Knowledgeable about tree care. I called them about young pale verdes that I planted last year. Scott had a lot of good advices on how to take care of them and told me that I didn't need to touch them until next year. I appreciated that. He was quick and responsive. I will call him again next year --- this is a guy who knows trees. I feel like my trees will be in good hands with him

Jesse provides AMAZING service. He and his team removed a large tree from my yard. I was quoted over the phone and informed of his availability. The service exceeded my expectations and the price was less than others quoted. I’m confident Jesse will provide a similar experience to others in need of tree removal or trimming services.

We contacted American Tree and Landscape via Facebook and they responded right away. We then sent photos of the palm trees we needed trimmed (which are all very tall & require climbing) and were given a very reasonable price quote that same day. We next asked how soon they could do the job and were told that while they already had 2 jobs for the following day, they would be willing to fit us in after the other jobs were complete. They showed up early afternoon, got right to work, continually checked in with us as they were trimming the palm trees to make sure they were looking how we wanted them and the guys were just overall pleasant and wonderful to work with! We will be calling them again the next time we need any yard work done and/or trees trimmed!

Just bad business. I was told for $700.00 they would save my queen palms and if they didn't get better then they would come back and retreat trees. It has been 4 months and tress are still dying. I have been told by two different employees that they would come check it out. That was two months ago.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the first time I used a tree trimming service as my trees were getting too large for myself and my landscapers to take care of. Their arborist came and gave us a quote for trimming 6 trees on our property. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and emailed me the quote right away, which was more reasonable than the other quote received.
The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and competent. It consisted of two tree cutters and 2-3 helpers/assistants. I went out several times to check on them but they knew exactly what they were doing. Having taken a class on tree trimming at the Desert Botanical Garden myself I knew what not to do, and they did too.
I gladly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I saw their crew working on the side of he road while I was sitting in rush hour traffic. They worked so well together I actually pulled a U-Turn to come back by to take a pic of their truck so I could get the name of their company. So glad I did. These guys are the best!!! They removed 20’ wall of 10’ tall thorny bushes and ground the stumps down to nothing in less than 2 hours. Boom!

Juan and his guys are awesome! They’re professional and courteous. They get the job done in a timely fashion, and exactly how you want and then some! I recommend him to everyone I know.

They cost me a day from work, and I don't have anything to show for it.
They were supposed to come out Friday afternoon to scope out the work and required me to take a day off from work. The work is to remove 2 large, live trees and 5 stumps.
At Friday noon, I got a text message saying their arboriest got sick and went home. I offered several other times to meet (Saturday, or any day before 9AM), but they don't support appointments outside noon-4PM, Mon-Fri. (They're also fixated on Tuesday afternoons, and kept suggesting that even after I said I couldn't make Tuesday's.)
I guess they don't need any more business.

After having a tree killed years ago by going cheap, this time I looked for an expert. Dan Riggs and his staff were the ones I picked. I was not disappointed either. Dan came out when he said he would, explained what should be done and why, and his staff were there 2 days later. They were prompt, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. And the price was reasonable. They are now my company for all my future tree needs. Thank you Dan.
