Eric has gone above and beyond to service our home and follow up on pest issues. We’ve had an ant problem lately, and he has been so thorough when treating our home, following up on progress, and finding new solutions when those stubborn guys wanted to stick around. Our ants are gone, and we couldn’t be more happy with Insectek, and especially with Eric.

Austin was able to come out the next day after we called and explained the process in detail after taking a tour of the house for a bug check. We chose not to do the heat treatment. He made sure we were aware of the fact that we should not keep our cat in the house while they sprayed. Leroy came out that week and helped move some furniture before starting. He was very professional and efficient. When he left, he called us to make sure we knew that he locked the house, as we were staying away that night. Leroy returned 3 months later for a warranty re-spray as a preventative measure (we had not seen any bugs after the first spray), and we have not seen anything since! This company is 100% awesome! We have had Moxie doing our pest control for about 2 years now. Before Moxie my husband had always done our own pest control and I can tell you there is a vast difference. We used to still have spiders , the occasional Scorpion, and a few other bugs hanging around and this is NOT the case with Moxie. I cannot thank them enough for our pest free home. The added bonus is their professional team members. We had Daniel S. yesterday he was polite and very aware of our barking dogs. He quickly handed me his card so as not to have to ring the doorbell again, ask if I needed anything specific, thenthanked me and moved on to complete his job. I appreciated his awareness of the situation.

Literally the worst at everything and a terrible value for what you actually get. Have pets and want the exterminator to enter from a specific side of your yard/house, NO. Want to call and reschedule days, best of luck to you but also NO. Have a cactus garden that obviously has baby (and older) cacti throughout it, stepped on and smashed.

Save yourself the headache and find a local company that actually cares and doesn’t charge you when they aren’t there, like Hawx does!

Have had Arrow since they took over my previous company. Mike is still with me and does a fantastic job. No issues, if I did he would come right back out.

Update:
Found that the only piece of furniture that we took with us to our new house had some bugs that didn't die from the first spray that the horrible pest control company (mentioned below) did and we ended up needing our new house sprayed. It was feeling like a never ending nightmare. Called Dylan and he was there the next day to spray. Always on time and always so willing to sit and talk me through everything. It has now been 3 months and there is not a bug in sight. I now use White Horse for my regular pest control needs every other month. Dylan even does a courtesy inspection just to make sure there is no signs of bed bug activity in our house. He is very thouough and takes his time spraying to make sure the treatment is effective. I am a customer for life!

Great service. Had a previous infestation in our apartment (and dealt with a horrible pest control company for it) and found a live bug after a month in our new house. I called and they came for an inspection in less than 3 hours. Very professional, calmed my fears, and gave suggestions on how monitor activity. Will definately use them in the future if needed.

I called about my account because after the initial sign-up and first service I hadn't gotten any communication - nearly 3 months had gone by. Bruce was very helpful in helping me look-up my account (I had no account number or info) and it turns out that the man who signed me up mis-typed my e-mail address. Bruce help me get it straightened out and tested with me on the phone to make sure all we well. He answered all my questions and we are back on track!

Russell Pest Control has been servicing our houses and commercial properties for well over 25 years. They are thorough and very responsive.
