that Jays on the way, to being very punctual, to doing an awesome job - it doesn't get any better than this! The technician Jay was friendly, thoroughly professional and very efficient. Oh and the cost was substantially less than other quotes. I was comfortable with going with their two year warranty since previously I'd purchased their two-warranty plan but didn't need treatment again for five years! Budget Brothers is top notch in every way! Thank you Budget Brothers!

My parents had budget brothers for an exterminator for two years. In the beginning when we had Kyle, cockroaches were dying visibly. However, after we lost him as our exterminator and had others, we had an increase of cockroaches. They swarmed our house day and night. My parents fired them after no sign of progress and a couple months later after they were fired, there's barely any sign that we even had cockroaches

Update to my review/response to owner:

Actually we did clean our cabinets. I should know, I cleaned them out personally every time. The bed bugs were taken care of also, not by you or your company, but by store bought sprays. Thank you for mentioning my memory loss which isn't any of your concern. You should not be salty over a review but try to make the service for the next person better. Its called constructional criticisim to help your company grow the right direction. Not every business does great every time and the fact you publicly shame people on their 1 star reviews portrays your professionalism. You should also not be publicly showing other customer's addresses to the public eye for that is illegal. Thank you and have a nice day.

Jerry came out and inspected and gave us a quote. He was right on time, curteous, and answered questions and was informative.
We moved forward with them and in the few days between quote and work I noticed a new spot. I emailed and Rob responded right away. He said they would note it and get it with our treatment. Sean came out today to do the extermination and again was on the early side of the window of time given. He was courteous and answered my questions and got to work. We have
lots of travertine around our home so they opted to spray without disturbing it but said that if we notice more activity they will come back and retreat with drilling. I have been very pleased with the company!

They told me one price over the phone and I agreed to it paid over the phone but a day later they sent me a bill with an upcharge of $30 bc the tech got confused and told me a different price. They charged my CC without my consent. I emailed them and told them about my frustration and they did not cared. Very unprofessional!! I reported them.

I been with budget brothers pest ,since 2018, they do a great job ! If you call customer service , ask for Billy , she is amazing, fantastic and will take care of the customers ? she treats the customer with kindness and care. She gets service out right away and she takes care of your needs . Her quality in customer service is incredible! She helped me with a situation with complete understanding and kindness ! A gentleman name Jeff is also amazing! I have had good experiences with Robert too! Ayanna and Chris is also wonderful in customer care .

Read the responses the owner wrote to customers who left reviews here. Rudeness to cover up their laziness or incompetence, which is the same way Budget Brothers treated me. Budget Brothers has no intention of doing a good job-they just took my money and gave me nothing but rude excuses and insults for it.

We used Budget Brothers for termite treatment. We were happy with the service and technicians. They had an accident and did some damage in our office. We were not upset about it as we know it was an accident. It’s extensive. We just want them to address the situation and we keep calling and they keep promising that the owner Jeff will call but it never happens. We shouldn’t have to keep calling. We didn’t do anything wrong and have been very patient. Today I called AGAIN and the office lady was very rude and kept giving me excuses then hung up on me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is very important. They have turned this experience into a bad one. We own several properties and would have used them for all our needs but not after this.

Very disappointed from their service there termite poison work only two years I bought from them seven years warranty when the tech came to treat spots I noted for termites he said there is no activity, and he just left. Their warranty works for 7 feet for the second time when they come to treat the area if you have any termite. I would not recommend there service

Great Termite starter service and I purchased the 5 year warranty. It was great that I had started renovations and the flooring was all coming up so they drilled inside and outside. I've had a couple follow up calls for new activity and they send a team member out for treatment within a couple days. Thank you!

Budget Brothers treated my home a year ago. I purchase a 5 year warranty. I have termite tube hanging from the ceiling in my home. I emailed pictures to Budget Brothers and requested to schedule a re-treatment. No response. I emailed again a week later and finally the sales person said call the office. I called the office to schedule the re-treatment. On the day of the treatment, I missed a call from the tech. I called back immediately (less than 2 minutes). The tech claims to have been at my front door (not possible as I was home, have a ring doorbell and security cameras. The tech was never there. I was told they would come back after their next appointment. That never happened. I called again and was told they were across town and they would see what they could do and call me back. I never received a call. I call a couple days later (thanksgiving holiday) to get rescheduled. They're now 2 more weeks out. It will be 2 months from my original email to when they will finally re-treat my home......meanwhile the termites are continuing to cause damage.

