We had termite Inspection completed and received the estimate and report from Paul. He was very complete in his inspection and what would be needed. Price quoted was very fair and the warranty is a plus. Today Michael arrived early and got started on the work as described. He trenched all around the home also went under into the crawl space with the liquid. Drilled and treated and filled the holes. Michael did a Very timely and thorough job today. We feel Blessed by the staff at Bill's Termite control. We Certainly will hire them again and let others know what a fine company they are to work with. We originally just called Alex out for spiders, but little did we know we had a rattlesnake on the property and Alex bravely picked it up and took care of it. He had every right to charge us for that service but he said he was already here and didn’t see the point in charging us for that!! That just shows what kind of man he is and what kind of business he runs. The second time Alex came out it was mosquito season. We had a BIG mosquito issue! He explained to us how the pesticide worked and the following outcomes of what to expect! There have been no issues since then! We are so relieved!! Thank you so much Alex and Copper State staff!!

I tried to use Burns. I really did. My daughter recommended them. On Saturday I went on line and filled out the Request a Quote Form. I received an email on Sunday that they were closed and that I would receive a phone call on Monday. So far so good right? Monday came and went without a call or Email. I called the office. They were closed. I left a message letting them know they had been referred to me by a current customer and I was disappointed that I hadn't heard from them. No call back Tuesday. NO callback EVER. If they treat people like this when they are trying to get their business it tells you they don't think communication with clients is important !COMMUNICATION is KEY guys.You Lose. (Daughter is also now changing companies)

There is little else than can be said other than - They Do What They Promise! We'd battled this issue for 6 months! Wish I'd known about AZ Heat before! We'd treated with chemicals, alcohol sprays, DME and all it did was push them from one room to another. :( AZ Heat took care of the problem, Once and done, With an 18 mo warranty!

I had a problem with pigeons nesting under eves of my roof, Watchdog came out and evicted the pigeons and installed barriers so they can't take up residence again, then they cleaned up the nests and the mess on my roof. All in all a job well done.
