I contacted Casey who was treating our neighbors home for termites. He was friendly and helpful and explained to me where to look and what to look for to determine if I might have termites. Unfortunately I found the tubes exactly where he told me to check. I called Bill's and scheduled an inspection. James came to the house and was there 5 minutes prior to my scheduled time. He did a thorough check of the house and showed me several termite tubes and fully explained what would be done if I chose to use their service. He provided me with a quote, which was a great value for the service. I set up a time for the treatment and today, Casey came to treat our house. He was 15 minutes early, and worked hard and explained everything to me. Both James and Casey are extremely professional and knowledgeable about termites and ridding your house of them. The scheduling was done quickly and the service was scheduled at my convenience. I would highly recommend Bill's pest & termite control to anybody.

Shout out to my boy, Dax!He came through early, asked what kind of pest we had around our house, reassured that he's going to take care of it, and went to work. Was honestly surprised how well educated he was and the customer service was superb.It's 12 hours later and found a trail of dead bugs outside the edge of our house. Found some insects I didn't even know we had. Definitely sticking with these guys.Thank you for giving my wife the peace of mind. Was getting tired of walking across the house just to kill an earwig.

Alex is amazing and I am so lucky that I chose this company for my service. I called 2 other companies before him due to close proximity- and they were difficult to reach. I called Alex and he immediately contacted me back and set up an appointment to come see the issue that same day! He was very punctual, polite, and respectful in the house. He is also very knowledgeable in his field. I had (so happy to say HAD and not have) a roach problem and Alex diagnosed the issue and was very accurate in his estimate of how many treatments I would need. He is a very honest person because originally we were set for 5 treatments and because of his work i see no roaches after 4 treatments - I wasn’t sure if we needed the 5th and Alex, himself, stated 4 should be fine, gave me a recommendation for a household product, and set up treatment for every so months now for maintenance. He could have just as easily came in for that 5th treatment, I wouldn’t know any better, but he was very honest and has great integrity. His prices are affordable and worth every penny. I appreciate his services so much and would recommend him to anyone including all my family members. If you need an exterminator, Alex is your guy!

Professional and friendly. They gave me an estimate, and schedule for my pest issue's. They stuck to the cost, and the time frame agreed upon. It's been 3 weeks and absolutely no mice. That's pretty good service, with good follow-up.

Overall good service and product. The BIGGEST issue is you cannot reach anyone on the phone or locally. It's all sourced to their corporate office in CA - and they don't know individual locations and all. So much is lost in translation. WE NEED LOCAL call areas - they know the day to day, schedules of their drivers. I have had some turn over of drivers - but NO ONE tells you - just be prepared to do the follow up on all - they don't call you. I have bi monthly service and yearly termite inspection and service as well. Sometimes they call you or text. Prior the staff at the local office (when you could reach someone) - they were not the most helpful. BUT the field techs and guys are GREAT - and very professional and return calls and texts. The product they use seems to work overall. I would recommend - BUT again - we need better follow up emails, calls and service. WE ARE the customers - you are to follow up with us - not the other way around - HELP with this. Thank you.

Nick was very professional, thorough and attentive to our pest control needs! He even does weed control which was a nice add on- especially as the weeds are starting to sprout up! I would highly recommend Fromm Pest Control!

The first time I saw a termite tunnels, I used my home Warrenty to treat the spot. After a few months I saw multiple termite tunnels and began setting up bids/quotes for full service. After I received the bids I choose to go with 520 Termite & Pest Solutions. The inspector RJ was knowledgeable and gave me an in-depth analysis of the current condition of the house along with informative in-site on the industry. Because of his I choose to go with 520.

On the scheduled service day my wife and I needed to have the the service begin at the beginning of the time frame and they were able to accommodate that. Mike was on time, gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. He was through and did a clean job. When I asked him questions about pest control he answered knowledgeably and with over 20 years of experience shared how the treatment services a changed in a good way.

They have definitely won over my continue business with them and I will be recommending to my friends family and community.

I was having an issue with gophers in my yard. I tried all of the at home remedies, with no luck. I reached out to Watts and they were able to come to my house within a few days. They worked to understand the issue, both in the phone and during their visit. My technician was great! He walked the property, and the perimeter. I hate to even say this out loud for fear of jinxing myself, but we are officially gopher free! Thank you Watts!!!
