Best Home Termite Treatments in Phoenix AZ

After much research (almost 2 weeks) , and having Termite Companies come out and do a home inspection. I finally decided to go with Bill's Pest & Termite Control. Jonathan (Sales Person) was very informative and answered ever question I asked. He also explained about different types termites. I just knew right there and than, this is the company I decided to go with. Price was also very reasonable. Two year warranty included in price.Today is Nov 17, 2014, and the Tech (Dallas) showed up at 12:30 (Right on time). He inspected the house, and showed me what & how he was going to treat our home. Very nice guy. Bill should be proud to have good employees like Dallas. He also explained to me to keep and eye out for 2 to 4 weeks for any mud trails. Any way.....bottom line.....Awesome customer service....and a thumbs up for Dallas....thank you.Rudy Moreno

Urban Desert Pest Control has been nothing but excellent. I have a bi- monthly preventive service and they never disappoint. The technicians are always, prompt, though, and professional. Moxie is the BEST! Technicians especially Daniel S today are very knowledgeable & concerned for our satisfaction. Had a surprise visit by a baby scorpion, called customer service who are readily available & eager to please. Sent Daniel out next day in between a regular quarterly visit at no charge and thoroughly spent over a half hr inside & out with extensive application. Highly recommend Moxie now going on our 2nd year together.

Alex Alvarez from Trojan Pest Control and Home Inspections is professional and very thorough with his inspections. He is very detail oriented in making sure his home inspection reports are what's best for the customer and purchase decision. He will make you aware of any issue the house might have so you are prepared with your agent and the seller.
I highly recommend Alex and will continue to recommend him and use anytime an inspection is needed. I also use Trojan Pest monthly at work and my condo to keep pests away. ** similar review to mine down below!! I am honestly surprised this company has this many good reviews. It makes me think they are all fake. We had Orkin to start and my boyfriend switched to greenway pest solutions when a door to door guy came around. I am so unhappy with their services and even more unhappy that I am locked into a contract for two years. (a contract we didn't know about) If you WANT bugs in/around your home hire these guys. I hadnt seen a bug or been bit by a mosquito in years while having orkin.. Now the bugs are everywhere. I had them come to spray for ants, a week later ants still there, so i called to have them come again, they came again.. the ants.. they're still there. When I called to express my frustrations the girl didn't even care about my concerns she said okay we can come again, ants typically dont die right away so youre telling me I need to have this company come out 3x for the ants to finally die?... If I wanted to get rid of the bugs myself I would have just left Orkin a long time ago. But I pay to have these services done and they aren't done well..

Excellent services. No more bed bugs within hours. Highly recommend this company.
