Pruitts plumbing has been to my house 4 times in the last 3 months. It started the first time through my home warrantee company and the first experience wasn't that great to be honest. They had to return a second time for the same issue and I was skeptical because of the first time but since it was through the home warrantee for the same issue I didn't have a choice. Mike P came the second time and he was excellent! He explained to me what he was doing, he had no problem showing me and letting me watch. He was clean and professional. We had to use a plumber again for another issue that was not covered by the home warrantee so I called Pruitts plumbing and requested him personally and he came and completed the job and I was again completely blown away by his professionalism and the quality of his work. Again he showed me what he was doing and explained everything to me. Very professional, clean and just over all a great experience. We just another leak so I called my home warrantee and requested pruitts plumbing and when they sent me to Pruitts I of course requested Mike P again. He showed up and again professional, clean great work and explained everything. I would recommend Mike P and pruitts plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber. I will definitely be using Pruitts and requesting Mike personally. I will even wait longer in order for him to be the one to come to my home. Thanks again Mike P and Pruitts. This week had all new drain and sewer linings installed under slab home with no surprises, job completed on time. The technician Joey was very professional and got my air conditioner fixed and running in less than 10 minutes, after being without it for 3 nights and 3 days. I didn't know what to expect for the bill and at the end he waived the labor so I had enough to pay the bill, MAJOR props for him to do that. Penguin Air was THE ONLY one who called back and came out to my house. I've called many places with no call back and actually spoke with one place but they were a no show and never contacted me back. Travis and his crew are great. They have replaced an outside hose bib, water heater and fixed a couple of water hookups under my kitchen sink. Both on short notice and for reasonable prices, quality of work is high and comparable to more expensive plumbers. I called three and went with Moon Valley - they just came across as plumbers, not salesmen.

Ryan was here today for our annual HVAC service. Punctual, courteous, professional. Found a couple of issues on one of the outdoor condenser units which I decided to have repaired. Very accommodating including going off to get one of the parts needed and coming back to get it all done the same day. Very happy with him and with the company.
