Used them for 5 years, consistently happy. On two occasions I noticed small flies (think fruit flies) and ants a little after they came to spray. After notifying, they sent a tech a few days later to re-spray, no additional charge.Techs are friendly and respectful. Would gladly use again. Stopped service due to moving overseas.

If they try to convince you heat treatment isn't necessary: Don't waste your time. The truth is it may be that your affected area doesn't need both chemical * And * heat treatment. Chris K--the company's Lead Technician--came back out to the house this week and did (another) free inspection, just like the first one, because we wanted to be sure...
