I love Bulwark!

I'm new to Arizona, and never needed an exterminator so, I had a million questions. Thankfully, both the office staff and Ricky T were patient with me, answering every one of them, taking care to provide more detailed information. Additionally, I didn't have to wait long for my first appointment - less than a week from the date I called.

Ricky T came out for my initial visit (09/08/22) and he is awesome!!! He was happy explaining not only the process but the reason behind it. He was also good natured about my hatred of all creepy crawlys, going the extra mile to make me feel safe inside my home, like spraying behind the loose outlet covers and offering other services available through Bulwark - one of which I happily accepted, spraying a larger area away from my home (I think it was 25' but I'm not positive).

The best part...it's working...One down...

The Bulwark tech person came and sprayed our yard today. Unlike the lady who used to service our home, I noticed this guy not thoroughly putting treatment in the areas (doors and windows) that bugs and scorpions can crawl and easily get inside our home. After he left I found a scorpion in our bedroom floor crawling.

Our Bulwark service provider is Zach Kinnan. He provides the services we need and more. He not only delivers what's expected, but goes beyond by ways. For example, he treated our water irrigation boxes, which I didn't expect. He's also polite and on time.

I have been with Bulwark for over ten years. They continue to do a great job. When we moved to our new home, the home had a spider and cricket infestation. If it wasn't an infestation, it sure as heck felt like it! Bulwark did a great job coming to my house every time I called until the bugs were gone. I wish I could get their service techs to work with me, as they are great. I have not had an issue with any tech or the work any tech has done. And today is not exception. Elizabeth L. did a great job! She waited a little bit, as I was running late. And she took quick care of some pesky ants that popped up because of all the rain lately. Thank you to everyone at Bulwark. Keep up the great work!

I have been using the service for about 4 years, and they never missed one appointment and are always on time. The most recent visit was by Natalie, and she was very polite, professional, and also mindful of our boundaries. Of course she did a wonderful job spraying our house. I feel pest-free until the next visit! Highly recommend.

I didn't do pest control, but I did do weed control. Zach was awesome, and we really appreciated his attention to detail, and work that he provided. While doing the weed control he inspected the house for any types of pests (I spray myself, but it was much appreciated).

The hard work that he showed went as far as to one of my neighbors even asking about his services. Very professional, on time, and delivered an excellent spray. Will be using again.

Bulwark is great! We rarely see any pests between our regularly scheduled services but if we do I call them and they come out right away, usually the next day. The technician that usually comes to our home is Brandon and he is extremely helpful and friendly and does a great job. He's even willing to deal with our barky dog! Highly recommend Bulwark

We have been using Bulwark for a few months and all their techs have been great. Aaron came by today and I did not initially hear the doorbell. He waited patiently and I saw him on our door security camera. He was very thorough and did a great job around the house both inside and outside. Thank you!

Your staff is awesome. Everyone I spoke with over the phone had exquisite customer service. My tech Sabastian was so great! I called to establish service again and needed spraying asap. He was at my home within 2 hours of my calling! He's super sweet and personable, yet very professional. He explained every area he sprayed and made sure I knew if I needed him to come back for anything it would be free of charge and not hesitate. Thank you!

Bulwark has been great since the start. Natalie, my tech, has been especially amazing. She did a great job keeping me informed before, during, and after the service. Truly appreciate her thoroughness in the service at the perimeter of my house, including getting the irrigation boxes. Highly recommend!

First and foremost I want to thank my tech Kyle W., for doing such a great job. He’s very detail oriented, focusing on key areas of my home and great communication also. I live in an apartment so it gets frustrating at times, but he gave me some good ideas on how to keep the roaches out! All in all, Bulwark is a great company for pest control needs. They’ve saved my life and my sanity!!! And I’m very much grateful for all that they do!

Kyle W from Bulwark has visited our home in Peoria for periodic treatments. Kyle and the other Bulwark technicians are always professional and polite. They communicate via text when they're on the way. They're on time, quick and efficient and always leave a note or status on what they saw, how it went. They treat us with kindness and do a great job.

I purchased a home that was vacant and not had pest control for an unknown period of time. I still was seeing scorpions, living and dead even after a full year of service, and several re-treatments with a different company. The last straw was stepping on a scorpion. That’s when I switched to Bulwark. They treated our home thoroughly and I have not seen a scorpion since.
I appreciate the attention to detail when servicing our home. Doormats in front of doors are moved and treated. Bait traps are checked and replaced when needed. The tech lets me know after treatment what was done and any evidence of pests.

Jose j. Came out to treat our winter house for mites. Gross! He treated every corner of our house and was mindful of our kids and pets. He was professional and friendly. Bulwark has great techs and they always send someone out as soon as we call them.

Have always had a really good experience with Bulwark Exterminating. The technicians are always nice and professional and on time. My technician Calvin Babcock is extremely professional and always addresses my needs for bug/ant/insect extermination around my home. Really love this company for all they do and the price is very reasonable!

The tech today was Samuel Contreras. He was awesome! Very thorough and took his time to spray where he felt bugs would be hiding. I appreciate this work ethic. Samuel was the best tech I've ever had from Bulwark Exterminating. Keep up the good work, Samuel!

Sabastian is such an awesome tech, give this guys a raise or bonus ASAP!! He has come a few times and each time is able to get rid of the nasty spider webs and makes sure to spray really well. He goes above and beyond on his own accord and is very thorough. Super friendly and helpful, love to work with this company for both pest control and weeds. My husband said we should write the review because we seriously appreciate him!

