This has been a great experience for something this is traditionally really not very fun to have to take care of. The office staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. They are willing to work with you by phone or email which is really great for people like me with a very busy work schedule. The service technicians are also knowledgeable and very nice. The job was done efficiently and with minimal disruption to the household. The pricing is a great value for the service you receive.

Could not ask for a better pest control company. Been with them about 4 years now and have 0 complaints. Anytime I see extra activity they send someone out right away, regardless of when my last service took place. 10/10 would recommend.

Don't waste your money on these guys. They did not seal openings correctly and did a horrible job on clean up. They never removed the rat problem and did not get rid of the smell. What they did well was take my money. I had to pay a reputable company to come in and the job done right. Go to Attic Construction if you have an issue.

There's a reason they have 5 stars and almost 1000 reviews! They are awesome! We've used them for years and the bugs have stayed away. Our big issue is scorpions where we leave and the poison works great. If there's ever an issue, they come back ASAP to take care of it. Customer service is so important and they absolutely strive for great customer service. If you're looking for a great pest control company, look no further!

I have been with Arizona Organic Pest Control for at least 10 years now if not longer. Dan has been a consistent presence and is always available ASAPif I have a concern over something at the house. I love the fact they use products that are safe for my puppy so I don't have to worry about him getting into something dangerous. Theses guys are great!! Highly recommended!!

UPDATE: The matter has been straightened out. I thank the owner for responding. I had to notify my bank to get the payments cancelled. Then I paid Western Exterminating through their online account.Carolyn Balady 2-20-2023We have been with this company through 3 different owners. I’d been happy until the last few months when they changed ownership again. I sent the November payment and then January through my bank, but they didn’t have a record of it. I wish they’d get this straightened out.

I previously worked for this company as a termite technician learning the in and outs of the job also learning pest control ad I had. O previous experience but roger the owner wanted me to come aboard the team and I was thrilled at the least And I worked for them for almost days I went on numerious jobs and I had all kinds of issues from poor communication to driving to locations that were not scheduled spending countless hours of no production due to the process and i went to work everyday that was requested of me and worked proudly only To be scheduled for work on 2/28 then called into the office for “team meeting” only to find out I was being terminated and wasn’t provided any information other than we like the way you carry yourself and it’s not a good fit and that the owner was out of town so other staff had to provide me the message? Only to file unemployment and receive a letter of denial as the company says I was insubordinate but never had any warning or write up so I say this company was dishonest to an employee how can they be loyal to customers?

We have used City Wide Pest Control for 5 years now (at 2 different locations) and they do a great job each time! Our most recent technicians, Ginger and Bill, were professional, friendly, and did a great job! We will keep using them for sure!