In summary, decent customer service on the original sale, but TERRIBLE customer service on warranty claims. Apparently, once they have your money, they don't care about their customers. Really Sad.

Initial service was good.

Problem is on the follow up. Got scheduled for the afternoon between 2-5. I called twice at 3pm and 430pm. Both times I was informed he was going to be here soon. I waited till 7pm and no one showed up. Was told he called and left a voicemail. I did not receive anything.

They scheduled me a few days after the first no show. On the second appt budget bros did it again. Said they called to inform me that they will not be coming. I was not informed, again.

If budget bros would come down at the appt or ACTUALLY called ahead of time that they won’t be arriving would be great. A heads up would be appreciated instead of waiting and being told that they will be here soon.

Scheduled an appointment in a weeks time, and made arrangements to provide access to a property, as the company requested. Budget Bros was a no show for the appointment, technician treated the outside only earlier in the day and left, contrary to instructions. Office staff were less interested in helping, more interested in explaining how it’s my fault they didn’t follow the instructions provided.

1. Waste of time
2. Did not follow their own instructions
3. Poor attitudes when looking to remedy the issue.

Will no longer recommend this company to clients.

DO NOT hire these guys! Not worth the savings!!! This is the first review I've ever left on a company. I have to say it has been the worst experience. Completely unprofessional. Over the past few years I have had them out to my property for revisits on a consistent basis. They were times that someone would not even show up. Each time they came out the service provider at that time would assure they had found were the problem was coming from and that they wouldn't return. They have continually returned in the same spot all these years. The customer service is very unprofessional. Every time I have called over the past weeks someone says that they are having the owner call me back. Never a call. The other day i called and the gentleman who answered the phone stated there was notes saying that the owner will have no contact with me. They told me I was being refunded and it would be returned as original payment and days later i got a check for a quarter the amount and everyone in management refuses to speak to me. I finally after calling almost daily got some answers from David who answers the phone. They have been treating my house all these years and lying to me on several occasions. I understand termites come back but they have never been gone. My friends who have used other companies have never had an issue. Unfortunately I lost money on this and now have damage. If you are shopping around, I can assure you this company is not a good choice. It may be cheaper than others and there is a reason for that! Very unfortunate situation and unfortunate that there are Professional companies out there like this.

Our experience with Budget Brothers has been great! Our technician is James Perez. James is very personable, very service oriented and very knowledgeable. James takes his time to answer any questions we have. It has been great having James do the spraying inside and outside our home. The office staff has always been very flexible in changing times when needed. We are completely satisfied with the service we have received.

I had a warranty and there giving me the run around to send out a technician to come out and now there number goes to the answering service when I call i would not recommend this company at all..they didn't have a problem answering my call and charging me $600 but now all the sudden they don't answer my calls it is a shame that I used them in the first place..

We had Budget Brothers come and inspect our house for termites. Their employee stayed less then twenty minutes and was adamant our house didn't have termites. A week later we had Truly Nolan come out and inspect our house. Their employee looked at our house for almost an hour and explained that we did indeed have termites. Budget Brothers is cheap, but their poor service isn't worth their deals.

Budget Bros came out to my property dressed like the guy you see in the ads, totally professional, well dressed and knowledgeable. The crew that came out to do the termite treatment called ahead and said there was a cancellation and they could do my house early if it was okay (2 hours early). I was very okay with that. They were very personable, explained every part of what they were doing, worked diligently and were also very professional. Once they were finished, they went over everything they had done, mapped out the house and showed me the chemicals they used. That was all going to be sent to me in an email as well. After that experience I opted to upgrade to the 5 year guarantee because I trusted them.

Just had a full home termite service in August and our home is already being attacked by termites again. Paid for the full 5 year package and their terrible work didn’t even last 3 months. They do bandaid workmanship and send hacks to poke holes in your walls and accomplish nothing. Called them for warranty and they told us to wait 6 weeks. All they intend to do is come back and offer more bandaid solutions. They are an absolute waste of your time and money.