Samuel Contreras came out today and did our pest control service. As always our service with Bulwark was above and beyond. He treated for spiders and sprayed a little heavy since spring had arrived. We did need inside service today, but usually only twice a year. Bulwark is a great company and stands behind their service. We highly recommend them.

Bulwark is always on time and reliable. They give me peace of mind! I am terrified of scorpions and they will come back as many times as it takes (for free between scheduled treatments). They text when on the way and when finished. They often send a photo of my gate closed. My most recent tech (Evan M.) even took down my little handmaid gate that was held together by a hand vice (keeps dogs from getting to the big gate they could squeeze under) and replaced it when he was done. The customer service is outstanding. I can sleep at night because of them!

Aaron Johnson was the tech that came out and sprayed this morning. He was on time, professional, very nice and was really cool. He explained where he would be spraying, what products he would be using and how he would be using them. He answered any questions I had, and when it came to spraying the interior, he sprayed wherever I asked him to. He even took care of the spiders and the spider webs that were in the backyard. 10/10 would recommend Aaron and Bulwark!

Serviceman, Bernard is amazing. He is very careful not to wet furniture, curtains, etc as he sprays. He goes out of his way to spray difficult places to reach. He doesn’t mind waiting for you to move something you don’t want sprayed. He treats his customers with respect and professionalism.

I have been working with Bulwark for a few years. Extremely responsive and great service. It is always a joy to see Bernard Lindsey who has provided regular service. He is friendly professional and a great communicator.

We had Bulwark out this past week as we have had some scorpion issues. We were very impressed with how thorough they were. They even found a bull snake on our property and safely removed it. Thanks to Jose V!

Kyle Winder-Davis did our bi-monthly service and demonstrated tremendous attention to detail. We have both scorpion and rodent challenges living near undisturbed desert and Bulwark's approach has been very good.

With that said, Kyle distinguished himself even further by his diligence in seeking out potential problem areas. He also performed an interior treatment on the front lines where scorpions try to get in our walk-out basement door.

We appreciated Kyle's continuation of great service from Bulwark.

Austin W sprayed my house today and was very kind and friendly. I have been using this company for about 4 months now. I had an issue between sprays and they came out between my service dates free of charge to make sure everything is taken care of. I’m very happy with this company

Zach Kinnan is so amazing at being mindful of our stuff and pets. Communicates with us and helps relief some fears so the spiders at our new property by educating me, while still getting rid of them. Bulwark customer service is always great.

Our tech Austin White did an Excellent job. There was a scheduling mix up so he set up a time to return the same afternoon. He also made sure to hit a trouble spot we have. Very friendly and professional.

Natalie M. did a great job. She called me about 20 minutes before her arrival and let me know she was on her way. When she got here, she sprayed all the corners. I live on a mountain and used to see a scorpion at least once every 5 days. I haven't seen one in years.

Natalie was amazing. I had a pretty bad ant infestation and she took care of it so quickly. She even gave me household tips to keep them away. I definitely will recommend her to others.

Landon is phenomenal!!! Every single time I need a service for my home, I ask for Landon. Yesteryear, he treated my entire home for termites to ensure I was extra protected. Since my home is older, he took the time to ensure every inch was protected while also setting the expectations for any minor touch-ups in the future (since that happens). We have been using their bimonthly service for a year now (from the Peoria office). Everyone at the company has always been so polite and friendly. We requested an extra treatment once which was very easy to schedule. Zachary texts us when he is on his way and again after he leaves, if we are not home when treatment is done. Very pleased with Bulwark, have been using them for almost 4 years. Daniel N. is my tech and he’s always good at getting the spots I need sprayed whether it’s just the outside or need inside spray also. I have been with Bulwark Exterminating for probably 10 years now. They have expertly handled a few tough cases notably a battle with sugar ants and another with mosquitos. Today we discovered bees in the wall. I left a message on my technician's, Aaron Davis, cell and he was here in less than 15 minutes on a Friday afternoon. He took care of the bees and went above and beyond as he always does. He is the 2nd technician in 10 years, the first was a guy named John who also made sure I had his cell and was available at any point, had exemplary service. In ten years to only have two techs tells me that they obviously treat their people right and it is obvious in their service and pride in doing a good job! Aaron is always prompt, professional, and communicative and I LOVE that I have one point of contact.

Have been with Bulwark for several years and they always do a great job. The last service was done on 11/12/2021 by Robert Nunez and he was punctual, courteous and professional. Thanks Robert. My only complaint, and it's not with Robert, is that Bulwark is too expensive which may force me to look elsewhere for another provider. Five stars for Robert, four stars for Bulwark.

Brandon Beers was my technician today, and as usual, he took great care of us. I have been using Bulwark for 6 years and have been very pleased with their service. I had an issue with scorpions when I initially called them, but I haven't seen a scorpion inside my house in years.

Joel & Bulwark continue to provide the same high quality service that I have described in the past and I will continue to recommend them.

Today, Joel routinely treated the house for pests, which we have done quarterly. As mentioned in the past, it is very effective.

The bait stations Joel recommended in the past, have noticeably reduced the rodent population. I was with him when he serviced the devices and was amazed at the amount of the bait that had been consumed. Very effective!

He also spot treated a few weeds that the rain had brought up. This was part of the semiannual weed treatment service. He will treat the whole yard in February or March, which will last through the summer.

