I have a termite contract with this company...this would be the 3rd time in less than a year they would have to come out to treat the same area for termires...and it not only did I have to wait over a month twice they called and canceled both times because the tech had an emergency and they would have to reschedule...this time I had an appr for Sept 8th..they called to cancel and want to reschedule me for Oct 23rd. In the mean time the damage to my inside wall is growing.

Matt was great! He answered all of our questions, and showed up right at the beginning of the hour block they gave us. He kept his mask on while working, and even wore booties while inside. We're feeling much more comfortable in our new home thanks to his help.

Routine spraying was performed outside only to prevent insect and rodent infections.We also use this company for termite control. Their termite division is worthless! They bill you $200 for an annual inspection but never come out and physically inspect the stations for termite activity. A call or several calls to request termite service are NEVER returned even when I was told the issue was being turned over to a supervisor! My daughter has the same issue with Western Exterminating! They have HORRIBLE reviews with the BBB of Arizona.If you have a termite issue DON’T use this company. General pest control is not a problem!

Robert was our tech and he was great! Showed up early, was courteous and professional and took care of the job. Overall we had a great experience with this company and will recommend them to our friends and family!

Brent and his team has an excellent service. I noticed their wrapped truck on the 101 and gave them a call for bi monthly service and they offered a one time initial $95.00 special without me asking and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for termite treatments, termite control, or any pest control service if you are in Phoenix or Scottsdale.

They were able to give me an appointment the very next day and were able to give me an appointment time, not a window of time. That was great! The tech showed up right on time, was knowledgeable and addressed my pest control needs quickly. He made sure to give me all the information I needed regarding my pests and was courteous of my time. The price was very reasonable and I was very happy with the whole experience.

Weed service is excellent. Well worth the price every 6 mos to not have to worry about weeds across our property over an acre.

City Wide Pest Control is the best. I have depended on them for years. I had scorpions for decades before I called City Wide. Now maybe 1 or 2 per year. R.J. came today, and he did a thorough job. He arrived on time and was very nice. I really like the company.

AMAZING!!!! I use this company for 4 of my properties AND my moms and sisters house. Absolutely amazing! They are quick to respond and come in a timely matter. Then they listen to you and what is going on with your issue and address that immediately followed by general pest control.
My last pest company would only spray the outside of the house and I would still see bugs. This company sprays inside and out, leaves additional pesticides in areas where we see the most issues. I live in an older area and have a roach problem, after I hired this company (2 yrs) ago, haven’t seen a single roach or other bugs.

Bug Science is high quality and professionally run company but they make you feel like family. Spence was obviously good at his job but his concern for my home and my dogs was exceptional and made it feel so personal. The cost was very reasonable. They were able to schedule in a very timely fashion. The office staff was so responsive and the techs were fantastic. What more could I ask for!
