I had one of the best experiences ever with Reimagine Roofing. Great quality, fast service and very good attention to detail. The keep in contact with you ever step of the way, all the way from start to finish. They did a great job in dealing with the insurance company as well. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs roof work. It took them two days from start to finish on my 4 bedroom home. The job was a 100 percent reroofing. They started from scratch with new decking and finished it off with highly rated shingles. Cleanup was even done very well. You can’t even tell they were here, except for the new and great looking roof! Thank you again Reimagine Roofing for a great experience! Here are some picture of the final product.

My family and i had a roof done in 2012 by home depot which was done HORRIBLY and caused significant damage to our home. This caused us to be displaced from our home for a time causing significant hardship on us. Reimagine worked with us through every step and even went above and beyond in some cases.

Tom and Jeff were our representatives who helped us through most of the paperwork and coordination of services to make this repair quick and done right.

Brian (Oregon Based) came out and did a complete and thorough inspection documenting all of the damages, was onsite to inspect the work crews, inspected the completed work when done, and even helped us with a little after work on the home, within the contracted repair agreement with the company.

I will recommend Reimagine in the future for roofing repairs and installations.

I have to give a great shout out to Reimagine Roofing in Southern California. They did a fantastic job on our terracotta tile roof for our solar panel install with LA Solar. Super clean work. They showed up for the install and in just a single afternoon, the tile removal, underlayment, and shingles went up. Then they came back to set the tile and placed the tiles perfectly to integrate with the new solar panels. They photographed and documented their progress every step of the way that's visible to their sharing portal. Afterwards, the site was cleaned up and left spotless. I think these guys are meticulous, efficient, and through. It says a lot when a firm keeps great records of their work in progress and the results.

Reimagine removed old ballasted flat roof and repaired and installed a new spray-in foam with silicon top coat. The old ballasted roof had been leaking. From start to finish the process was fairly seamless. It did take a few extra weeks to get scheduled but then again Reimagine crews were really busy. Glad they could squeeze me in their busy schedule. Jeff the estimator, Kyle the crew supervisor and the roof crew were all great. Although it was a small project thanks for taking care of an old leaky roof.

Our $50,000 nightmare experience with Reimagine Roofing has been going on for over 6 months. It took months for Reimagine to schedule our new roof. While removing the old roof, the workmen broke through our ceiling in several places, but sprayed material on the roof anyway. It leaked through and sprayed everywhere inside the house. Even our old cat was sprayed with roofing material. That was repairs to our satisfaction in our bedroom, but another area looks like it was repaired by a 12 yr old. There are now multiple leaks all over the house. Last week I was promised by Dustin that we would hear about repairs by the end of the week. We’ve heard nothing and it rained again. Dustin says he thinks the roofers did not take our beamed ceilings into account. I’m done dealing with this company. Next is a report to the BBB.

If you need to repair your roof, or sections, or replace your roof altogether, and you are not using reimagine roofing…you’re doing it all wrong.

I cannot express in words how wonderful, professional, reliable and caring these guys are, and it’s not a one time situation, it’s literally the core of what this company stands for…providing quality work, and using quality materials, and hiring employees that sincerely care about the customers 100% satisfaction.

Levi and Ryan were amazing!. They came to install solar panel structure for our solar. They had to dig 4 holes in the yard that were each 4 ft deep. They had to dig the last 2 feet of each hole through rock! These men worked tirelessly in the heat and humidity to get this done. They are customer oriented and friendly. My experience with Reimagine has been a 10/10. I work for a local solar company and need a reliable place to send my clients when they need roof-work to be completed in conjunction with their solar project. Tony has been a phenomenal resource for each client that I have sent his way. A few words that my clients have used to describe him and his company are: honest, responsive and reliable. This crew was extremely meticulous and efficient. They arrived early morning, unloaded and immediately set up materials to protect landscaping & fixtures. Cleanup was an all hands on deck endeavor and they left the grounds as clean as they found them. These guys built shade structures for my solar system. They were responsive, patient, and professional. I dealt with Ben. He was extremely nice and helped me get through a rough patch in the project with ease and patience. They alleviated all my concerns and did everything quickly and efficiently. It’s hard to find good companies who do good work nowadays. These guys are awesome. Totally recommend them.

This company did our roof installation so we could get new solar panels. Manuel the project manager was so good in keeping me updated daily with everything going on. The crew did a great job and cleaned up the yard every night before they left the house. I would definitely recommend them.