Our tech Jeremy was very nice, professional, informative, and very thorough. The price was not nearly what I thought it would be, it was actually very affordable. I even got an appointment within 2 days of calling. Great job Budget Bros!

Have not been happy with this company at all!

The home has been treated and retreated multiple times starting in August. The termite activity has not stopped or shown any signs of slowing down. If anything the termite issue seems to be getting worse.

Every time I call to request a new treatment the customer service has been terrible. They will deny, deny, deny that the service is not being effective. There is also no consistency regarding how long the treatment takes to be effective. 2 weeks? 1 month? One of the associates actually told me “termites are everywhere in Arizona, there’s really nothing we can do about them out here” that’s all I needed to hear. Their treatment is not effective and customer service is even worse. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I will start by saying, the customer service side of this company has not been helpful in any way. I have had two appointments with them, booked for a specific time, only to be changed on their end when calling for confirmation. They are not very helpful on the phone. But the technicians have been very nice. The first technician we had come out was very kind but did not set up enough traps. Today, Bret came to our home, and let me tell you.. He was fantastic. Although, late, and obviously that is not his fault. He was thorough, set up larger, more (in quantity) and what looked like more effective traps. I will be requested Bret from here on out with them. And hoping we can catch our little rodent :l

I had been a long time customer of Budget Brothers. I mistakenly thought that if they used the right product - Termidor, then it would be ok. Years ago, it worked on my properties, but now in the past year, same properties, I have had no response. The termites became more active with tubes coming down from the walls and ceilings at 2 different properties. I called the owner Jeff, and he told me that it takes 3 months for results, that this is normal, although it never had been before, and after these excuses and delays, still no improvement. They have had to return 2 more times to one property, and 3 to another. The bottom line is they didn't drill under the slab as they should have. All they did was a quick roll over what was easy to access and some foam in the walls, and it didn't touch it. So after $400 for each property, I have had to just spend that all over again for another company to resolve it. This time within 3 days, all termite activity ceased. No question they didn't get the product where it needed to be, but since another company nailed it, this was obviously a solvable problem. I am sure they will respond that I am the bad person for giving a one-star review, but a customer should be responded to with courtesy, prompt action in sufficient strength and location of chemical to resolve it, and not have to keep asking them to come back. Once there is a need to come back, it would seem reasonable to get management out there and fix it.

Instead it went on like I was feeding the termites, not killing them. I paid to have this resolved, and since it never did, that became wasted money. I even emailed them when they sent out their renewal billing for another year, and I told them why I was disappointed. No follow up call or reply email, so it was obvious they don't care.

Never like to give anyone a poor review, but I am simply telling the truth.

I asked for a respray and they gave me the runaround 3 times. No call, no show! Customer be aware! I still have a beetle problem, that was never taken car of! Budget brothers means,sub standard and poor quality. I spoke with a Mercedes. I've seen your reviews and went against my better judgment. Who talks to people like you do. How can you run a business like that. Let me tell you, your days are numbered. Unless you change your business practices.There are many other reputable pest control company's out there. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.Customer be aware!! I'll give you kudos,at least on acknowledging me as a customer. Not coming up with some excuse, like your other reveiws! Stating you don't have them anywhere in your system! That is classic!!

Had to recall about 6 times this year.
Moving on with companies. Don't use this company.
None of their products and expertise work.
Same story as others with the whole we just sprayed we can't come out until 90 days later bs ect ect...
Went to home depot and used over counter spray that annihilated the issue in 3 days showing results. So why does it take 90 days before you have to come back out again?
Unless you have physical tubes shown they won't honor their warranty nor if you use another service.
When we bought our home last year the home seller had to go with someone by law....however this shows me their name is very fitting budget brothers because like everything with the name budget in it, you get what you pay for, and in our case sometimes more...
Headaches.

Don't want nor need your services anymore, already called more reputable places and they legitimately laughed at me when I mentioned Budget Bros.

Terrible. Had to call 3x in 6 months for repeat treatments for termites. As far as I can tell, none of the treatments ever did any good. Tunnels would reappear again shortly after each treatment. Phone operator constantly gives excuses that's a new colony.. etc. I think they purposely delayed one of my appointments because I was getting frustrated. Finally my warranty is up and I will not be renewing it. I do NOT recommend this company.

