UPDATE: August 16, 2018 - Called Hays 5-Star Plumbing for a sump pump replacement since we've had two good experiences with Hays AC - even had them install a new Trane AC unit last year - thinking we would throw them some additional business.Caleb showed up for our free estimate and following his inspection and 15 minutes out in his truck, came back and delivered the news. Hays wanted $3,500.00, yes $3,500.00 to replace our sump pump!! After I got up off the floor I presented Caleb with a competitors estimate which was $900 and was told that Hays uses a better quality pump. I understand Hays uses a Zoeller pump, which is the industry gold standard, versus the Little Giant brand that was quoted by the other plumbing company, but a $2,600.00 difference!!?? After a quick search on Amazon, I found a highly rated Zoeller pump for $354. I understand a company has upcharges and labor costs, but to offer such an inflated estimate for less than an hour's worth of work is beyond wrong. It's obvious Hays doesn't want to be in the sump pump business and figured they would write the estimate so high that they wouldn't have to do the work or I'd be ignorant enough to pay that much money. Shame on you Hays! You might have lost my business on the other AC unit that I'll be replacing in the near future ... very disappointed in you guys!This is our second time using Hays AC and couldn't be happier! We had Hays out yesterday for service/maintenance of our three units. Justin P did an extremely thorough job in examining and assessing our units. He was professional and very polite and explained everything in great detail. At the end of the visit he went over all his findings and although our smaller unit needs to be replaced (after 13 years), I'm confident Justin and Hays provided honest feedback. We kind of suspected the unit needed to be replaced and Justin confirmed that. He recommended not wasting any money on making minor repairs to the unit as long as it was being replaced, in an effort to keep us from wasting money unnecessarily.We have an appointment with Jeff from Hays on purchasing a new unit and I have every confidence Hays will get the job done properly and at reasonable rates.The below is a post that didn't get posted at our last AC service last year so, for whatever it's worth ... see below for another stellar performance by Hays AC.Our AC was blowing hot air last night, called Hays this morning after reading all the positive reviews on Google. They had a tech (Travis) out to me by 1:00 the same day. They provided an up front service cost which was reasonable and comparable to others at $79.99. After explaining the problem to Travis, who listened intently at what I had to say, he immediately diagnosed the problem as a frozen compressor due to low Puron. He reversed the thermostat to thaw out the unit, added Puron and cleaned off my AC units. In addition, he removed all my AC filters as I was unable due to a recent knee replacement! Travis took care of business, was prompt, courteous and professional and treated me like a long-time Hay's customer although this was my first time using the company. At the end of my service call, he asked if I wanted the maintenance program without the added pressure of trying to up sell anything. We discussed the probability of replacing the unit he serviced and thought it might be better to wait on the maintenance since we'll be replacing it. This was my first time using Hay's, but it certainly won't be my last! I highly recommend these guys for your AC needs! Prices are very reasonable as well. Thanks Hay's and Travis for a great experience on an otherwise bad problem!

I contacted my home warranty company because one of the HVAC units seems to be working harder, still cooling but turns on more then the other unit. Fidelity dispatched North Valley Mechanical to diagnose my HVAC (2 units). My daughter lives in this house. While North Valley tech was at the house she called to tell me the tech said the units are very dirty and would not proceed until they cleaned both units for $300 per unit. He was impatient with her and left after I said no to spending $600 before they would diagnose the units. I immediately called Fidelity to ask what my recourse was. I was told I could have any company clean the units. I contracted Bell AC to clean both units. Which Bell cleaned and also provided a detailed diagnosis of both units. Bell AC agreed the units are dirty, but not $300 per unit dirty. Also, we had the furnace looked at, via Fidelity, end of 2019. Not at any time were we told the units were dirty beyond the norm; it turned out to be the thermostat. After North Valley came back out, after Bell AC cleaned and diagnosed the units, North Valley is still saying the units are too dirty and will not service until they clean them. At this time, I am on hold with Fidelity to determine the next steps. I no longer want North Valley Mechanical near my units. Because of their conduct, I have no confidence they can properly diagnose what Bell AC already provided to me. Fidelity is reviewing if they can send another vendor or not.Update 8/26/2020: Fidelity will send another vendor to do the work North Valley Mechanical was dispatched to do twice and refused.

With soaring AZ summer temperatures, my AC unit quit working. I called Expert HVAC, and they responded immediately, sending Rick, a great tech out the same day. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and ordered parts. There was an additional electrical issue, so after that was fixed, Rick and Mike completed the repairs, and I’m cool again.

The y both did a great job, with support from the office staff, Darlene and Noelle. They all would let me know time scheduling, and showed up on time, worked through all the issues.

I want to compliment Cactus Mechanical, Inc. They were at my home today for about 6 hours to install a new A/C unit. I live in Peoria and the home I am leasing is about 2400 square feet and has 2 units. The original unit had to replaced. The 2nd unit is only 4 years old. The original unit was as old as the home....20 years old. The realty company who handles my lease contracts Cactus, and I am very glad for that. The appointment was for 6:30 this morning. I had a truck there about 15 minutes early. Travis runs the crew and I greeted him. Minutes later 4 or 5 more trucks arrived. The crew was professional and extremely courteous. The attention to detail was impressive. They took care of the home like their own. When leaving, there was no mess at all. All of the crew was friendly. In the future, if I purchase a home, I know the company who will handle my heating and cooling issues. I also met one of the owners. Mark was at my home with his team. I told him personally how satisfied I was with the entire installation process. A great start to my weekend!!!! Great job!!!!

Their response time and installation was fast! Not to mention their price was very competitive and I couldn’t find anyone else that could beat them! Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Needed a service call, they jump right on it and came over the same day. A/C is working awesome and couldn't be happier with their service and quick response. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

Just Air replaced our A/C unit several years back and they were fantastic. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and courteous. Technicians are great! Danielle is so sweet and always willing to work with my work schedule when we need technicians to come out for our A/C and heater maintenance.

I cannot give AZ Perfect Comfort enough praise. We came home from an extended leave on Wednesday afternoon to a non-working AC. After checking their reviews, I called Janna. She scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am Thursday. Dan arrived early and got right to work. It showed that he really knows his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained our options. We chose to replace the whole unit. Janna called me and set us up for installation the same day. Dan and Fred had us in cool comfort before the sun went down.

Same day service friendly and professional. Quality work, done right. Kyle stayed until I understood everything about the thermostat. I wish all companies were as well managed as Beneficial. They love what they do and it shows.

The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,
I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,
but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!

Tech was very polite and knowledgeable company pricing is outrageous it seem like the technician was almost embarrassed to tell me what they wanted to charge. Not his fault Wayover priced company $900 to replace a blower motor in a mini split.This afternoon the service manager reached out to me and offered me a deal that I could not resist!!above and beyond thanks guys you really do care! In times like this it’s a little things but this is huge!
