They are completely thorough, and they always take the time to answer my questions and make sure that we are satisfied with our services. On the day of the service, Brad called when they were on their way and showed up on time. Right when they arrived they explained everything they were going to do and got right to work. Brad was very personable and friendly. He walked the house with us and gave us tips and tricks we could do on our own to prevent pests from getting in. Price was very reasonable and we love that there is no contract. We were very impressed with Urban Desert Pest Control and highly reccomend them!

Alex with Copper State Pest Management did a wonderful job addressing an outdoor infestation I had of springtails (tiny bugs) throughout the perimeter of my home! I was going out of town the next week and desperate for assistance before I left, and I spoke with Alex and he said he could come over within two hours for an inspection. He arrived in a timely fashion and let me know what was going on, and how these bugs needed to be addressed. For an affordable fee he said he could do the outside and inside that day, and I said yes. Alex was very understanding in answering all of my questions about the safety of the pest spray (I have animals and wanted total safety). He was prompt, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make sure both the front and back yards, garage, and indoor window frames were sprayed safely and effectively to address the springtail infestation. A month later, all is well! Alex and Copper State Pest Management will be who I use from now on for any issues of this nature that may arise in the future.

Recently renting from an AirBNB that had cockroaches. Mark (P?) went above and beyond. I was at work the first time they/he came by and missed his call. He left a message and even called again a bit later. Put all my fears at ease, answered all my questions, and gave the time of day. And as far as I’m concerned, cockroach problem is taken care of! Had a previous pest control that was unsatisfied with. FFPC was recommended by neighbors. Had them about a year now and service is great and he's very responsive anytime. Highly recommend.

I have used Insectek since moving to Phoenix 3-1/2 years ago. I live near the mountain preserve so there was a scorpion problem since the day we moved in. Happy to say that now, if we ever see a scorpion, it's a dead one. The service has been very effective. The technicians are always courteous and prompt. They are very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions we have. They work around my schedule.

Arizona Organic Pest and Termite Control is the best in the valley! They are responsive, on time, and their services are backed up by their warranty work. Dan came out when we first moved in to a complete remodel-the windows and doors had been off for months before we finally got them installed. Our first year was riddled with critters-crickets, scorpions, and spiders. Dan came out several times during our first month to get the problem under control and now we use the maintenance plan because the bugs are not around as much. We enjoy working with Dan and hope he keeps on with the company!

Late Saturday night we discovered a dead bed bug. For months my husband had been bit but since I never was bit I figured it must be something else. (I later learned I was being bit but my skin doesn't react to the bed bugs.) The dead bed bug confirmed my husband's suspicion. Saturday night we read reviews of companies and hardly slept. I wanted to go with a pest control company that only dealt with bed bugs. Sunday morning I called another company and the phone rang and rang and it never went to voice mail. I called AHPS and Tyler answered by the third ring and set us up to meet with Chris at 10:00 the next morning. My husband and I SO APPRECIATED the quick turn around service.

Monday Chris arrived ahead of schedule and set us up for Tuesday. We debated between just spraying our home or heating and spraying. We decided to do the heating and spraying because we wanted to be DONE with the bed bugs immediately and it comes with a year warranty as compared to six months with the spraying. I had a ton of questions and Chris was very patient answering all of them.

Tuesday Chris and Darnell showed up early again! They heated our bedroom and sprayed the rest of the house. We both slept so well that night.

Saturday night we went to a BBQ. Sunday morning my husband had some new bites and suspected bed bugs. I told him I thought it was mosquitos. On Monday I felt a few more bites as did my husband. We were both freaking out. We texted Chris and asked him to come over that day to spray our room. He texted he was surprised but would be over that day. He called us as well and on the phone we learned that he had also sprayed our room and if there were any bugs they would be dying quickly. Once we heard that we decided not to have him spray.

I have rarely been so happy with a company. Their prompt service, willingness to come out a second time, professionalism, everything was amazing.

I called 4 nights in a row with several questions, most people would have rushed me through but they didn't, everyone I spoke with was so patient and kind, this was a difficult and frustrating process that they made so much easier and explained everything to me step by step, another company had said they'd be at my house for an hour and a half tops if they did the work, but Tyler scheduled out several hours to complete the job, I knew they weren't rushing through jobs but taking their time and getting the job done right the first time...! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in this situation. Thank you guys again so much.
