I have been a full time Realtor in AZ for over 10 year. I have used Bill's Pest Termite Control for numerous termite inspections all over the valley. I recently hired them to treat a client's home in central Phoenix. They did a phenomenal job! Not only was the price less than I budgeted, they scheduled my appointment for the next day. The service tech was courteous and used the time efficiently. The service came with a one year too warranty. I am happy with the service and will recommend them to other agents.

Scam. Big scam. Originally quoted one amount, then upped it to another amount, THEN after calling to cancel since they are charging 3 times as much they have the nerve to charge $50 to cancel. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Alex the owner is awesome, I’m sure like everyone we wanted no bugs , scorpions, or any creepy crawlers in our house, with that said we purchased a new home, and when we got there after the people had moved out, we found roaches, ticks, scorpions, and some other stuff that I don’t even want to mention, and we were freaked out.
Our realtor heard about Alex and recommended him to us , Thank you Alex thanks for your patience. Thank you for taking care of us. I don’t know what more to say but we picked the right pest control guy. Btw no subscription, great prices and a nice guy with so much knowledge of the area and its intruders. He is very detail oriented in making sure his home inspection reports are what's best for the customer and purchase decision. So I moved to Phoenix from back east. Move into my new home. I'm outside at night....see something on the ground move and omg its scorpion. I have kids I don't think so. Hubby calls Master Tech the next day and they send someone over. The tech was awesome. Okay I don't do creepy crawlies at all. Carl thank you for totally going pest Rambo on my home.
