From day one when Kyle Thoma came out to our residence he was very professional, kind and explained everything in detail. The fact we have had terrible service in the past he listened to us tentatively. They immediately addressed our issues, Mario, Nick and Andrew all were kind, awesome and really did a great job! It is finally wonderful to feel comfortable we have found a trust worthy company who will take care of our property and all are knowledgeable and professional!! Your money is well spent!! We have not ever used a professional arborist before. Jason is very knowledgeable, and professional! The two different crews we've interacted with have been professional as well, and easy to work with. If you have trees you care about, these are the guys to go to. Whitfills recommend them to us, and we are forever grateful!

The crew showed up on time and continually asked me if they trimmed the tree enough. I told them to do more and they followed my requests perfectly until I was satisfied. I will definitely use them when needed.

We hired Trees for Needs to remove 2 trees and 3 additional stumps in our backyard. The crew was very friendly, professional, and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. We are happy with the results and would definitely recommend!

1) Was charged double fee for 1st time service for additional work. Only worked 40 minutes for $150 and never made over charge right.
2) Was never asked about over seeding so we requested over seeding for winter lawn 2 weeks ago and was told owner would make contact. Still have not heard back.
3) Was told irrigation would be addressed as part of initial visit. Find out only sprinklers system timer is checked as part of service. Sprinkler timer was still too much as flooding in areas continued.
4) We have hired an outside company to investigate leak. 3 Sprinkler heads were broken and one section of sprinkler system was timed too long as it was flooding the area as per licensed contractor.
5) Every other week service was rescheduled by one to three days.

This company was certainly not above or beyond nor did they deliver on promised service.

These guys rock... tree removing animals! They got right into it —removing a large ficus. They did a great job grinding down the large stump too. They did a couple other things I requested too while they were there. They were fast to quote (site unseen) and were the best priced option I found. Plus, I think they were likely the most professional and serious too. Will hire them again for other properties. Thanks Jesse.

Had a big acacia tree blow down with a storm that was blocking part of the street. They had a crew out right away. The crew did an amazing job! They also cleaned up well. Would definitely call them again if needed & would definitely recommend them.

just a bad deal all around... only as good as your word? the crew felt cheated, i think they took it out on our family?

My citrus trees weren't looking very good, so I called Liberty and set up an appointment for two days later. Daniel punctually came over and immediately identified a disease for one tree, and gave me advice on how to treat it, since there's enough I can do before an expert needs to do anything. He also noticed that my irrigation lines were far too close to the trunks, causing my other problems. He told me the distance from the irrigation lines should be, and told me the heads were the wrong kind. He also told me my watering cycle wasn't appropriate. He left me with a to-do list which I was easily able to take care of myself, without charging me a cent! He also told me if the disease doesn't improve to give him a call. I'm so happy that I've found an honest tree service and won't hesitate to contact them again. Please, if you need a tree service, call these people!

Tree Services Peoria removed approximately 50 dead Scotch Pine trees from our acreage. We called several companies and almost all of them stated they didn’t have the capability to do it. The entire two day project was quite impressive! All crew members were extremely professional and safe. I have already been recommending them to our nearby neighbors! Stay warm and safe, guys!

I am a repeat customer of Arbor Care. This company are simply incredible. In what I could only describe as a military operation, Art and his team are so efficient. They did an incredible job for a very reasonable price. This company is professional and skilled. Everything was left pristine when they finished and not a leaf out of place. If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would!

Amazing food & service. Great place to go for Sushi. Salad, soup and seafood with noodles were the best. We will return.

Fabian and his crew amaze me every time I have used them, which is often. We always do a walk though of what I would like to have done and he gives me his honest opinion on whether it’s worth doing or not. Watching them work is like watching a well oiled machine. They come out, they get the job done right, and clean up afterwards. I will never use another tree trimming company. Fabian and his team are my guys.

These guys killed it. Jimmy was the main trimmer and did an awesome job. They were on time and professional. And even went above and beyond with their clean up and removal. The price was exactly as quoted and they got it done efficiently. I would recommend for any of your tree needs

Very poor customer service. Paid $250 for services a few weeks ago and although they were an hour and a half late, I was pleased with the work and decided to rehire for front yard. Set a time for noon, didn’t want them to have a card on file so took time off work so I could be here to pay.
Nobody showed up.
Called and reset an appointment for the next day. They came an hour and a half early. LUCKILY I was on lunch break and randomly stopped at home and saw them pulling up at the same time. No call, no notification, nothing. I called Sergio and asked if there was a service that could be thrown in for the inconvience of today and yesterday or maybe a small discount. He started arguing with me over how the appointment was for 1:30 and they showed up so no. ( Although the time I got home was 12 PM and they did not show up yesterday or even have the decency to inform me they wouldn’t show up. )

I was planning to hire them at least once a month but due to such poor customer service and treatment I will take my business elsewhere. As you all know landscaping is not cheap so I will be doing business with someone who actually appreciates their customers.

Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.