Try Bulwark, you won't be disappointed!

Update April 1, 2022:

Today, Joel has treated the house for pests (insects and rodents), termites (annual treatment) and weeds (semiannual). Having these services performed in a single visit, buy a highly trained technician, assures us of having the best service available and getting a competitive price.

Some time ago, Joel noticed rodent burrows around the house and suggested using Bulwark bait stations. The stations are weighted and latched to discourage tampering by dogs and kids. We have found the bait stations to be effective in reducing the rodent burrows and they are included in the pest service.

We have now used their termite service for two years and have not seen any evidence of termite activity., in that time. The weed service is also very effective and is done semiannually.

I continue to recommend Bulwark and Joel for their excellent work in the field, plus the customer service support.

Update January 10, 2022:

Joel & Bulwark continue to provide the same high quality service that I have described in the past and I will continue to recommend them.

After my service in January, I had a minor billing issue that I wanted to discuss. It was easy to reach a customer service rep. to present my case and a supervisor to finalize the discussion. We reached a mutually agreeable solution and I'm adding the back office operation to my Bulwark recommendations.

Joel Robertson has been our tech for years and has always been personable and professional. We recently moved from Wittmann to Morristown and are very happy that he continues to take care of us.

Joel's methodical approach is to create a barrier around the exterior of the house and garage when he sprays. Stopping bugs on the outside, eliminates them as an attractive food source for scorpions, on the inside. Living in a rural area, such as Wittmann, tests this approach every day. My experience is that Joel and Bulwark provide a very effective service, due to their knowledge, experience, and use of high quality insecticides applied at concentrations appropriate for our area.

Last April we used Bulwark's weed control service, for the first time. As we expected from Bulwark, weeds were very effectively kept at bay over the wet summer season. As we were completely satisfied, we have had the weed control service performed, again. A bonus is that if any weeds do appear, Joel will spot treat them when he is taking care of our bugs.

It's great to have all these annoyances (common bugs, termites, mice and weeds) professionally taken care of by the same service provider, at a reasonable price!

Jaden Gowin was my tech and he was so amazingly helpful. He not only was very kind but was very good about giving clear instructions on what he was doing and why. Making sure our pets were inside and gave us a helpful warning about keeping them inside until the spray dried outside. I absolutely hope Jaden is our route tech and will keep using this service based on this experience.

I've had a good experience with this company. I actually switched to a company that had all 3 services so I only had one bill but eventually I came back to Bulwark. They haven't lete down yet and they always do what they say that they are going to do. I haven't had any issues with pests since they started servicing our house.

Easy to schedule an appointment over the phone. Evan M. arrived on-time at the scheduled appointment time. He asked if there were any pest concerns, and was also respectful of the home asking if it was okay to go into all of the rooms. He spent a good amount of time spraying the inside of the home, and I appreciated his attention to detail spraying the yards and not damaging the landscaping plants by dragging the spray hose over them. We have been using Bulwark for over 10 years to service our home pest control needs. Nick is our usual technician but today Brandon B was our tech and apparently it was only his 3rd day on the job! He took the time to ask what we were having issues with and listened to our concerns. He treated everything that we specified and did a thorough job. Bulwark is amazing! I called them to restart service from previously having them after my mother moved out and transferred the services to her new home and they were able to schedule me the same day. Aaron D. came out promptly and did an amazing treatment inside and outside of the property including spraying the water boxes and knocking down spider webs from all over the house that we didn't even realize were there. He also noticed the weeds and asked if we had anyone yet (I had just called for some quotes) and he let me know that Bulwark does it now and offered to take care of it while he was here. A quick overview and why 5 stars:

Bulwark's shceduling and contact platform is great! Online portal is user friendly and very easy to navigate. The customer service department is also great and have off hours phone support (YES, with actual humans on the other line). Liseth, is someone I'd like to mention as being very helpful and friendly. She did not rush our conversation or try to sell me a service.

And finally, the service itself was great! Bernard came out to my location (even provided a lead time call the day of to provide me a solid ETA) and greeted me with kindness and a detailed description of the services he was about to perform. After completing the services, he provided more information on preventative maintenance in keeping bugs/scorpions at bay.

Overall, great experience and I have signed up for their quarterly service.

We have been using Bulwark in Goodyear since 2014 and have nothing but good things to say. Super responsive and the technicians are always friendly and want to keep the scorpions out. Today we had Drew, different from our regular tech and he did both an internal and external (lots of scorpion activity after the strong rains this year), he warned us that his work may increase activity before it decreases. ~Our neighborhood has always been a scorpion nest and with Bulwarks sealant/systems we are normally free of issues.

This company either intentionally scams people or just doesn’t have it together. They billed both me and my landlord after I spoke to 5 different people on the phone and I had to tell them the details about everything that happened every time I spoke to someone. There were roaches here when we moved in. They sent someone for the first appointment who saw one of the roaches and confirmed it was not a German roach. A few hours later a different person came by for the same appointment, was completely unaware that we already received service. I told him they already came in. He kept asking what the first person did and insisted on coming in to do further treatment. I asked multiple times if I would be charged extra for this, I reminded him that I don’t have German roaches and wouldn’t be paying for that service. He reassured me there would not be a charge for that and that my landlord and I wouldn’t get charged twice, and so did multiple employees on the phone. Guess what I got billed for? German roaches. The most expensive treatment. Today someone came by saying I had an appointment. I told him I didn’t have one and he kept offering to come inside. I asked him if it would cost more and he said it should be on the “plan I paid for” but couldn’t give me a straight answer so I told him no, im good. As far as I was informed, the “plan I paid for” did not include additional treatment either way. I do not own the property! My landlord owns several properties and he is in their system. I am not paying the bill! After being sent around in circles and wasting my time on multiple occasions a reputable company would make it right. Instead they are billing me for things I didn’t consent to and sending people to my home unannounced. It is not my job to figure this out and I regret taking their word and letting them into my home. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else or buy some diatomaceous earth on Amazon.