Snarky responses to honest reviews regarding poor service will inevitably lead your demise. And I count on it. You guys did NOTHING and still have excuses. Why would I renew? I am most certainly going to hire a termite service as I still have a MAJOR TERMITE PROBLEM. I JUST WONT BE USING YOU AS NO ONE SHOULD. Laughable.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 ⭐️ , however it doesn’t let me select zero stars. I’ve never been so dissatisfied and unhappy as I was when they left my home. Left a huge mess and refused to clean it up after I called numerous times for them to do so. Please please save yourself the headache and don’t make the same mistake we did by using these crooks!

We were completely satisfied the first time they came out to treat our house. Just recently we noticed termites in the same place they treated. My husband called November 4th and our warranty would run out about two weeks after that day. So they said they would honor our warranty but couldn't make it out until Decemeber 1st. December 1st came and no one showed up. My husband called them and they said yes your appointment was today and she didn't know why no one made it out. She said she would contact the tech and call us back. Well, no one called back. So today my husband called again and this lady said our warranty ran out. My husband explained the call was placed before the warranty ran out and they said they couldn't make it out until December 1st. So she says she will talk to the general manager and get back to us. And big surprise, we did not receive a phone call back. So disappointed with this company.

I just wanted to give this company a better review! I just received a call from Jeff. He explained it was a issue with the system. He was very respectful and apologized for the missed appointment and has reschedule us! Thank you for getting back to us and taking care of the issue. We appreciate it and would do future business with you guys.

Update 01/24/2019 - Spoke with Jeff who was very apologetic about our experience and quickly scheduled someone to come back onsite and treat the still effected area. Someone from the company came back out to retreat and i will provide an update to my review in a month. For readers' reference, my original review was for 1 Star. I am updating this to 4 Stars due to the recent engagement with Jeff him quickly working to resolve.

terrible customer service (Trisha) has so much attitude, is unhelpful, and just says the same script over and over again. They tell us they can't do anything for 90 days. When we saw the tubes appear again (4th tube since treatment) almost after 90 days, we called to schedule something by the time our 90 day window lapsed since they say don't knock the tube down until after 2 weeks, which would be after our 90 day period. The insult to injury is the fact that they would not be able to come out for another 3 weeks. They came out the same week when we wanted to pay them for the treatment, but now that we ask them to stand by their product, they are reluctant to do anything.

their website claims termite elimination and I am beginning to think this is false advertisement. Stay away from this place.

What a horrible service that this company offers. Had a plan, and they are supposed to confer back out if there is activity. Well there is activity, called and they scheduled time to come out but it was going to take a week. A week later, come to find out someone scheduled the appointment for 3 weeks not 1. What! I am frustrated with their screw up. I would never go with them again. Looking forward to not renewing the contract.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any business. The schedulers were Amy and Ronda are completely incompetent when it comes to their job. Amy canceled my second treatment without noticing me, after I explicitly said I wanted to keep the appointment. Amy and the technician also lied about billing after me being very specific with what I understood and what they said. The first payment was suppose to cover two treatments which was wrong and I was told that by two employees. And after they cancelled my appointment which shouldnt have after I confirmed many times, they wouldnt help me get a quick appointment they made me wait for a whole week. The manager is avoiding me at all cost, after her employees gave me bad information several times. They never tried to reconcile any of their issues at all.

I was very happy with the customer service that was provided. I recently moved into my new home and was having a huge problem with ants and roaches. The lady at budget brothers was very helpful and explained everything that would be done and you couldn't beat the price! Very competitive, I checked around and Budget Brothers was by far the best price and most knowledgeable on the services they provide. She was able to get a pest guy out the very next day which was such a relief. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

**Update as of 11/22/19

Jeff attempted to call and I missed it. I did try calling back 2 times leaving messages and I still have not heard from him.

One of the times I called I complained my way into getting a CSR to move our 11/29 visit to today, 11/22. The service manager, Mike, arrived. This is the best experience I have had with Budget Brothers to date. He removed our carpet, drilled into the foundation, used a product called Taurus instead of DuPont which I continue to hear negative things about, and then sealed the holes with new concrete. He was very kind and professional.

This is my 5th visit now and finally an employee had the decency to remove the mud tubes from the ceiling and put my belongings back where they moved them from. The others just left everything scattered and the tubes in tact.