First of all I had a very bad experience with another roofing company that was sent by my solar company that I will not name here, but that i had already hired an attorney to sue because I had to get my roof repaired correctly from all the mistakes that were made. It was a nightmare to say the least!

I was referred to Reimagine Roofing by a friend, and they sent Eric out who did a thorough inspection on my roof and attic and advised me of all problems that had to be corrected. He was helpful in many ways and provided photos to show me what was wrong. He took extra time and attention to satisfy a frustrated customer such as I. He was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way beyond the call of duty to solve everything including things he did not have to do just to help me feel okay.
I couldn’t have asked for a better person to take care of my roof and advocate for me. He got me back to where I had no leaks or damage and worked on my behalf to solve all the issues with the solar company even when they wouldn't respond or call me back he somehow got them to meet him on my roof to assist him in finishing what they left wrong.

Reimagine replaced the patio roof and then the main roof of our house. They had several managers checking the work throughout the process and checking frequently to see if we had any questions or concerns. They have been very responsive from the beginning and kept us updated on progress. Work was begun a week after the initial deposit was received. Special shoutout to Eric, Chris and Dalton for their professionalism and especially to Christian who went above and beyond to ensure the paint for exposed flashing matched the rest of the house to take care of that final important detail. The crew cleaned up the driveway every day, which was much appreciated. We are happy to support a veteran-owned business as well!

I had my roof redone about a year with Reimagine Roofing which all went great. But what I want to praise even more is this summer we noticed our AC Drain wasn't place quite right and was dripping down the roof and on to the Patio. Reimagine Roofing, particular Steve came out and fixed it, but then noticed it could be done even better so the drain doesn't clog. He came out AGAIN (which he didn't need to do, I would have never known) fixed it even better. No charge, no hassles, no avoiding labor warranties.. it was great service, very pleased.

Project estimator took time to listen to my particular wants and goals and to refine the quote accordingly. Job schedule happened on a much better timeline then other bids and they had to keep the solar panel installer aprised of their schedule which they did. This led to a seamless back to back installation of roof and panels without major delays. The site manager was responsive, informed me of job window and of rain delay. The crew was on time if not early. One day rain delay but still finished on time. The crew did a very nice job, quick, efficient, prompt and they cleaned, the place up nice every night, with no damage to my plants. Minor over site was corrected with out debate. We've already had a couple of nice comments from neighbors. Job well done! Thanks

These guys were great! Eric from Reimagine came to my place regarding a roof leak. He did a very thorough inspection, patched my leak at a GREAT price, and gave me some really helpful info for when it comes time to replace the whole roof (it's now a bit over 20 years old). He also showed me, through multiple pictures, how a previous company that came to inspect it very clearly lied to me about what I needed. When it's time to replace it, I will absolutely use Reimagine for that project, without a doubt.

My name is Anna DiSalvo and we used Reimagine Roofing recently to fix a leakj in our roof. They were referred by a reputable friend and would like to share that the experience with this company was way more than excellent. Our experience with them was wonderful to begin with the very first call and going all the way through until completion. The gal who answers the phone is polite and kind and quickly got Tony to return our call and make arrangements to come out and assess the problem. We interacted with a total of four people with this company and found all of them to be great. Work was completed in a timely fashion and done well. We no longer have a leak They even care enough about their work and customers to follow up after the job to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction and the problem was completely taken care of.

I don’t know where to start! I recently was having my roof on my new addition done by another local roofing company. During that time, I got a knock at the door by a knowledgeable young man named James with Reimagine Roofing. He noticed sections of my roof were incomplete and wanted to see if his company could be of any assistance. I told him I had a roofer and that the job was delayed due to my roofer's busy schedule. I told him how frustrated I was with the other company as it seems they just forgot about the customer once they sign off. I told James I appreciated him stopping by and told him I would consider giving his company a call for my next project. Yesterday, I found out that my current roofing company wasn’t going to be back in time to move my new tiles to safety as I was prepping for Hurricane Ian as it’s supposed to hit St. Petersburg, FL as a Category 4. I made multiple calls yesterday to other local roofers and none of them could come out in time. I proceeded to remember James giving me his contact information. I decided to give James a call around 6 pm last night to see if his company could be of any assistance. He picked up the phone right away and listened to all of my concerns. He said that he could be over in an hour to help secure my tiles from the storm. He showed up in less than 30 minutes! James took care of everything and made sure I was happy with where he stored them. This company obviously goes above and beyond to earn a homeowners business, especially in a time of need! I told James that his company has earned my business for life. I will continue referring James with Reimagine Roofing to all my friends and family. Thank you!

