I had the pleasure of working with Bridget, who inspected my mother-in-law's house. She was kind enough to call before arriving so that we were ready for the visit. She has to be one of the nicest inspectors out there with a great sense of humor. She left no question unanswered, and I was surprised by her knowledge. She is a superstar employee that this company should keep forever! I will recommend Bill's to everyone I know because of her great service! We are very happy customers.

The people in the office and the people that come out to spray are always very nice and professional and do a great job. They are a class act!

Urban Desert has handled all of our pest control since we bought our house 1 year ago and has always down an awesome job. Today, we had our home treated for termite protection. We have been using this service for about a year and a half now after we started having issues with roaches. ? We have only found a few since and they have been dead. ?? Eric is the tech that usually comes out. He is the best! He is so friendly, professional, and informative. He explains everything clearly and listens to any minor concerns I may have. He’s so fast and thorough at his job.

This is my second home using Western Exterminator. I've been a customer for over 20 years. My service is every other month on the exterior - front and back yard. I have had the interior done maybe 3 times! Occasionally I've had a little ant problem in the backyard but it's always due to the weather. They have always taken care of any issues, even if it's between my normal service! They've come out at no extra charge. Very reliable company, very good employees!

Western Exterminator did a good job of killing off my termite attack BUT these people now won’t go away! It has been 2 years since I paid my bill in full and my house perimeter was treated. Now, for the second year in a row, I received an additional bill for $253.00. I immediately phoned and was told that my property was recently inspected in order to keep the property in warranty! What? Was this authorized, I asked. No, was their response. So I then asked when did the inspection occur? They didn’t know because it was not in the notes! I let them know I NO LONGER OWNED THE PROPERTY (which is true) and they needed to quit their “warranty renewal act!”

Technician showed up as scheduled. Appeared very knowledgeable on applying chemicals. Very friendly , competent and well priced service. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Highly recommend Envision pest control. Very thorough, professional and helpful. I especially like their reliability…when they say they will be here, they are. When we bought our house, they came in and sprayed both inside and out. We now have minimal pest problems with a every other month maintenance plan. Shaun is especially helpful and does a thorough job.

If you're looking for respectful and professional service, do NOT go here! So expensive and on top of that have such a bad attitude. No thanks.

After dealing with multiple mediocre termites companies in the past, I know that we will be using David and his wife for our current and future properties. The termite treatment was very thorough and lasted hours making sure every rooms in and out of the house were taken care of. Customer service was also part of our decision as we have been treated amazingly since our first call with us!

Aptive has done everything they promised to. We pay less per quarter, for better service than we did with our previous pest control.They will come out for free, in between scheduled visits with one phone call.They have taken care of everything: ants, aphids, mice, spiders and all other creepy crawlies we don't want.Tony is amazing!!