I was having some issues with pests and a friend recommended Cory at Bulwark. I set up an appointment and he was early provided them service and let me know if I had any issues to call him.
I definitely will be using them again!

Caleb C did a very through job in both front and back yards. He made sure that all areas were covered and treated.

Bulwark was amazing. Sam came out and talked about what we needed to do, laid the chemicals and cleaned up. Our patio looks so much better than before we called Bulwark. Worth every penny. I plan on using them again and hope we are lucky enough to get Sam back for the next visit.

Jose Vergara did such a great treatment on my property yesterday. He found two hot spots for where the crickets and cockroaches were hiding outside. So many bugs came out and died. He was super thorough with my treatment inside as well. He's the best. I've never felt inclined to leave a review before but he did such a great job, I feel he deserves it.

Bulwark was really thorough and quick. I got same day service which was really convenient. Our pest control technician William Hartfield was professional and took great care in making sure he addressed problematic areas where we’ve seen scorpions. I’ve been with Bulwark for almost three years now. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with protecting my home from scorpions or any other pests.

Last week, I called for a service to be done as soon as possible. I was feeling really uncomfortable about my bug problem that started up suddenly. They were able to schedule me the day and time I wanted although it was only 2 days away, and Kelley came out and did a quick and efficient service. He spoke about the issue and put my mind at ease. A week later, I saw one or two more bugs and called to ask what I could do. Bulwark sent 2 techs out an hour after I called for a free spray! Cory and Kevin were very nice and gave me some tips to help with preventative! Again they were quick, efficient and even wore masks and shoe coverings to keep my floor clean. I'm definitely feeling better now and will be keeping Bulwark for regular service.

I have used this company for over one year, through one of my neighbors, who highly recommends them. I have been very happy with all of the team members who come and treat the outdoor areas. I am very impress with today's serviceman named Landon Lowe. Not only did he spray around the areas, but he laid down some poisonous seeds in the rocks so that if it rains, the seeds will melt and treat the landscape region. Also, he checked the box to treat the rodent problems in the area. In the garage, he put some sticky strips to trap some of the different insects that might be coming in. He was very thorough and professional. Again, for this company, I would definitely recommend their service to all people.

We've had good bayan service from Bulwark for the last 3 or 4 years. They come out every other month, which is sufficient for keeping bugs out of our house. We never have spiders, roaches, ants, etc. They'll do extra visits in between on request at no charge, but we've rarely had to ask for that.

Today we tried an extra service that targets mosquitos & flies. After monsoon rains & high humidity this month, flies are driving us crazy on our patio. While our usual service is sufficient for crawling bugs, it doesn't eliminate the flyers. Our tech recommended a specialty service for that. It's an extra charge but will be totally worth it if it works. I'll update review if we have problems, but I'm pretty confident based on our history with this company.

Also, our tech, Aaron Johnson, was very polite & professional. He gave us a heads-up call 15 minutes before arriving as I requested. He even called again just before starting the fogging treatment to make sure we'd had time to put our pets inside. The chemical is safe for pets after it's dry, but animals shouldn't be outside while it's being sprayed. I appreciate the extra care taken to ensure our pets were safe. Thanks!

Been using them for about a year and I get the best customer service every single time. Aaron is awesome and does wonderful work and really goes above and beyond. I like that we get the same exterminator each time, that feels way more comfortable then different employees. He spends a fair amount of time power washing outside and getting all corners inside. William Bowlby was our exterminator and he had great A++ service. His communication was on point. He gave my husband and I a sense of comfort that our issue is being handled. He was able to answer every question we had and was will coming and do a follow up to make sure that the issue is being resolved. We have kids and a puppy and this meant a lot to us. Michael, the service technician was very professional. First, Bulwark provided a text days prior to the visit - and they arrived on time. Michael came to the door and inquired as to any problem areas. He followed up upon completion and outlined some additional areas that he covered outdoors - around the hot tub and barbeque area to ensure proper protection. Daniel N sprayed the exterior and checked the rat traps. Additionally, he sprayed inside the irrigation box, home to cockroaches and mosquitoes. I felt he was very thorough.

We had our Pest Control service done today by our Tech Joel. He does such a fantastic job and is very nice and knowledgeable. He is very good at knowing where to look for problem areas and at spraying our yard and in the garages to keep the scorpions out. We recently had a rodent problem that he handled and we no longer have any issue. He does a thorough job of keeping our home and property bug free! Our homes perimeter is not easily traversed, yet he went the distance to make sure all of the bait stations were filled. Kenneth Workman was nice and friendly, and our 'critter' issue seems to have been resolved. I highly recommend their services.

The main office can be a bit challenging with scheduling and changing things around at times. However our exterminator Aaron Davis is awesome and very responsive via txt and phone! He does a great job and will work to fit us in whenever it's convenient for our schedules and does a great job!

