Randy and Tyra are an amazingly professional team. We have utilized their services twice. Upon moving into our town home in Tempe they assisted with rehanging doors, installing excellent lighting in my wife's craft room, making general drywall repairs in the home, and installing exterior light fixtures. They were more than willing to provide an estimate prior to work which was extremely detailed and accurate. I had a couple light fixtures replaced. I love my new lights! The technician arrived on time and was very professional. Will is a very reliable, trustworthy, strong hard working young man who gets the job done as quickly as possible. He is focused and honest. He put 2 vanity tops, 3 faucets, a vanity light, 4 towel racks, and hard ware in my bathrooms and kitchen in about 5 1/2 hours. He only charged me for 5 hours because he was taking time to fix my window. He noticed the caulking was loose, and he fixed it without me even having to ask! He is a self- starter who hopes to grow his business and do well in business and in life. He wore a mask and washed his hands. The faucet in the kitchen looked so fantastic, my son actually thought I had upgraded the entire sink. My grandchildren were amazed at how much better the bathrooms looked. He finishes projects professionally, completely as he cleans the work space and removes trash. I have been wanting to do these upgrades since I bought my house almost three years ago. I finally found the right person for the job. I highly recommend Will for your jobs around the house. I wish there we two of him so I could use him for my house in another state but I don’t think he has a twin. Maybe he’ll let me clone him? LOL! TY good Lord for Will! ?

Estimate was expensive and lacked specificity. I passed on the vague estimate.

The husband and I suspected that our toilet was leaking. We were further concerned when there was suddenly a large wet spot on the floor of our closet. Turns out the toilet leak had been traveling across our bathroom and into the closet. Joe was able to diagnose the issue and replaced the internals of our toilet. Sure enough, the wet spot dried within 24 hours and we no longer have a leaky toilet. He was able to further fix another toilet of ours so that the tank no longer leaks. The experience was professional and quick overall. Thank you, Joe!!

For people like me, who occasionally require handyman services, it is reassuring to know there is an honest and reliable company that can provide those services. My “handyman” was courteous, friendly, prompt and finished the job on time. The kitchen and the restrooms were remodeled and look exactly the way I planned and look amazing. I will be using RT Constructions again and can recommend them without reservations. Excellent.

When I moved into my new home there was a lot of work to be done. My realtor assured me that she Had a guy.She put me in contact with Scott and Ari, from there the whole process was very easy. It was my first time buying a home so I had no idea how it all worked. The guys at Luxury Homes Took the time to ask me what was the most important to me and they focused on my main areas of concern first. Their service techs were very professional always came in clean and left their work areas cleaner than they found them. I called Greg Knutson this morning for a garbage disposal issue and he came the same day and fixed it! He did a wonderful job at a fair price, and did professional quality work. We will be using him again and recommend him to others.

As a service based company, we often have need for last minute repairs to keep our clients happy. Greg has been incredibly responsive, communicative and efficient in handling our needs. We highly recommend him!

Oh boy I hoped to forget this incident but here comes a reminder to review from Google when I am looking for a handyman this time...

I got about 1/3 of what I paid for. First job was to install a range hood with 6 inch diameter vent. Company sent one handyman for what was definitely a two person job. He ultimately got the hood up with my help (I happened to have the morning off) but ended up missing the mounting brackets, which had to be completely redone by myself and family, causing a several month delay to find enough time to do the job.
Second job was to install a garage door opener, which he did. However I specifically had the office employee note the existing prewiring and pointed it out to the handyman before starting the job. This time I was not around and returned to wires stapled to the ceiling and walls. The lack of attention to detail on both his and the office employee staff is disappointing. It makes me doubt the experience of the company as a whole if they didn't know what prewiring looks like.
I feel bad for the handyman since he was genuinely trying hard, yet shoddy work is shoddy work.
