As much as you might love your tree, when the monsoon storms keep you awake at night, it is time to take it down when half of it is destined to fall on your roof. Never used Tree Pros before, but they responded to my inquiry same day, and were out the next day to survey. This right after the July 9 storm. Quoted a fair price when considering the size of the tree. Set a date but requested sooner would be better than later. Actually got to me 4 days earlier than scheduled. Crew of 4 got all over it, had to get on the roof to trim back half of it. Bottom line, tree is down and gone. A tricky removal but absolutely no damage to roof, house, yard, and a very thorough clean up and friendly crew. Happy with myself for being proactive. Better to let Tree Pros do it while it is standing than when it is laying across my living room. Thank you Tree Pros. Will plant a new tree this fall.

Did a great job removing very tall palm trees from our house. Two were very close to the house and they got them out no problem. Very cool process with a huge crane that lifts the cut palm tree trunks right up and out of the yard.

After not receiving calls back from multiple companies, I tried Harris and Sons, they were responsive, quick to provide an estimate and we booked the work within a week or so of the estimate. They came out on time and did a great job, I would definitely recommend them.

Tree removal and stump grinding were exceptional. As part of the service we ordered 9 new plants to be planted in our yard. Three (3) of the 9 plants (all Radiant Lantanas) were defective and required an additional 3 trips by the crew to get them replaced. The replacements are thriving now that good one's were planted.

Regularly receive junk mail, have asked a few times to be removed from their junk mailing list and the requests have been ignored.

They were very professional , knowledgeable and on time. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

I have used Mayscape on several occasions. They have helped out or company with trimming, removal good value and great service. I recommend them. Devinn and Jasmine have been great and plan to use them on other projects.

I had PV Trimmers come out and trim 3 palms last year when I first moved into my new house. They did a great job and cleaned up the area really well. However, this year when I went to rebook them to trim the same trees, I reached out via email and was told that I should have already been rebooked by one of their employees last year after the first tree trim, however I had not been. I was then told I would be contacted once they looked at the schedule, that never happened. I reached back out myself via email and asked if they had a spot open....no response. I then called and was asked if my trees trimming cost was over $350. I had to go and look myself, and happened to be $285. I told the person on the phone and they said they will not perform any services for anyone under $350. This would have been nice to know the weeks before when I contacted them in the first place. I was told they would check with the owner since we had already discussed trimming this year, once again no response. In the mean time, I have found someone else to do it and for a better price that was reliable and had a sense of urgency. Be cautious if you are looking for PV Trimmers to do your job. It will be on their own lax schedule and only if you're going to spend a high dollar amount to make it worth their time.

Well with the recent storms that swept thru Glendale knocked our pine tree down onto our house. I had never dealt with anything like this being a newer homeowner. Called a few places and everyone gave me run around even though it was an emergency. I didnt know what else to do and on my final search with google i found next level. Right off the back when I explained my situation to Ryan he turned a call away to come to me due to severity of my emergency. He cancelled jobs that weren’t emergencies to attend to mine which is unheard of in a world so money hungry. In no time he had his crew out and took tree off house for us to be able to do an emergency tarp job so water wouldn’t continue into home. I can’t recommend this company enough to anyone who is in same pickle as us or even for a simple trim. You can tell the love they have for trees and they don’t just look at it as just another dollar signs but it’s there passion to work on trees. When you see the owner (Ryan) come back suited up to cut the tree just shows you his passion he has. There pricing will beat anyone out there especially the big name companies you hear about just test them out and see for yourself. They gave me a very fair price one I wasn’t expecting to be honest. I can go on and on about my experience and about next level they made a nightmare a lot easier on us. Thank you next level for such and awesome experience!

We have used Branch for several years to maintain our large Pine and other trees. They have alway been prompt, respectful and do clean efficient work while being careful with the existing landscape. They are knowledgeable, offer real world advice, not just what we wanted to hear. Today they are here removing 50 year old PIne 45 plus feet tall. I can say this...I would refer them to anyone needing quality Arbor advice and tree maintenance.

They brought a crew of about 5-6 guys to trim and fertilize a fig & tangelo tree, and also to remove 2 oleander bushes and it's roots. Though they arrived 2 hours late, they were very professional and thorough. They cleaned up everything afterwards, and were done quickly.

This is the first time I used a tree trimming service as my trees were getting too large for myself and my landscapers to take care of. Their arborist came and gave us a quote for trimming 6 trees on our property. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and emailed me the quote right away, which was more reasonable than the other quote received.
The crew arrived on time and were very efficient and competent. It consisted of two tree cutters and 2-3 helpers/assistants. I went out several times to check on them but they knew exactly what they were doing. Having taken a class on tree trimming at the Desert Botanical Garden myself I knew what not to do, and they did too.
I gladly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

These guys were great! I called them to come out to remove a few old giant trees for safety reasons. The gentleman was very friendly to deal with, and his team was the most efficient team I had ever seen. Everyone knew what they were doing, and they worked diligently. Very courteous, cautious, and professional. Quick with the trees coming down, wonderful cleanup. I am very satisfied with their work and the price was very reasonable.
