They are very professional as well as personable.My Technician, Dallas is on time, responsive to any special seasonal requirements or schedule conflicts. Dallas along with any of the office staff are always pleasant and great to work with.I highly recommend Bill’s not only for their quality work and stellar employees their pricing is great!!

The Cons- My son wanted to use Burns Weed Control to get rid of the weeds in his yard. We have used this service before so we recommended Burns. After calling being put on hold then transferred we spoke with someone who told us he would receive a call no later than 24 hours. 3 days later no call.The Pros- We have a call to Jason our Pest Control guy took down our son's info and within minutes he received a call from the Weed Control guys and an appointment was set. Kudos to Jason. Not only does he go out of his way to satisfy us with your Pest Control Service. He went above and beyond to get my son set up. This is why we stay with Burns. Customer. I love when our Our technician, Justin, shows up. He rings the door bell, and by the time I get to the door he is already at work sweeping away cobwebs and inspecting for bugs. Justin is just so thorough.

We had a problem with fire ants in the backyard and crazy ants in the kitchen all gone with 2 applications.

Although this service is bimonthly, a quick text to Justin and he is out in a flash for in between maintenance if needed.

I appreciate Justin always has a smile and is an active listener and willing to make sure my needs are met and I am happy! -so rare these days!

I have been doing business with City Wide for more than 10 years using them for my own homes, then for 68 single family residential homes which I was managing. During that time every person with whom I've worked whether they be in the office or in the field has done what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it at a price that is incredibly reasonable. In one instance their tech saved my company from, likely, losing all the appliances in a vacant rental home because he was kind enough to go the extra mile and report to his dispatcher and then to us about an individual trying to gain access to the home. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would do so - happily.

Ants. I hate ants getting in my hummingbird feeders and now they got in my kitchen! Hawk Pest Control was servicing my neighbors property and Matt the technician came over and did my property right away when I told him about my ant problem. Matt did a great job spraying the perimeter of my home and baiting for the ants. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This was an intial visit .

We currently use Sexton at the community I work at, and they are always great! Mike Canning is our usual pest control gentleman, and all of the residents here love him! Great customer service, very informative and helpful!

Stuart, co-owner of Complete Pest Management, treats me with each appointment as he would his own. Very thorough, prompt and cordial- not to mention a service that works! I wont see insects on or around my home for up to 6 months post treating it. I would recommend Complete Pest Management to anyone looking for results and top notch customer service!
