Just call these guys they are the BEST!!!! They know what they are doing and compared to other companies their prices beat every other pest control company I called. One company quoted me $400 more than AZ Heat. They were quick to respond to my calls and always made me feel like I was top priority. Like I said just call these guys and save yourself the headache of shopping around. When it comes to bedbugs you want quality.

Called Master Tech Pest Solutions for a cleanup of rat droppings under the built in BBQ area. They came this morning and Josh was the technician. He cleaned up the area, identified three entry points and sealed them up.

What a great job he did. I was expecting the clean up for the price that they told me but did not realize they would identify and seal the entry areas at no extra cost. This was above expectations and I would highly recommend Master Tech to anyone needing their services. This is a wonderful company and Josh was excellent.

Checked in with City Wide and turns out I was spending tons more on Pestie or DIY products and they come and spray for you. Pretty sure I paid these other companies a 100 dollars for a can of RAID...

Website could use work but you just call in and they take care of everything.

March 4, 2023 during termite assessment Logan me told $2500 to install and someone will come out every year to assess. IF you need a refill of bait you pay $300. Come to find it’s $300 every year for Hawx to come out whether you need bait or not. I got this info from the installer himself as he called me when he was to my house to install, which Logan told me I didn’t need to be there, and that was not true as well. Thankfully, I was able to talk to the installer and he gave me the real truth about how things worked. Tried calling customer service who told me she would call me back in 10 min so can dig deeper into my account. She never called back. Told Logan I don’t want services and he calls me. Tells me that he is going to call the person that was going to install and verify the $300 situation because he was not aware of it. Calls back and tells me as of March 1, 2023 they changed the rules and it is $300 per visit every year. He then let me know that he would be willing to give me the services for $1500 so that way it would cover 3 years worth of them coming out. I reached out to the person who came out, and he said Logan never contacted him because he already knew that that was how the pricing worked. It never changed on March 1. I am literally getting the runaround and being lied to by Logan. I also checked my credit as I was told that when I financed the termite charges, it would be a soft inquiry on my account and come to find it is not a soft inquiry. It is a hard inquiry, and will remain on my report for two more years . Do not use these people as they scam you, and they lie to you and I am very upset. They wasted my time and the audacity to continue to lie to me. And now Logan is telling me he’s not sure that he can cancel the services because I financed and there’s a pending charge with the credit company and he has to call because this is never happened before.

Everyone we've dealt with at Bug Science(from the office to the owner) are INCREDIBLY knowledgable, intelligent, passionate, and personable! The service is modern and streamlined with an easy to use online customer portal system. (It even has historic data and photos of services preformed on our home from a year before we even bought it!!!).
I spent a few years working in pest control and actually planned on spraying my own house. After talking with the Adam and learning more about the Bug Science system and service, it was a no brainer to step aside and let a real PRO take care of it.
