We have been using insectek for almost 2 years and we are very happy with them! We had a decent scorpion issue when we first moved in to our house and within 2 months we have been nearly scorpion free (only have seen one or two along a backyard wall, none in the house). They will come out and happily spot treat anything that pops up in between treatments (since it is bi monthly). They are thorough and knowledgable. We highly recommend this company!

About 5 days ago we were shocked to find out that we had bed bugs in our immaculately maintained home. It just proves that any home can get them. I did some research and decided to use Arizona Heat Pest Services and their Technician Austin Peck. Austin came to our home and performed a thorough analysis and determined that yes we did have the 'critters' and multiple deposits of eggs prepared to hatch within days. He did an excellent job of explaining the problem and what it would take to get rid of them. We chose the heat treatment method, which was more expensive than we expected but made the most sense when the warranty was explained. All in all it was a horrific experience for us but Austin's professionalism and communication skills helped us get through the removal process more easily. Now we must wait and make sure the 'pests' are really gone for good and to never return.
We have no idea where the 'bugs' came from or how they came into our home however we are confident we received good service from Arizona Heat and if 'dem critters' should return the company will take care of them for us.

Ezra is our new service rep and he’s so friendly and answers our questions. Moxie has gone out of their way to solve our termite issue. We appreciate their attentiveness to our issue.

Very knowledgeable and kind. Always on time and very thorough around the outside and inside of the house. Never had a problem but was told to call if we ever do and they would be able to fix it. That’s something you don’t get from many companies now.

I want to thank you for your wonderful service. Jahmaine came out to handle my gopher problem and he was most pleasant. He gave me a history lesson on gophers and there tunneling. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was very professional and explained in detail what he was going to do and why. A week later he returned as promised and removed the pesty gopher and showed me the gopher’s claws for digging and his long teeth. I was overjoyed that he caught this gopher as I have been trying for months to get rid of this varmint. I am definetly going to call your company if I have any rodent, bug, pests, etc problems in the future. Thank you again for the quick, efficient service and what I thought very reasonable pricing. I had called another company and they were 3Xs the price. Watts is the way to go.

This is a great company with great personnel. For years, we had a constant problem with scorpions on our church property. Since Al has been servicing the property, any scorpions we do come across, which is rare, are dead or dying. He addresses any specific need during each service time and he and the other folks I have interacted with at City Wide are thoughtful and courteous.

Elisha just serviced my home inside and out and was extremely professional, hands-on, and thorough in his service! You can tell he takes pride in the work that he provides. This was my first service with this company and I’m glad we got Elisha cause he made us feel very comfortable with both the company and service!

I had Brandin and his business partner come to my home the very same day I noticed there were ants all around my kitchen, as if it were meant to be!
Brandin was professional, thorough, and very fast. After only a couple of hours the ants have disappeared. I'm impressed by their service and excited to be working with them going forward.

Russell Pest Control has been wonderful since before we even moved into our home! They’re caring and attentive, always acknowledging and addressing my concerns about scorpions and prevention.