He had some big shoes to fill we loved our previous technician his customer service was top notch. I am pleased to say that Justin meets these already high standards. We've used them for years. Recently had a lot of spider and ant activity. They have been our a few times to retreat but we still see webs the same day.

I was scheduled between 6-9pm. My husband was hesitant thinking the person who was going to do the job would probably be tired and not do it right or have an attitude. He was definitely WRONG! He (my husband) came inside after the service was done and was super impressed on how amazing, informative and great customer service ANDREW MASI preformed. I used another pest control company for nearly a decade but the service at the other place progressively got worse and worse. Long story short, after the 8th different tech in as many months showed up hours late for my regular appointment, I started looking for another company for regular pest control. Bulwark had great reviews online and now I see why. I’ve only used them for the initial service so far but already I’m more impressed with them than I was with my other pest control company. Cory arrived right on time and was not only professional, but also extremely courteous and friendly. He treated both the interior and exterior of my home, explaining everything he was doing, and he reassured me that the pesticides wouldn’t harm my two dogs. Cory also explained that he would be my regular technician, which is really great as far as I’m concerned. I like having the same person each time for many reasons. I also love that Bulwark only needs to come every other month and treat the outside. Of course, they will treat the inside again if need be, but it’s great that I don’t have to be home when Cory comes to treat my property. Very convenient. I would definitely recommend Bulwark Pest Control. Everyone I’ve dealt with there has been extremely professional and it seems like they offer effective service at a very reasonable price .

We made the appointment the night before so very responsive to getting to us and helping us get rid of a very large black widow that was found next to our pool. Terrible service. They came out and provided termite treatment. 2 weeks later when we pulled out a bathtub and wall shelving unit, our contractor showed us 3 termite tubes. Understandable that Bulwark didn't get them at the initial visit. We called them right away and TOLD THEM there were termite tubes found, and a guy came out (Landon?). Came 3 hours later than scheduled and my 80 y/o dad was stuck at our house waiting (fine, everything is chaos right now--so we overlooked this too). However, he said he couldn't do anything about the termites, because HE DIDN'T BRING HIS TOOLS. WHY would a pest control company come to our house, knowing what they were coming for, and NOT BRING THEIR TOOLS? Said he'd have to reschedule.
My husband has called 4 times since then trying to reschedule and keeps getting told by the receptionist that she has to contact the exterminator to find out his schedule so he can come back out to finish the job. SHE NEVER CALLS BACK. We're busy people too. We have jobs. It's just disrespectful to waste people's time, make no apologies about it, and then continue to make false commitments to customers.
This was our first time using this company. We are lifers when we find businesses that do right by their customers. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Amazingly. Carl is awesome. He is timely, communicative, always sends a text to review all he's done, does an amazing job treating the house, and we live in comfort knowing he's done such a good job. With two babies and a dog we're constantly looking out for, it's so nice to know the pest service is keeping them safe!!

Joel was the technician at our home. He is one of the kindest, professional techs that I have met. He was very personable and showed us all the problem areas for bugs, so that we know what to look for. I would definitely hire this company again. I've been using Bulwark Ext for 5 years. They consistently send friendly and affable technicians who handle my dog in the yard with no complaints. Matthew Henderson was the most recent tech. He texted just before arrival, greeted me at the door, performed his service, then sent me a photo of a closed gate door and an update on what he did around the house. It was a thorough and communicative experience, as usual :-)

Our technician Jose Vergara is the best. He arrived on time and did a thorough job, including some problem areas I requested. His hustle shows that he takes his work seriously which shows me he understands how important pest control is to the customer.

Justin Barrett came out to service my home and he was great! He was on time and very professional. He was very informative and explained to me step by step the process and I really appreciated that. We’ve used Bulwark for years and love their service. The exterminator that helped me was Matthew Henderson and he was super helpful. I even had other maintenance happening in my apartment at the time and he was willing to work around them. He set up extra traps to make sure we wouldn’t get anymore scorpions and was informative and helpful.

We have been using Bulwark for more than 20 years. They are highly reliable and responsive. Our service tech the last few services has been Jose Vergara Garcia. Jose is awesome. Whenever he leaves he takes a pic to show he just left and recently we had him attend to a critter that has moved into our backyard. He took a pic of the device to show where it was. We highly recommend Bulwark and ask for Jose when you call, he is awesome.

Well here is how they do it; Well trained professional staff who take their time doing the job right the first time. First the interior: every window sprayed, under counters, bathrooms, door jams, sliding doors, Seth even removed every electrical outlet to spray powder for any little critter hiding in the walls. Second: outside completely sprayed, every inch of the front and back yard, every joist in the block fence, everything! I had my first service appointment with Bulwark yesterday (John was the representative). After coming from an exterminator service that wrapped me into a contract and then seemed to dilute their chemicals to the point of being useless, I was a bit apprehensive about trusting another provider but I was more sick of spraying my yard myself. Bulwark to the rescue!

I spoke at length with them before making an appointment. Bulwark does not do contracts (more vested interest in always doing a great job!), has very comparable plans, their treatments are pet safe, and they are thorough. They also emphasize taking care of their employees so that their employees are more empowered to take better care of the customers. Having met John, I have to say that this is the case. John was absolutely fantastic. He thoroughly explained what steps he was taking today, what to anticipate every other month on the return visits, what to do if any insect activity is seen between visits, and even treated inside of some baseboard outlets to dissuade any infestations that may move into the walls. John was pleasant, intelligent, and seemed to genuinely care about delivering a good experience. Two thumbs up all around!

