Great service. I used Bill's Pest and Termite to treat a termite problem. I was very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism displayed with this company. The inspector Jonathan was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained in detail my treatment plan and his crew delivered. Thank you very much.

I so far have really enjoyed using green house pest control... their front office staff is great ... jen has made sure to get me well taken care of each time i have spoken with her. I believe their start-up deal was very reasonable as i only paid $40 for the first time out... then after tbey come bi-monthly for $80. I thought it was a good deal.. But on the termite side of it, i thought they were WAY to steep for me at $1000 to start. And i tried to connect my neighbor with them and they told him $5000 for a 5 year contract.... OUCH! Needless to say, he went elsewhere... But if your just looking for general pest control. I like them!Thx!

We have been using Insectek for several years now. They are great. We have not had a pest issue since they started. The techs are wonderful. Matt is very professional and takes the job very serious and a very nice guy.

After working for this company for 3 years I was terminated for standing up for my own safety. They are one of the most expensive pest control companies out there and money is OBVIOUSLY more important than their employees safety.

Very happy with the service as I've had no crawling or flying creatures in my house for a long time. I live in the Arizona desert and we have scorpion and spider issues. The technician is prompt, dependable, and polite. He does a very thorough job of spraying the house, guest house and around the yards.

I am really conflicted on how to write a review for this company, they seem to be a truly Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in personality. I’ve been with this company for over two years and have had flawless service, until February 2022.

In the first 2 years of service, they had a gentleman named Kayden who came out and was truly professional, did a great job, and was always on time. My service was bimonthly (every two months) and couldn’t have been happier with the work that was completed.

However, ever since Kayden has left this company, their service has been truly substandard. The technician they sent out was not professional, continually complained about how he was treated by this company, placing me as a customer in a very awkward position. Then to make matters worse, he didn’t show up and no one called with any explanation or thought of rescheduling. I found out later that he was sick but never received a call concerning why he was not going to show up or to set a time to reschedule. I called this company’s office and we set up another schedule in two months. However, again I received no phone call the day before the service was to be rendered and nobody showed up. I called again and set up another appointment for one month as I have now not had service for for months. Again no one called or came.

I then called a lady named Angela at the company’s after hours work number to find out what was going on when nobody showed up for this next scheduled service. I think Angela must’ve had a very rough day because she treated me very disrespectfully as if I was not the one that was understanding her situation. There was no apology concerning the fact that nobody called (again) for missing this appointment.

She inferred that I was not being truthful concerning this appointment, stating that she had no record that anyone from her company was supposed to show up in June but instead blamed the company’s computer program for scheduling the next appointment in July, not in June as was told directly to me by one of her staff. Not sure how I was supposed to know that but I guess that was my fault. Even when I spent almost a half an hour on the phone back in May to set this appointment for June 23.

She stated that she was the manager and she knew nothing about this conversation and she explained it would’ve been good if I would’ve told her. First of all I had no idea that I had to talk to the manager directly when rescheduling a service call that they missed twice in a row. I guess that was another of my many mistakes.

I believe in giving this company another chance, however, due to the stellar service that was received in the first two years. I also understand that it can be very difficult when your star staff leave and the company is left trying to fill in the appointments with another qualified candidate. However, having been a good customer for over two years, it’s been very difficult to understand the type of disrespectful treatment they have shown me as a loyal customer throughout this process.

Supposedly they scheduled the next appointment in July as stated by Angela who I am assuming is the manager. Angela stated this new guy that they are sending is a quality candidate and seems to be liked by his customers for the work he does for them. I hope this is true as I would like to remain a solid customer for this company that was brilliant for the first two years but has recently hit kind of a rough patch. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and see what happens.

On July, if this agent arrives in a timely fashion and offers the service that this company lead me to believe was as exemplary as was experienced in the first two years, I will gladly continue with their service. In the past I’ve always been very happy to recommend them, and would like to continue that endorsement for future consumers. I guess the only thing I can do is wait and see and make another updated review that I will post in July.

Cole signed us up and we enjoyed speaking with him. The next day Mark came out and did an extremely thorough job. He spent more time spraying than any other pest service we have used in the past. He even sprayed the bushes the trunks of the trees. He was very knowledgeable and a great guy to talk to. I highly recommend them, so glad Cole knocked on our door.

Mikelle came by today right on schedule and was extremely friendly and professional! She explained everything she was here to do and was respectful of our home (and our talkative but sweet pups). She let us know when she was done and even followed up with a message going over the service she had just completed and what to look for over the next few weeks! Really happy that we signed up and locked in for this great service for the next couple of years.

I wish they had more people taking calls because they're so busy. But its definitely worth being persistent in contacting them.

We do service every other month, only outside and in the garage, for almost two years now after getting tired of seeing crickets in our house with our previous bug service who came every month. We have not seen a cricket inside, ever! And when we saw a scorpion once outside, they came the next day to respray, no charge, no questions asked - just getting the job done! Thank you!