Mike May have just saved your review from going lower, Jeff, since I haven’t heard from you yet. If this solves the issue I’ll be sure to update it to 5 stars from 3.

Your CSR had no problem finding me in your system by my last name (spelt correctly here on Google). Not sure where we had a miss there. I left a message with all of my information. They guaranteed me I would hear back from you.

I’m going to continuously update this review based on how things pan out (hence why I’ve chosen a average 3 star review - for now) in hopes of motivating this company to get this right and resolve the issue.

Simply said, we have a termite issue. Mud tubes are hanging from our ceiling. We reached out the beginning of August to address it.

We purchased our home in November of 2018. My realtor was kind enough to assist by pulling reports to help us figure out that the home was treated within a year of our purchase and that it could potentially still be under warranty.

My initial perception was negative and skeptical when I called in to ask for their assistance. After providing my address the CSR agent told us to remove the mud tubes from our ceiling and wait two weeks. When I mentioned the warranty she did admit it expired in a week. Could that have been overlooked? Sure. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and she was sure to get a visit scheduled after I made it clear that I wanted it treated under the warranty. At this point I begin to wonder if we were intentionally being set up had I not called them out about it.

The expert arrived and treated the area. They then explained to my wife that we had to pay to renew our warranty or the next visit would result in a more expensive charge as opposed to the cost of renewal. We gladly accepted and paid to renew. The people that visit are always informative and polite, but at the end of the day they cannot seem to resolve the issue.

Since the renewal, budget bros has treated the same area 3 times without success. Every time I wait (not even a week) and the tubes constantly grow back. Every time I call I’m booked 3 weeks out. This is now 3 full months of termite damage that has occurred to my
Home.

After a 4th visit by an inspector (because I gave the poor woman an earful over the phone and apologized for my temper by the end of the call) they now asked my wife if they can drill holes into our tile floor. They were kind enough to send an inspector due to my anger about waiting 3-4 weeks for a treatment technician.

Because Im beginning to worry about whether or not this company can truly eliminate termites, I’ve called around. Orkin swears it’s the chemicals Budget Bros is using while Arrow claims we need to jump on the Sentricon bait system train. Neither has been offered or mentioned by Budget bros.

Budget Bros, this is my attempt to get us to be taken seriously. Please fix our termite problem so I can rant to the world that you saved the day, or please just stop wasting our time if we are going to continue receiving the runaround.

This company is awesome, they came and did a thorough inspection, explained what they were going to do. They showed up on time. My technician Rudy was very polite and professional. After he performed the service, he again answered all my questions and concerns. If I ever have a pest problem again I will use this company. Incredibly disappointed by the customer service response provided by the manager of this company. We have a great security system at our home which perfectly captured 1 employee looking out as another employee stole $28.00 and some gift cards out of our vehicle. I called budget brothers to let them know right away that their personnel had just completed a termite service at my home and we came out to the car to find the door ajar, white dusty fingerprints all over the center console and glove compartment. I asked the manager to please let the employees know they have until the following morning to come back in person with our items and an apology or we would file a police report. At first the manager wouldn't hear me out, saying there was no way his guys would do something like that. Then I told him I had it on camera from two different angles, he stopped in his tracks and said yeah you should just report them. I didn't want to file a police report for $28 dollars and a few $50 dollar gift cards, I wanted an apology and lesson learned. He said he would not communicate that to his team and if a report needed to be filed than so be it. I called back and left a VM on the main line the following morning to try one more time and they never called me back. I didn't file the police report simply because of time but I still can in the future should this not bring down the rating. It truly is disappointing that after being a 5 year customer, this was the response and action taken.

The guys are a joke, totally out for money and nothing else. Did an inspection on my home and said my home had termites. Despite the fact that there was no visible evidence of active termites. My home has been treated/ monitored/ and under warranty for termites by a reputable National company. But they wanted $60 for an inspection and $350 to treat. A reputable and experienced PROFESSIONAL would have noticed the bait stations, concrete drills, and trenches around the house ...Bozos! Keep scrolling down, I'm not alone...idiots!

