Fast, reliable, too quality, puts clients first. Our wall leak could have been on the surface or in the wall. They checked everything first to see if they had to cut into the wall. By doing the checks first they confirmed surface only thus did not have to cut into the wall. Saving money and a separate call to a drywaller. I respect they didn't go a path that would have been more cost first.

The office people are very friendly and great with communications. Our repair tech was Brent. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous as well as going above and beyond. He took the time to explain everything to us so we would understand it. We were even able to get our water heater parts in a little ahead of his daily schedule, which was fantastic! I would highly recommend using Pruitt’s to anyone that has a plumbing problem. If you can request Brent!! You definitely won’t be disappointed you did.

We had our whole house water re pipe done by Arizona Integrity plumbing. The thought of having this done made me very nervous. Ramiro and Byanka were clean professional and very friendly. I give this company an A+ from start to finish, you can't even see where the holes were cut in my walls.

At first I was worried since I didn't hear back right away - I called at 3:30am lol - so I called again at 6 and within 2 hours I had a fantastic tech at my door. Prior to, the company emailed and text the picture of the tech with what to expect on this service call. Sky ( his name ) called shortly after and was there as promised. He was honest, fair, efficient, nice, knowledgeable and also educated me on my ac unit. I called 5 other companies and Penguin Air was the only one that followed through in this urgent (on a holiday) situation. I am very grateful and without a doubt will refer and use them again myself for any service that they may offer. If you can ask for Sky - I highly recommend him for good quality service.

These guys are great gave an estimate over the phone.. The only reason why it was off was because I added a drain pan that I didn't have in my last water heater...

Our older Moon Valley home has some tricky plumbing. Alex and Jr really took the time to listen to my wife and I, and understand our needs prior to the work. In spite of difficulties, they worked hard to fix my plumbing issue, and left the place neat and clean. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Price was exactly as anticipated, and given the work effort, turned out to be a huge bargain for me. I have a new plumber!!