They were on time. Roof looks great. The property was very clran when they were done. Only one flower was destroyed (my wife won't like that). The early guy was pleasant. The pictures were a surprise!! They did good work. I'm happy with them.

I just finished my project with Reimagine Roof, I will say the experience was great due to Eric, who did the initial inspection and despite passing my project to the build team kept communicating constantly with me and solving the many issues that came up. I know issues come up in a project, Eric responded to all my calls and texts when the crew or project manager were not responding or updating me. There were some issues from scheduling to delivery of materials to completion. This review would be vastly different if it wasn’t for all the help Eric provided and even came to complete certain portions of the job. Thank you Eric. However first storm after storm guards falling off, the only response was someone missed a nail, no offers to fix, less than 2 months from completuon

I've worked with Reimagine Roofing on several projects in the Phoenix Valley as well as Prescott. Tony in particular has been incredible to work with at Reimagine. He's professional and gets the job done correctly. Each one of the homeowners that had their project done by Tony is always thrilled with the results.

Our roof was in bad repair and Eric came to evaluate it. He was very informative and explained everything along the way. Each day the workers showed up on time and worked long, hard days. Each day they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company to any owner of a flat roof house!

Manuel was extremely helpful during installation and was in constant contact with me during the install. The only issue is that the roofing permit took much longer than expected (1.5 months). I am not an experienced roofer but that seems like too long to get a permit. The work that was done and installation process was very good, but the prep work before the installation (permits and getting to the day of install) was sloppy.

The company did a great job Installing the new roof with skylights. Manuel the project was very helpful so were the roofers. When the job was finished they made sure they left the area clean. Without turning this into a saga, I’d like to thank Christian Lanham for his work on our roof. As well as Melanie, Kelsea, Katlien and Koryn. First I tried the homebuilders company I’ve used them before but this time, they just wouldn’t coordinate with the Solar Company or respond well to me.

The wind probably caused Solar and Vent problems, last December water began leaking into the house below the Solar panel area. Molly Rushing at Sun Run Customer Care had Titan do their part, they were great too. I told Molly how frustrated I was with the homebuilders roofing company, she referred me to Reimagine Roofing in Phoenix. Right after I called them Christian texted, with his picture and asking when he could set up a time to inspect, inside and out. Reimagine coordinated panel removal, the roof was reinspected repairs made and panels reinstalled.

Christian was great to work with and he responded quickly to my calls, coordinating our schedules. He diagnosed a problem with the Pipe and O’hagen vents. And explained in detail that these vents were only nailed in place, never sealed with mastic this left them vulnerable to wind damage, gaps were forming between the flashing and the roof. In a heavy driving rain could come in and damage the ceiling Several of my neighbors have visibly damaged vents and tiles from past windstorms. I’ll pass the word about Reimagine roofing.

Christian is bright and energetic he worked quickly professionally when he was at our home. I hope to see him working on our neighbors’ roofs soon. The rest of the staff that I worked, Melanie, Kelsea, Katlien and Koryn. were always helpful and I really thank them for actually getting my roof fixed.

When our roof was damaged by monsoon winds, we took the house off the market to make the repairs and file an insurance claim. While it was off the market we received an unexpected cash offer with a 10-day closing period but it included a new roof as part of the contract. Our realtor Stacy Grandon knew Kody at Reimagine and knew they could make it work.

Reimagine Roofing sent Eric Jacobsen out to meet our adjuster and handle the entire claim. Within a week Eric had us approved for full replacement.

Selling a house is always stressful but having to unexpectedly replace a large roof a week before a closing while managing an insurance claim, it could have ended very differently -- or not happened at all. Eric acted as liaison between all stake holders, organized production, and made it all happen within a hard deadline. He then followed up post-sale to assist me with the remaining aspects of our insurance claim.