If the review is fake how do you have 20 pictures of termite tubes from my ceiling? Attached is a REAL photo of your invoice for inspecting my home. May I suggest taking an Into to Business Course (BA 151 / BA 101) in the near future. I will wait for your rebuttal

This company only cares for profit. We informed them of termite tubes forming in the garage ceiling and they said “knock the tubes down and if they grow back in two weeks schedule an appointment.” So we did as they said, and in two weeks they grew back and called them again. Then they couldn’t get us scheduled for ANOTHER two weeks. That’s ONE MONTH of termite damage to my home. They purposely put off service because they don’t want to pay to treat our house, when WE paid for a warranty. The lady who scheduled the appointment was extremely rude and ignorant. And it makes no sense waiting for tubes to grow back that is the most RIDICULOUS THING I HAVE EVER HEARD. Our money has been stolen from us and I will NEVER EVER recommend such an awful company. Terminex has been a wonderful company and came out day of hearing our complaint about the situation with budget brothers pest control and have been very reasonable. Not waiting for our warranty to be over with budget bros and paid to be with terminex ASAP so no costly damage will be done to our home.

After one week in advance to set up an appointment for a termite treatment, the people who work in the office scheduling appointments can’t even get right. I was told Thursday morning, I made arrangements to get a day off. However I guess they schedule me for Friday morning when I made it clear to the sales rep I can’t do Fridays. I understand when mistakes are made but come on when you have the office people on speaker with your sales rep trying to schedule you for Thursday morning everything should be 100%.

Yeah this is unfortunate, but the girl that answered the phone offered no help but only to reschedule for another day and for this I have to write this review. I made this appointment a week ago and made it for a Saturday because I didn't want to take time off work to be home. So we scheduled for Saturday. We got the confirmation call to say they would be here but in the end they went to the wrong house. I only know this because I called to ask for an eta since the appointment was for between 12-1 and it was now 1:30. When I tried to give them my info they said they had it for our other rental. I suggested they call the tech and tell him he was at the wrong house but should could not accommodate that request. . I called our other house and asked if there was someone there doing some pest control and they said yes he had just arrived. I asked that they let him know he was at the wrong house, he said he would stop and call the office. As of this review, no call so I guess they just moved on to the next house. My complaint is not that they made a mistake because god knows we all make them, my complaint is the lack of effort that was made to accommodate us when we have been existing customers. The person seemed to be very patronizing and not willing to help me get this done on the day it was scheduled. I hope they don't expect to get paid for this!

Beware of budget brothers termite and pest control! I had a contract with them and my termites kept coming back in the same spot. I called them again and they claimed my policy had terminated because I did not renew i never got a Renewal letter. It was a couple of months out of date and they said they had sent me a notice which I never received.I'd question them on the chemicals they used because the termites came back two times in less than a year in the same spot the treatment didn't seem to be working. They wanted to charge me $500 to renew my policy. The policy would of been $125 to renew however we never got any notice. I believe they didn't want to renew the policy because they knew they had a termite issue that there week chemicals could not deal with. I would not recommend using budget brothers pest control! A very dissatisfied customer!

Lots of back and forth with this company in scheduling retreats for termites. Owner threatened to not do a retreat if my one star review wasn’t removed from google. Here’s the ending to the voicemail I received AFTER a retreatment had already been scheduled:
“...you just popped up a one star review so unless the one star review is removed before we get there we're not gonna be doing the retreat. I'm in disbelief that you guys would put a one star review on your app when we already worked it out with the owner, but hey, if the review is still there, we aren’t coming to do the retreat. Thanks, bye.”
I added a star due to the fact that they did come out for 10 minutes for a retreatment.

I have used Budget Brothers for several years now and they come highly recommended by me. After being stung several times by a scorpion I found I'm allergic to their venom...the next episode may very well land me in the hospital! I receive regular monthly services and when needed, they show the same day for any emergency treatments I may need. They've always been friendly, courteous, and prompt. They explain what they are doing so no surprises and are very effective! I live in my residence worry free. Thank you Budget Brothers Techs!!

Simple...we made an appointment, they came out and treated the house, we got a warranty...done deal. And at a fraction of the cost compared to larger competitors. They were great! We are selling our house and had to have them come out quickly, and they did. Fantastic!!!

Several observations here:

Budget Bro’s are good if you don’t have termites, because then you don’t have to deal with them! No one ever plans on getting termites, but it’s comforting to know that if termites do become your roommates, that you have someone in your corner to give them an eviction notice with enough power to enforce it! We used this company for a year without issue; then the termites moved in.