This is ts.he first exterminating company I have ever worked with because my uncle has always been my exterminator so I haven't had a need to find one. I wasn't around when this company first arrived but my mom is a very knowledgeable and knows all the right questions to ask. Once I called and made arrangements to have them come to the house to spray for the first time I was sort of hesitant. Alex came to the door and from the beginning to the end of the service Alex was absolutely amazing! He was very patient and knowledgeable about the pest control service. I had so many questions and he was kind enough to answer all of my questions to make me feel at ease. He had so much knowledge about critters and what to do and not to do that it made me feel so much more aware of the process and why it is so important. Prideful as I am about it we had an Ant problem that was getting worse by the day. Jose Jimenez was as professional as they get! I have used Bulwark for several years and have really appreciated their service. Carl Carbone shares the same philosophy that I do regarding scorpion annihilation. I use a three prong approach: sticky pads in the garage, hunting them at night with my UV flashlight and Carl spraying poison around the perimeter of my house. I now have a problem with scorpions coming from my neighbor's yards and Carl came up with a plan to stop that invasion. I really feel like I'm getting my money's worth and have an ally in my war against these pests.

My tech was Justin P. He did an amazing job, not only taking care of the usual outside spraying, but going above and beyond to inform me of an ant problem in the backyard that he took care of for me. He was fast and efficient and very polite. I love Bulwark Exterminating as a whole. Every time they come out I notice a drastic decrease in the amount of roaches, scorpions, and other critters crawling around my house. Great value for the price and great customer service!

Alejandro Leatherman Jr aka Alex is the best technician we have had! I always make sure that he services our house. He goes above and beyond for us and is always friendly and professional. Bulwark has done a very good job for us and our experience with Damian was great. We were given an approximate time for the appointment and then on the day of the appointment we received a phone call providing a 30 minute prior to arrival. Damian arrived on time, asked whether there were any specific issues and went to work. When he returned upon completion, he had located and address the issue we discussed along with the standard treatment. Damian was energetic, well-spoken and very pleasant. He represented his company quite well. We have been very pleased with Bulwark's service and their staff.

I've been using Bulwark for three years. We had a scorpion problem come out of nowhere, our technician John Crawford is AMAZING. He's super nice, professional, thorough, and is always willing to answer any questions I might have about the pesticides he's using. He's really an outstanding guy!

I had seen a couple roaches in my home here and there and really started to freak out as I had never had them before. I contacted Bulwark through thumbtack and spoke to Anthony. He responded very fast and was able to send someone out the same day which is what I really wanted. That’s when I met Michael and he was GREAT! He sprayed the border of my home outside and also sprayed inside and of course upstairs. Michael told me I didn’t have an infestation (THANK GOODNESS) and give me some really great tips and some sticky bug trapper things that would catch the roaches. Luckily, I haven’t seen any more since. The price was right and overall, I’d go to Bulwark again if I ever have to (but let’s pray that I won’t have to lol) ?

Cody N. did a wonderful job with our exterior pest control service on 4/7/20. He was very friendly and considerate. He provided glue traps to place in our garage in addition to spraying the exterior of our home for various pests including scorpions. We have the three month service and they always come out for a free retreat if you have any pest issues in-between.

Our tech was great! His name was James and he was very professional, kind, detailed in his work and patient (with my sleeping baby and crazy 8 month old puppy). He answered my questions and also left me feelings safe from insects and scorpions! He even gave us a couple scorpion traps! I highly recommend Bulwark!

Bulwark Exterminating was great! WE had never used them before and called to schedule service. We told them we were having an ant problem and had a pet. They scheduled the service the same day. Our tech was great! Came within an hour and did an excellent job of spraying. They stated that if we saw any live bugs to let them know and they would come right out and respray. Will definitely use them again!

Dylan was the tech that treated my home. First, he asked about any specific problem areas and he targeted those areas and surrounding areas. I noticed that he always went above and beyond. When I mentioned having ants, he had a solution in mind and explained to me what would happen and how long it would take. He took extra measures to ensure I was satisfied with the coverage he put down. This isn't the first time I've experienced that Bulwark spares no expense in protecting your home. Lance was very kind and willing to help. While he was servicing the house outside, I explained to him I was having a few bugs finding their way inside he home. Instantly, he told me he could spray inside the home after he was done with the outside. I've only have had great experiences whether it's calling to set up an appointment or having a tech come out. Bulwark has always been dependable and on time. And they guarantee their results and will come back at any time between regular appointments if there is a problem. I called this morning because since my last appointment, I have been having a problem with silverfish all over the house. I was told that they would send someone out to my house today. The tech, Ryan Lenoy, came at the appointed time and sprayed the house inside and put granules around the house to keep silverfish from entering the house. Ryan was very personable, professional and thorough. He did an excellent job and represented Bulwark exceptionally well.

We have had Bulwark for many years and have been very happy with the company. Joel Robertson was the technician today and as usual, was great! I was in the backyard when he arrived and didn't hear the doorbell. Instead of leaving a note on the door and taking off, he called the house. Unfortunately with the election and being bombarded with polling calls every day I didn't answer; Joel then called my cell phone. He didn't have to go through the extra efforts to contact me, but I really appreciated his professionalism and service. This has been typical of Bulwark and I would highly recommend the company to anyone!

