Best House Treatment in Phoenix AZ

When we returned home to Arizona after being gone for six months, we found uninvited guests in our garage-Termites! We called our Home Warranty Co and they recommended Bill’s Pest Control. They came out, gave us a great estimate, which was very competitive. They thoroughly treated our property the very next week. We were extremely pleased with the job and the warranty they gave us. They come out and we don't even need to be home. Do a solid job and if any pest situations recur before they're due back in two months they come right out and take care of it at no extra charge.

We just started our service with Truly Nolan but both the representative that assisted is setting up the service- as well as our technician who called me to explain his visit and he was on his way early, we very professional and nice folks. I appreciate that they were not speaking from a script, and it was an actual conversation. Steve was our service person and called because he was early- and once he found out we are not there full time, he said- no worries- I will take care of everything for you! This service is for a seasonal home, so we have not been there yet- but wanted to have the service started prior to a 1 week trip there in October 2019. (We just purchased the home in March 2019 and have only been there for a long weekend so far). TN was recommended by friends who use them for their seasonal home in Scottsdale as well, so we trust everything will continue just as well as it has started. Thanks!

My family has been using this company for years. They treated my house for termites several years ago and have a great warranty program. Their prices are reasonable and their service is great! I recommend everyone I know to them. They have been in business for years and I totally understand why! The owner is very knowledgeable and has no problem explaining things and answering all my questions. I have personal experience with many of his techs and they are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable as well. You can't go wrong with House Doctor Exterminating.

This company is the worst of the worst. All the owner cares about is himself. I know this because I've even spoken to 2 technicians that used to work for Paul and they said the same thing. They also claimed the company was very unorganized with their materials, they were never thanked or rewarded for the hard work in the summer, their old trucks would break down on them while trying to gey to a customers house, and the list goes on. All in all, horrible company, they don't deserve your business, and I would suggest you hire someone else.

What professional team did they hire to write these positive reviews? We purchased a house with an attached garage previously treated by Beebe's for termites. The prior owners only had termites in the garage, but then Beebe's only treated the garage and not the entire house, so the insects just moved into the main living areas. When we see what they had done, we immediately hired a more respectable firm. Then every year we (who have had no business relationship with Beebe's) receive a bill demanding payment for renewing their guarantee. We are now forwarding these bills to the Arizona Attorney General's office. This is a very unethical company.

The tech is always on time and super friendly! He always points out if there is an issue or if we should skip a month. They are very affordable and I have been with them for 30 years. I would recommend Allgon!