The office staff is very rude! They all must be given a “how to be rude to the customer 101” course! Just take a look at the owner in all of the 1-star reviews…he HAS to get the last word in. I encourage you to read the reviews; all owner responses are excuses and insults (he actually wished bodily harm on a customer; that the ceiling “falls on your fingers and prevents you from writing 1-star reviews.” She summed it up perfectly too: “Are we supposed to wait until the ceiling comes down on us to get service?”)… I would’ve expected to see apologies for losing their business. I understand it’s your livelihood, but maybe just listen to your customer… maybe they are trying to tell you something!! I’m not trying to tell you how to run your business… but if you’re losing business and the common complaint is that your customer service is terrible (or lack of customer service altogether), wouldn’t it benefit you to identify the source of it and cut it out like cancer?

You don’t have to “educate” your customer! Maybe you did in fact take Termite Behavioral Science in college for 4 years and defended a doctoral thesis on the subject. Maybe you are the termite whisperer. But that’s why we pay you to take care of the problem. I don’t want to be berated over the phone of why I don’t understand the mind of a termite. What I want is for you to take care of the problem. Be in my corner, on my team… not my opponent! Show me… don’t tell me!

I now understand why their treatments are lackadaisical in nature. Their warranty only provides for the treatment of termite infestation. It is not in their best interest to use the best materials, costly chemicals, employee man-hours and a timely response. They aren’t invested in your home. The warranty only binds them for the treatment of termites. Their business model is to save as much money while appearing to solve the problem. So while the termites have a 24/7 buffet on your house, free of rent, they expect you to be ignorant and trust that everything will be fine for a month until their one backlogged technician can find a spare 5-minutes to treat your termite infestation! Other companies provide a warranty that include the replacement and repair of any structural damage that termites cause! It IS in their best interest to completely exterminate, in a timely manner, with a full-court press, the termite infestation… because they ARE invested in your home!

I hope this review helps reveal the issues we had. (Cue owner excuse response below)

Update 8/16/19: Once again, Im not getting a confirmation of termite activity after a third inspection. The “termite tube” stated in your response below and poorly pictured in the inspection report was a plant hook in the ceiling. The faint “stain” noted in the report next to the plant hook was inspected as well, and not to be anything termite related. I understand mistakes are made—we are all human, but these inspections cost money and your reports are taken personally and seriously by home sellers. I appreciate you sending me the inspection report after I called to narrow this issue down and will change my rating to reflect that (the lady on the phone was very helpful), but I will leave this review as it sits for others to read my experience. I kindly ask that you remove the address from your response as it a breach of privacy for us and future residents of that address, or a BBB claim will be made.

I’m selling a home and they inspected the house for the Buyers. They showed up, rushed through with a flashlight outside the house, then attic, then inside each room. It wasn’t until the very last room he checked that he reported I have termites, but the rest of the house was good. Barely explained what he found and then took off before I got a clear answer on the matter. I have had Green Leaf Pest Control spray and monitor the house for 4 years with zero issues. So I had Green Leaf come back out for a warranty inspection two days later, and what do you know—not a single trace of termites after I watched the inspector meticulously check every nook and cranny. This company is a scam and got the new home Buyers money, unfortunately. Hope noone gets ripped off like they did.

Response to the Owner: I’ll get a third opinion because I may have found what your inspector claims to be a termite tube. No one told me where to look so I can fix the problem. I’ll be first to admit when I am wrong, and if I am during the third inspection, I will gladly change the rating. But something has to be done about the lack of communication.

Purchased a home that was treated by this company. They treated for termites, but there was also a known tick issue. When I reached out to get them scheduled now that I owned the house, this was their response:
We have no warranty for pest control on this property.
We have also decided not to do any additional charged pest treatments.
We do have a termite warranty through x-xx-xxxx

I am not sure why they've elected to no longer service the property, but find it a bit rude to state that and then not reply. I'm glad it wasn't my money that paid them because their services did nothing effective.

Very poor service. They charged me over $200 for pest control at a house in Paradise Valley. Then after waiting 4 hours for them to come by, they told me that they had come and I was not home so they only sprayed on the outside. It turns out that the technician’s truck broke down and they never came at all. Not to be trusted.

