These guys are great! Our technician Natalie is so fantastic! She is so friendly and sweet, works hard and isn't scared to get her hands dirty lol. She answers all my questions and we haven't had any ants. She even went so far as moving a heavy trailer for me to get to the super heavy fence she also moved like it was no big deal. We are absolutely now repeat customers!

I have been dealing with Western Exterminator since they found and treated both subterranean and dry wood termites in my house 8 years ago. I have always found them to deliver quality service. If I call between times about bugs or ants, they come out and treat without batting an eye. Seth has been my technician for a few years now. I like that stability of that too.

Arizona Heat Pest Services was prompt in returning my call. A technician, Chris K was at my door in a few hours. He listened carefully and asked a few questions to determine the nature of my problem. He also answered all of my questions in detail. After a thorough investigation, he found no evidence of a bed bug infestation. A treatment was not necessary. Was getting decent service for a few months. Asked them to come back out for a respray due to finding a scorpion in the bedroom closet and payed extra for the scorpion spray.

The technician that was scheduled... Not very friendly and no customer service skills.

Off to find another pest control company.
