Everything they said would happen, did. From them calling me the day before with a time frame to the morning of when en route. They showed up, walked me through what to expect and 2 hours later, they were done. The guy was professional, nice and maintained 6 ft (I also wore a mask).My insurance company uses them and I would refer them to do anyone's window.

My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.. no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

While out of town, a window broke at my tenants' rental, Roberto showed up and fixed the damage on his word. I paid him a day later as agreed, but the point being you rarely get a contractor to lift a finger without immediate payment. Much respect for R&J Glass, honest people are hard to find.

The consultation was quick & easy, I was able to browse samples & have all my questions answered. The price was more than fair & the overall quality of work was exceptional. I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Fantastic service! When I called I talked to Jim and he had a great demeanor about him! So kind and fun to talk to. He constantly checked in with me to let me know when and how they would make it out to my house. He also got me in sooner than expected. He gave me his personal phone number and I was able to go text back and forth with him with my questions and concerns. My windshield was pretty extreme so he had me text pictures to show the damage to make sure it wasn’t auto body issues. The replacement was quick and done very well. Poor guy had an audience, because my kids were very intrigued. He was really relaxed about it all. I Would definitely recommend!

I recently worked with this company to have our roof replaced after it was damaged by hail. The owner was recommended by one of our neighbors who shared that they had a great experience working with him on their project. I interviewed representatives from multiple roofing companies who had also been recommended and am glad I decided to trust him and this company to do the job. I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free from start to finish. He was straightforward, honest, communicated well, and delivered everything he said he would. I would highly recommend both them.

I contacted Handyman Connection to fix some drywall that a contractor had been giving me the run around on. I called on a Monday and by Friday the job was complete. Marshall, the drywall installer, did a fantastic job and the drywall looks almost good as new!

I couldn't have been happier with the repair and I definitely plan to use them for future repairs!

Terrible Experience the guy that replaced the window didn't put the correct window or tint. Never once mentioned he would have a problem doing the job. Took advantage of the situation and did not return as he said he would to fix his mistake. Very dishonest company I would be very cautious. This can be perceived as misleading, deceptive and can be considered False advertisement. ? I think your company should do a bit more research before conducting business.
