Joey Miller was our HVAC Specialist. He was professional and honest, took the time to understand our plans and budget for our home, and was super friendly with our dog! Joey was transparent throughout the process — sharing photographs and video of what he found inside our HVAC system, and making recommendations and putting together multiple quotes to allow us to have options. He clarified and answered all questions we had throughout the process. His customer service was amazing!

EXCELLENT company for our air/heat system installation! Pricewas extremely reasonable (did compare), quality, professional, friendly workers who were punctual, neat, focused & knowledgeable about the job at hand. They actually adjusted the airflow in the house & found one duct that was squished, & fixed that. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND SGMechanical. They will come out 2X after installation for free to assess the system & make sure you are happy with it. Customer Service is truly top-notch. Trustworthy, honest folks.

At our first tune up, Brandon took the time to educate me and explain his recommendations and shared photos with me. Clay and Rigo got it done! They found time to come out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Even though the unit was older, they were able to find the original replacement part. Now installed, also new capacitor and coolant in line filter and we are up and running again! Cooling seems better than ever. Good guys to work with too!

Our ac went out on our first floor. We called on Friday and first thing Monday morning Shane was able come out. He fixed it in less than 20 minutes!! By late morning our house was cooled back down to 73 degrees!! Thanks Shane for the quick response!! Highly recommend AC Works!!

Had a service appt. with Jeremy Hartz from prestige mechanical, he was very punctual and upon arrival he showed legitimate concern as to whether or not I was experiencing any problems, luckily I was not experiencing any problems so he performed a periodic inspection and made sure everything was cleaned prior to departing, I highly recommend prestige mechanical for all you ac/heating needs. Service was performed on 01/28/2020

Great company! A professional team of managers and craftsmen performed the selection of equipment and installation of the air conditioner with high quality. And at my request, they completed the installation almost the next day. Prompt, efficient, friendly communication! I recommend to everyone!

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
