I got with this company through my inspection guy when I was buying my new house-- so I didn't choose them, they came with the inspection guy that works with my realtor. The company did an initial pest control service since I had termites, and then when I needed a follow up, they didn't show up for their appointment. And I had waited days for it, and I was seeing pest droppings (!) and I work at an office (I go in, not work at home) and so when I schedule something with a company it is not easy and I expect a company to respect their appointments and my time, like I do theirs.
They didn't even schedule the appointment even though they told me they did. and then when they told me (the day of!) that no one was showing up, they asked for photos of the pest issue in my house so they could ask around to help me. I thought maybe they could redeem themselves by following up on that. So, I sent photos and they never wrote back.
Wow, just wow. Even though I have a one year warranty with them for termite service, I moved to another company altogether. I would rather pay a company that actually follows through and has more respect for me.

We used Paul's for the termite inspection of our house before purchasing it. Paul marked that there was no visible evidence of termites. Immediately upon moving in, our pest control company noticed termite mud tunnels just simply walking up to the front door. Four other companies completed inspections and all found termite activity. It's very frustrating that we paid for this inspection and yet the free inspections we received afterwards were better.

I've used Paul's Pest and Termite Control for a couple of jobs. Every time they are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and they do a great job of eliminating the problem. Their prices deliver great value for the services they provide. I have always found them to be very easy and pleasant to work with.

Paul's Pest and Termite have done a great job here at my home for almost 10 years now. I have never had a recurrence of termites during this time since their initial treatment years ago. I have had pest treatments throughout the years as well which gives me peace of mind that unwelcome bugs will stay away. I have always had very helpful and knowledgeable people in all of my experiences with them.

He is always priced under the competition for termite treatment, and handles the demand with ease. No call no show, over 1hr late on 2nd try and waited 3 weeks for estimate and never got

Paul's Pest has been around longer than most companies in the Valley, and are always prompt to service their warranties! The office staff is extremely responsive and we could not be more happy with their service across multiple properties.

This company does my pest control and my termites and they are amazing. Talked every step out with me and amazing prices as well. The girls in the office are super sweet and very patient. Would definetely recommend to family and friends.

I never write negative reviews but now I think I have to protect other consumers. Pauls Pest Control was recommended to me by my hard wood floor installer. When my wood installer was prepping the house, they saw termites and told me to call Pauls Pest Control. Paul is a relative of this wood installer. Pauls pest control people come out and checked my entire home, drilled holes and put in what they said was their the best termite control product inside and outside and gave me a warranty. One year later, My beautiful new wood floors were buckling and lifting from hundreds of termites. Pauls men came out and treated those areas. I called again a few months later when I saw more damage on the floors and the front door was splitting. They treated a small area of the wood but they wouldn't treat my front door because my husband used Raid to temporally get rid of them. It was obvious that the Raid was a quick fix because you could see the damage, but they still refused to treat for termites.

Now, a few months later when I saw more even more termite damage on my wood floors, I asked Paul, the owner, to come to my house and and make a plan to get rid of termites before I put the wood down again. He promised to call me with a treatment plan. He never called, even after I left a message. Now, 2 months months later, the front door is ruined from termites.

I would say Pauls and his Pauls Pest Control didn't honor their warranty or his promise to me. Be very careful who you use. Get a referral from friends that have been happy.

I unfortunately have used Paul's Pest Control for 5 years. Constant visits during year for treating termites (quick fixes). I am very dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend them for pest control. I rated them with one star because there was not an option for zero.

Two days ago (8/21/2012) I paid Paul's Pest to renew my annual termite protection and made an appointment for them to inspect and treat my home. They didn't show up, didn't call, and do not answer their office phone.

Does anyone know if Paul's Pest is still in business?

This company is the worst of the worst. All the owner cares about is himself. I know this because I've even spoken to 2 technicians that used to work for Paul and they said the same thing. They also claimed the company was very unorganized with their materials, they were never thanked or rewarded for the hard work in the summer, their old trucks would break down on them while trying to gey to a customers house, and the list goes on. All in all, horrible company, they don't deserve your business, and I would suggest you hire someone else.

Paul's Pest & Termite control . Did not know who was pay wait and collect double for the inspection for termites then I ask if the could email invoice once seller paid for Termite treatment and they could not even get that right . Then want they want argue with me poor customer services. Good luck future clients.

I would not recommend this company. Absolutely the worst in customer service. They do not perform the inspections for termite bait stations per the annual contract unless you hound them to schedule. Good luck actually getting a hold of them in the first place. Then they do not even show up for the scheduled visit with no notification to change. When you finally are able to reschedule, they do not even show up for that. Then you get the audacity of receiving a renewal notice in the mail for another year of non-service.

I can not recommend these people to anybody.