If I could give negative stars, I would! When u called to inquire about service all seemed good. But I specifically asked if this company required a contract. The agent Dillion stated no. But later tgg he st night a contract showed up in my email! Imagine my shock that I had been lied to! I called the next day to tell them I am NOT signing a contract. They say it’s not a contract. But wouldn’t signing a document that says even if you cancel you would be responsible to pay god the full year constitute a contract? I am pretty sure it does. I was transferred to another person with this company named David. He assured me that clause is in the “document” for door to door sales as they can offer a discounted rate on their sales. I told him I am NOT signing this and did not wish to use their services. I feel lied to by this company. Fast forward a week. I was removed from their schedule which is good. But today I received MULTIPLE calls from this company telling me I need to rectify my account.

I called again 15 minutes, four transfers only to be told again that they don’t require a contract and the email document has that clause as all reputable companies do to ensure service needs are met. Again never stating this is a contract. The final supervisor I spoke with assured me I had not received service. Well this I know as my dogs would have gone nuts. But also she could not see my credit card data being entered in their system. Now I have smother problem since Dillon asked for that when I was asking about starting service.

Greg is our technician and he is very professional and detailed. We have not had any sighting of scorpions since Gregg started taking care of our home.

Bernard is great! The subscription based service is very convenient. Haven’t seen any scorpions since we began treatment.

Service was alright. We still had several scorpions found in our home and opted to take over treatment on our own which has been successful so far. I called to cancel and was given the difficult “try to save the customer” pressing sales pitch. Even after affirming that my decision was made, their employee continued to press me. That doesn’t make me feel great and eliminates the possibility of being a return customer.

Carl from Bulwark is the best! He has treated multiple properties of mine and notified me whenever he has finished and those areas that required additional attention. He even removed spiderwebs around windows and light fixtures and provided photos of the areas that needed the extra touch. If you need pest service, you should contact Carl at Bulwark.

We had one of the best techs yet come to our place & we would like to thank Sjohn P. He was very kind & courteous & his work was very detailed. You can tell his didn’t rush through his work at all. UPDATE: Apparently the service I received was not the norm unfortunately. I have used the services two other times and it is beyond awful. We spend 79 per visit and they spray outside (only) for less than 5 minutes. So discouraging, we will be looking elsewhere.

Our service technician, John was excellent, completely thorough, with stellar customer service skills. He patiently waited until we put our animals away and explained the insect extermination process. We will continue to use Bulwark for our home and rentals, especially if we can retain the services of this technician.

Their tech Jose Jimenez came out to spray for scorpions. Even though it’s winter, I still like to keep a barrier up so I’m protected whenever it warms up. Jose was very thorough and liberal with the pesticide. I feel secure that I’m protected from scorpions. I’ve been stung before and I don’t want to go through that again.

Great customer service. Always friendly and get the job done quickly and efficiently. Never an issue with scheduling. Our tech, Kaimen, even sprayed while I was gone and the doggy door was left open, leaving the dogs free to roam out side. Made sure to close the gate and even sent a picture to verify. Great company and great employees.

Update (4 Years later): Ciaran B came to my home today, did a thorough job spraying the outside and replaced sticky traps in my garage. Over the last 4 years Bulwark has been prompt, professional, and effective in keeping my home pest free. There have been a few price increases, but each price increase comes with a detailed explanation of what the increase goes to (employee benefits, raises, and cost of living adjustments), it is good to see the company values their employees, and I do not mind paying a few extra dollars to ensure quality of life for their dependable employees.

Technician Jake came out to our home in Arizona as we had recently found a few scorpions since our last treatment. He was extremely professional, always suggesting ways to scorpion proof our home. He was quick, and very thorough when treating both inside and outside of our house. I would highly recommend Bulwark and Jake!

I am 100% satisfied with Bulwark. Their monthly service is affordable, and if you see any pests in between services, they will return gratis. But the best thing about Bulwark is the quality of their technicians. Our regular tech, Damian, is friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond. Most of all, he is consistent and attentive. He explained the process, was very polite, thorough from what I could tell, and asked me if I had any questions or concerns before he left. I called Bulwark on the Thursday leading into July 4th weekend to inquire about their services. Of all the phone calls I made to various companies, they seemed to be the most reasonably priced and were pleasant to interact with. I called them back Monday to set up service and they had the first treatment completed within 24 hours.

The company also offers to come back and re-treat if you're still having issues at no charge, beyond your every other month fee. I'm so pleased I went with Bulwark!

Bulwark does an excellent job for us for a very reasonable price. We had a very bad scorpion problem 6 years ago when we first moved into our home. We moved to the Phoenix area three years ago. Bugs and spiders were a fear of ours moving to the area. The first place we lived when we moved here was a nice resort style apartment place and they provided the extermination services through their vendor. We saw the occasional bug, spider, scorpion, etc. and thought, well, this is Phoenix. Late this spring, we moved to a house and decided on Bulwark based on a friend's recommendation. They came out and the first few days we saw a bunch of things scurry off and/or die. We have not seen anything since. What they did and continue to do has done the trick. Even as it gets cold out, nothing has made it into the warmth of our home. Greg is our tech and he is a great guy. He's friendly and does superb work. I would recommend him and Bulwark to anyone, especially those I care about.

Our new tech is Charles Cadwallader. He is very courteous and doing a great job in putting down a thorough pest control barrier around our home and brushing down all the cobwebs around all the exterior window casings. We have been with Bulwark for about 18 years and have always had good service.

