Bravo to Pink Plumbing. Lou got it done! Worked with Chris, Stephanie, and Lou for a replacement of the water line from the water meter to my condo. Although my situation wasn't desirable, Pink Plumbing took away my stress and worries and I'm confident the work was done right. If you need a plumber, don't hesitate to give these folks a call.

I called Diamondback at 6:30 PM for a main water leak in my front yard. They offered to come out that evening and I said it could wait until the next morning. I had an appt for 9-1 but asked for them to please come as early as possible. At 7:30 AM the next morning Barry was at my home digging up the problem. He was fast, efficient, and showed us where the pipe broke, and showed us the repair. We couldn't have asked for better service!

I had an appointment window of 11AM to 1PM Friday. They couldn’t come until 3PM so I had to reschedule. I Rescheduled for Monday 11AM to 1PM and they missed the appointment window a second time! This company doesn’t respect your time and they aren’t reliable. I recommend someone else.

I have used A-Accent Plumbing for over 25 years at my 50 year old house. I have had drains cleaned, gas line plumbed, sewer work and other maintenance performed. Today I had a garbage disposal replaced promptly and professionally by Jim who has been here before. A-Accent is my go-to plumber. All staff are pleasant and helpful. I wholly recommend A-Accent Plumbing.

UPDATE: 2 weeks later, I was issued a refund. Still leaves a bad taste in my mouth, but they DID, in the end, refund.I called Custom Plumbing to help with a main line drain issue. The person I spoke to, Brad, told me that I wouldn't be charged unless they fixed the problem.The technician came out, wasn't able to fix it, and demanded that I still give him the check even though it wasn't resolved.Brad called me and assured me that they wouldn't cash the check unless they were able to resolve the issue.Fast forward a week later, they cash the check. I called them and was told that Brad is the office manager and is unavailable. He hasn't returned my calls and I have no information on why they charged me when they promised they wouldn't.I'm am VERY dissatisfied.

Anthony came and did an excellent job assessing the problem and explaining what need to be fixed. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable!
