We have used Blue Sky Pest Control services for almost 4 years. They are on-time, polite, and provide an excellent level of service at a reasonable price. Our house is nestled against the mountains in North Scottsdale but we have had virtually no scorpions or other insects in our house in the time that Blue Sky have been providing our pest control service.

There are a LOT of pest control companies to choose. When you call around you get an understanding of what quality chemicals most use, such as delta dust and onslaught and Green Home exceeded expectations. Gerald was knowledgeable, listened to our points of concerns, and went out of his way to meet those needs. He was timely and did what he said he would do. Cheers!

I'm leaving five stars and I'm not even a customer. Senor Gonzales saved a wild Hawk from a customer's pool and made it look like Child's Play. The Hawk was obviously thankful hung out with the guy for I think like an hour until the nonprofit bird rescue people got there and I'm sincerely touched. The hawk is doing fine probably would not have survived if Senor Gonzales would not have found it what a great employee to show such mercy and compassion while working and I think he's meant to be somewhere else unfortunately to the detriment of the pest control company he should be at a zoo or taking veterinarian assistant classes or something but I think it's great and it is a testament to the employees they hire

Zack L. was extremely courteous and professional!! He walked me through every step of the process, ( because I'm one of those guys who wants to understand the work that I'm paying for), and he answered all of my questions. He explained what treatment was necessary, (did not try to force my decision), though I did opt for a full treatment, because this is my house after all.I will update this review in a few months, after seeing, first - hand, how well it works. Based on my experience today, I would definately recommend Insectek!

We contracted with them around 10 years ago to have our home treated for termites. We have been paying them annually for inspections. We noted evidence of termites three weeks ago and called to have it addressed. They were able to get an inspector here the next week to confirm the termites, but they were not able to schedule the termite extermination until yesterday, and it took multiple calls from me before it was scheduled. They were supposed to come in the morning. I called at 11:30 to verify they were still coming and was told they would give me a call. They did not call. I called them back again today and was told that I would have to be rescheduled for a week and a half from now. It appears that once you are a customer, you are no longer a priority.

I called freaking out after I had spotted a bed bug on me eating upon my awakening and had tony out about 4 hours later for my FREE inspection. I was told he would arrive between 2 and 3 and honestly wasn’t expecting him to show up for hours after that as most companies now a days are like that. But at 1:34 I received a call from him and he was at my house by 2:15! He was amazing and personable! Answered all my questions, inspected my whole home and alleviated a lot of my concerns. I was set up for an appointment the next day with Tod at 7am so I pulled an all nighter to prepare my house for heat treatment and pesticides. Much to my surprise (again, usually I don’t expect much because most companies don’t stay true to time estimates), Tod showed up as promised at 7am and was very accommodating. He talked to us about the process and what he was going to do. I then contacted him after leaving my house so he could start the process as I forgot to warn him that I have surgery in two weeks and needed to be certain the problem was solved so the bed bugs don’t take up residence in my rather bulky splint after this major ankle surgery. No joke, he texted back within 3 minutes and let me know he would make sure to bake my room as much as possible and also sprayed extra heavy and took extra time to thoroughly examine my room and contact spray any Bed bugs that he found alive after heat treatment (if any were even alive). I received a call after he was finished explained yet again what he had done, his warranties, his findings, and made sure I was 100% happy and had no questions or concerns before he left my house. I am so beyond thankful for this company. I was met with compassion and some of the most understanding and sweet people and it made a terrible situation so much easier.

Our monthly exterior home treatments have been excellent. No bugs in our home.
Outside is free of ants, scorpions, spiders, and even crickets are mostly no showes.

My exterminator Danny was proffesional and courteous. He definitely was worth the call, he handled the situation and had great advise. Will definitely use and refer friends and family. Thanks

Gary is AMAZING! I had an issue with the initial service, huge ant pile still in tact, bugs getting into my home and not dying etc. I called back and they sent Gary out again and he made sure to walk through the house with me, show me exactly what he was doing and how he was going to ensure I was satisfied for the next 30 days. All in all, I have seen less bugs in my home, and the ant pile isn’t completely gone, but it’s 100X better than before. Lots of spiders up top, but I’m not sure they spray for that. I’m not sure I will use them again, however Gary exudes a positive energy and great customer service. He needs a raise!

Raelyn was very Professional And understanding. She explained all the Chemicals that were used in my home and explain that they won’t harm my dogs or humans in any way. She’s very Polite and a hard worker showed up on time and got straight to it I Definitely Recommend the service.

These guys are the best!! They are easy to work with and always come with a smile. We’re stoked to have found them. Haven’t seen a bug since!

Adam and his team at Bug Science are amazing. They are on time, they care about their clients (and the pets) and we're so grateful not to be inundated with bugs! A lot of peace of mind. And they also have a fantastic anti-scorpion program that you just have to see.

We found this GEM when we moved into the neighborhood in 1999. This was before the 101 was built and the 51 didn't even come all the way up this far. Times have sure changed, but there is one thing I can put 10 plus ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ STARS ? on here...WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST PLACE TO FIND KIND FOLKS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT! They don't waste your time or money by telling to try this or I've heard this works for some people. Basically that jargon is from a TV commercial and meant to get you to return to a store to spend more time and more money for ZERO RESULTS. These folks WELCOME anyone with understanding and determination to resolve their situations with weeds, pests and more...this is a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE, so ask any and every question you have, they will educate you.
These folks write the instructions on each bottle and container or measuring cup they supply for YOUR SPECIFIC needs as you've explained them. They ask questions to ensure not only will the product work for you, but will ensure that NO HARM IS DONE TO YOU OR YOUR PETS, CHILDREN, AND LANDSCAPING.
I can't say thank you enough for all your years of dedication, wisdom and kindness. If you ever move out of your store, I will follow you!!! You are truly a rarity in this world and very much appreciated by many.