On July 5th I had a technician by the name of Michael W. out to my house to respray for earwig bugs and gnats. He was very knowledgable about the products he was using and was very friendly. I have always been able to get a technician out within a couple days if I am having issues. I have been very happy with the service from Bulwark. They are a great company.

Excellent! We have been using Bulwark quarterly (approx $75) for several years and are completely satisfied with their results and our technician Mark Yates. Normally we don't want the interior treated but they always come quickly and free of charge to do the interior when we request it as he did Saturday evening, July 20.

Today they sent Tyler J. who arrived just before the scheduled 7:00 pm appointment and stayed retreating everything again. I give Bulwark a lot of credit for the work ethic these guys have. The office ladies and Randy were also great trying to get me in as soon as possible for a re-treatment. We have been using Bulwark for about 8 months now, and I have been very impressed with the service and results. Kyle K., our technician, is enthusiastic about his job, and he knows what we need more than we do. He has been great about dealing with all of our specific requests. He also asks questions about what we are seeing so he can deal with our problems. Every time he has come over, he has provided great service. The results have been also good. We have not had pests in the house, and when we have had yard bug problems out of our spraying cycle, they have come right over to take care of it without additional charge. If you are looking for routine pest control service, Bulwark is worth considering and I would recommend them.

Our technician was Nick Arkills, Nick had great customer service and he was very knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to explain about the treatment that he will be doing and he wore shoes protector throughout my entire home. Nick worked hard to find where the pests were coming from and he found it! Also he left extra sticky traps. I am well pleased with the service I received today with Bulwark Exterminating.

I did a lot of research before switching from the previous provider to Bulwark Exterminating. I am glad I did! My technician is Joshua Roper and he does an excellent job of representing the company (polite and very respectful), and he provides a very detailed pest spray service that helps protect my home from pests and insects. I like that he sprays inside at all the doors and windows in my house, and then takes his time spraying all around the exterior of my house and yard. I am very happy with Bulwark Exterminating and Joshua and highly recommend them for your pest service needs.

I have had the pleasure of having Chuck come to my house and perform his services with the greatest and most professional demeanor I've seen in some time.

He was kind, courteous, and always shows up with a smile. He takes his time to ask if there are any concerns and ensures that everything is done to take care of any unexpected pest related issues.

My next door neighbor noticed Chuck working on my yard and wanted to offer cash upfront to spray his yard due to some yard work he had done that may have caused a large amount of roaches to be forced out into my and other houses. He felt sorry and wanted to make sure the infestation didn't invade my house or someone else.

Chuck smiled and said that he would not have an issue taking care of it. I told him that I had no issue for him to take care of my neighbors yard before hand. He sprayed his yard, proceeded to take care of mine, and still managed to have time to have a nice conversation with my neighbor. His personality definitely made that Saturday mood much better. I have used Bulwark exterminating since i moved here from New York 2 years ago. I Have them come out every 2 months to spray for maintenance. Most recently Cory was out on an early Saturday morning. Every Representative has been personable and professional even through the pandemic.

Bulwark is a great company. We have tried other exterminating companies to save a few dollars, but Bulwark is the best to work with. If I find any insects, they come out right away, no charge. Today we had the pleasure of working with Kaimen Hackett, he was great. Very knowledgeable and thorough.

Corey came out to do our initial treatment today. I was happy with how quickly we got an appointment- I called just yesterday to schedule. He was very friendly and thorough. He explained everything he was doing and how it would or (mostly) would not have any effect on my children. He arrived at the beginning of our appointment window and was done in 30 minutes. Great service, expecting great results!

I changed to Bulwark Exterminating after my previous company was sold to a larger company. When that happened, the customer service I used to have went out the window. Since the transfer, I have always experienced a warm, friendly and helpful group of people. They are great about working with my schedule, and the people who come out are great about calling to update me on their arrival time. My tech, Chuck goes out of his way to find out exactly what problems I am having and then goes out and corrects those problems. Bulwark is amazing

Don't pick this pest control company. They do a good job of eliminating pests, however if you actually have to talk to someone at their company you will be disappointed. In four years I have had multiple billing issues and scheduling issues. Now they had billed me for my monthly service when no rep actually showed up on the scheduled day. We had someone at home all day so they could show them where we found some black widow activity. I called today to get someone out here, since I have a lot of bug activity. I also complained about the lack of of service. Instead of the I'm sorry, we will look into that, the decided instead to argue with me that someone was here and serviced the house. They left no receipt (which they do when no one is home), the person who was here all day did not see them, but there GPS stated someone was here. Again, all I wanted was an apology.

I have decided to cancel my service with them after almost 4 years.

Bottom line, if you choose them they will do a good job keeping pests away. However if you have any problems and have to call them, you're going to have issues.

Cory treats my home as if it's his very own .every single time. we have hidden survalence on our home and even when we're not home he hasn't cut any corners. but when we are here he's always smiling and in good spirits. Bulwark is so fortunate to have a service pro that not only takes pride in his work but has such a great work ethic.

They had 2 people (Sorry didn't ask for the second person's name) and asked if I would mind if 1 worked outside and 1 did the inside, which I didn't mind at all. Got everything done quicker. I called in this morning because we saw a scorpion in the house, and a technician, Jose Vergara, was at our house quickly. He sprayed the interior of our home, our garages and thoroughly sprayed all of our exterior/yard/property. We have our home sprayed bi-monthly, but they came out quickly to re-spray to take care of our problem.
