I definitely will not be going to this place again. The credit card I used to make my purchase here was used within a half hour to buy $1,100 of shoes in New York. I used my cc three time earlier in the week at my local golf course that I have been to for fourteen years, Lowes and Fry's. I should have been more aware suspicious when the cc machine here was off to the side and out of sight and after the first swipe the employee states.. well that didn't go through..... but did a second time..... I'm sure my cc was swiped through a skimmer..... live and learn..... not every business and or employee are on the up and up.

We found this GEM when we moved into the neighborhood in 1999. This was before the 101 was built and the 51 didn't even come all the way up this far. Times have sure changed, but there is one thing I can put 10 plus ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ STARS ? on here...WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST PLACE TO FIND KIND FOLKS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT! They don't waste your time or money by telling to try this or I've heard this works for some people. Basically that jargon is from a TV commercial and meant to get you to return to a store to spend more time and more money for ZERO RESULTS. These folks WELCOME anyone with understanding and determination to resolve their situations with weeds, pests and more...this is a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE, so ask any and every question you have, they will educate you.
These folks write the instructions on each bottle and container or measuring cup they supply for YOUR SPECIFIC needs as you've explained them. They ask questions to ensure not only will the product work for you, but will ensure that NO HARM IS DONE TO YOU OR YOUR PETS, CHILDREN, AND LANDSCAPING.
I can't say thank you enough for all your years of dedication, wisdom and kindness. If you ever move out of your store, I will follow you!!! You are truly a rarity in this world and very much appreciated by many.

The customer service sucked! No refunds or returns. That speaks volumes about the business. It's as if they know their service and product sucks.

Don't waste your time going to any of their locations. You will regret it!

Purchased scorpion treatment and a refurbished B & G sprayer. I have no complaints about the product, of course I haven't been able to use it since the B & G Sprayer I purchased one day ago never worked. I went to the store to see if they could help me. To make a long story short, he said that I had to dump the scorpion poison. Apparently a place that sell pest control products handle any product. After that he said I could leave the sprayer for a few days and he would see what he could do. Apparently he can't do anything.

Had a huge ant problem so stopped in for some help! I am so glad I did! Unfortunately, I have forgotten the name of the owner, because he was extremely informative and knowledgeable! Using his product and instruction, my ant problem was gone in 24 hours! I will return with any future pest control needs!

I selected this store to help me with a weed control problem. Charles was the person who was running the shop. I explained the type of weeds that were overwhelming my yard. He explained my options and the products available. He ensured I knew how to apply the herbicide and what concentration to use. I really enjoyed my shopping experience and the free education that came with it. The product worked as promised and was priced within my expectation. B,W & M is now my go to place for pest control.

Great place! I get it ALL here, my grass and weed killer, grass and weed preventer, and my home barrier. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm a single mom and I have it all taken care of here by myself. All's you need from them is the product, they even send you home with a detailed instruction paper and a measurement cap. You will need a sprayer which you can pick up a 2 gallon one for $10 at Harbor Freight with coupon in their ad. So there it is you SAVE lots of $ doing it yourself, have product left over to have it kept up next time it needs, and don't have to rely on anyone but yourself. My home front and backyard looks great and is bug free for my kiddos to run a muck worry-free. I absolutely love this place! PS I had a TERRIBLE black widow problem at my house. Within minutes of me using the bug barrier product while I was still walking around spraying there were bugs belly up EVERYWHERE I had bugs belly up that I never seen before it's like they were coming from the wood works, next day bugs belly up EVERYWHERE! The product DEFINITELY works!