I had a major rat infestation with having so many fruit trees, I called Budget brothers. The first guy came out and was nice, the traps were set in awful places, i told him i could hear them in a certain area, he didnt place them anywhere close. Then the worst part...i started seeing them in the house crawling all over the rat traps, the rat ran into my sons room and another time by my stove and under my couch. I had to call them back out 3 different time, I get an email you used up your 3 visits mind you this was all within a weeks time. I told them it was unfair they had caught NOT ONE rat and when I would see one in the house, it would run some where in the house ( try sleeping with that!) Everything that had been caught was because I went to ACE hardware and caught them on my own. basically I spent 290 having BB come out and having no rats caught, then I went to ACE and bought 1.99 traps and was able to catch 8-10 myself. DO NOT use this company. they used some berry extract that dried up and the rats were literally eating it and crawling all over the traps. WASTE of MONEY!!!!!!

This company was highly reccomended by a good friend as reliable and thrustworthy. The service personnel arrived at time and were very accomodating. However whenii received the bill, the first was billed as agreed . But and the second was twice the amount!. I called the office , but the girl that answered the phone offered no help and told me it was billed correctly. I asked to talk the supervisor. She called me back 4 hours later. She said she had billed me more . But still charged me over what we agreed initially. When I told her it was wrong , she hung up on me. Very disappointed at their non existence customer service. The office personnel seemed to be rude and patronizing. It is unfortunate that the techicians work so hard to be ruined by their office personnel.

I recently purchased a home in Maricopa and the previous owner provided a termite treatment thru Budget Brothers and even though you might think I have no business here putting this review I must say you're wrong.
Budget Brothers were paid in full to do a job and so they needed to complete the job in full as well, and whatever excuse they have it's not acceptable. The home was treated in 90 percent of the sorrounding area and it happens that the remaining 10 percent of the area that needed the most attention was untreated. I called 11/01/17 to get an answer, the lady who answer first told me that in fact the area was treated then after explaining her that there was no sign of trenches or drilling made in such area she changed the answer to tell me the area was unaccessible because of concrete slabs on the way, I reassure her the area was totally accesible then she made me wait 15 minutes just to tell me a supervisor would call me back, well it's been 5 days and counting without any response back. I warn you that Budget Brothers might make attempts with false statements to discredit this review and I also warn you if you need a responsible, credible and reputable company to take care of such important issues around your house please to look somewhere else.

We have a contract with these people and when we report termite activity, the receptionist does everything she can to stall necessary service. We knocked down the termite tunnels as instructed and within a day, the evidence of the termite activity was back. Are we supposed to wait until the ceiling comes down on us to get service?

I wish I could post pictures- budget brothers recently did an inspection on a property of mine and sent pictures saying we had termites. Never have had live termites as long as I’ve owned the home. Not a single photo out of 10 photos showed evidence of termites! From the time they showed up to the property to the time they sent the inspection report was only 7 min! Fraudulent inspection! Honestly I can’t see how they’re still in business.

I had my apartment treated since my apartment complex pest control company was horrible and i had new neighbors that decided to bring roaches with them. Had them do the initial inspection then a treatment - next year came out for renewal and never went under the home - this year I went to Citywide Pest Control - they just inspected - said we have termites and that we need a drilled treatment (Budget never did a drilled treatment) so we are GLADLY switching companies for one that knows what they are doing.

Absolutely awful. We used this company for termites months ago and decided to do monthly pest control. They were supposed to show up today between 8:30 and 10:30. No show so I called the office. The office claimed that they couldn't get in through the gate. How have they been showing up for months before this and have never recorded the gate code?

So I have had bugs of all types in my home the last month. There are so many ants in our yard it is ridiculous. At least two different types too! I called yesterday and the office said they would do a power spray today when they came by. When I talked to the office today, they told me they will be charging me $97 for it. Why wasn't this quoted when they proposed this service to me the first time?? Unreal!!

Today was the first time I actually was monitoring the exterminator coming and they didn't show up. It makes me think they just haven't been showing up this entire time given that the bug populations are OUT OF CONTROL.

Do NOT use this company. Cancelled all services immediately upon realizing how sketchy they are.

Side note: would have NEVER used this company if I had been the one searching for it given the terrible reviews. My dad found these guys. What a mistake. I should have checked it out for him.