Daniel was my field rep, he was very nice and knowledgeable with all of my questions. Office was very quick in identifying roof colors I selected and answering any additional questions. From quote to installation was very fast, less than 3 weeks. I know others who started the process a month or so before me and they have yet to have an inspection with other companies… Job was done in less than 3 days, the roofing team was very polite. I just want to share the excellent experience I had with this company repairing my roof. It first stared with Kennedy Nichoals contacting me and getting the ball rolling. She was very professional and very friendly. If there was anything that she didn't know she would get back to me asap. She was very helpful. Then Corey Jaeger came out to inspect the roof and set up scheduling. Corey is extremely friendly and very professional as well. We did have problem with the scheduling of the start date which lasted 4 Days to get squared away but Corey worked really hard to get it taken care of. We ended up with a really super hard working crew. The Crews names are Mike and Lalo and you could not ask for more conscientious and hard working men. Not to mention very nice. From our experience with this company we would definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I had previously tried to get my roof redone through insurance and my company did not want to pay. Reimagine and Andres Not only Were able to get my roof covered under Insurance but also my detached Garage roof. Andres was there every step of the way meeting with Adjusters and inspectors, and showing up with the crew and making sure everything was done correctly.

I contacted Reimagined Roofing to see if they could do the work on our metal shop that had storm damage from a recent monsoon storm. Eric with the company as the general contractor met us at the building as well as when the insurance inspection was happening. Eric was very helpful in making sure that the inspector had all the information of what would be needed to replace the whole roof and why! Our building is very unique and had its challenges. Everything that was done by Reimagined Roofing only made the building better. They were working up till dark and kept the area picked up. Even had to deal with some surprise rain and had to tarp the entire shop and all the contents inside. This is a 30x40 building. Eric was definitely involved in all steps and made sure the crew had what was needed to get the job done right and make the roof better than it was. Reimagine roofing replaced our roof. Firstly, their customer service is exceptional. Anthony was communicative and friendly. Their crew that came out left the site better than they found it and returned everything, including sun shades where they were supposed to be. Secondly, they were ridiculously efficient. It took them less than 2 days 2 rip up and replace the roof. It was amazing! If only our street repairs guys were as fast our highways would be a dream to drive on. So impressed, they were amazing and friendly. 10/10 would use again.

We wanted to install solar panels but did not want to put them on the roof. Reimagine Roofing came to our home for a site visit and gave input on what would work best. We decided on an all metal--tubular steel construct. They went to our HOA for the installation permits. They came back on time and worked everyday until the job was completed. They were very careful about existing plants, etc. in our yard and they did an amazing job of cleaning up after themselves . For my twenty five year old tile roof, Reimagine Roofing had very competitive estimates within my price range and offered some of the best materials and warranty in my opinion. Derek at Reimagine helped me through the process and answered all of my questions about having my roof replaced with new synthetic underlayment. He kept me updated on the operation and made it a pleasant experience working with Reimagine Roofing. The team who came out and tackled our tile job in the summer heat were relentless and skilled. The new roof is terrific. They showed up when they said they would and the removal and installation took exactly the amount of time quoted. I really appreciated the fact that all the litter and excess bits were cleaned up before they left. Would absolutely recommend them!

Reimagine Roofing is an exceptional roofing company, and Eric Jacobsen was a fantastic project manager. For 20 years, we have been struggling with leaks in the flat roof of our 1960s house. Eric took the time to listen carefully to us, examine the roof analytically, and develop a customized reroofing approach to address longstanding problems -- and to prepare the roof for a planned solar-panel installation. When the time came for Reimagine's labor crew to remove our old roofing and put down new foam and coating (3 days), Eric was here first thing every morning, then periodically throughout the work day, and at the very end of the day, to ensure that everything was moving forward, and to give direction when unexpected conditions arose. Always energetic, good humored, and a prompt and thorough communicator. He also coordinated perfectly with our HVAC contractor (removal of old units, installation of new) and our solar-panel contractor. I will add that Reimagine's laborer crew was terrific - and everything was clean and neat at the end of every day. I honestly cannot recommend these folks highly enough.

I had some damage to my roof due to high winds. When I contacted Reimagine Roofing they assigned Eric Jacobsen to repair my roof. Eric was courteous and very professional. He repaired the damage and explained what he had done. I highly recommend Reimagine Roofing and Eric.

The roof installation and repair did not go as smoothly as I expected. However, the follow up by the General Manager, Irbin Toglena was extraordinary. He came to my home and listened to my concerns and addressed each one to my satisfaction. We all make mistakes, including me, but kudos to Irbin for his professionalism, understanding and taking immediate action to rectify the situation. His efforts warrant a 5 star rating!

They had to do some work after dark and all nails was removed from the driveway using flashlights. Yard was also cleaned up in the dark. Very professional company with follow up for any questions after work was completed. I would give 10 stars if it was available!

Tony and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and satisfied with the install of our new roof. Despite some glitches, Tony made the best out of a bad situation and did his best to make everything right. We weren't exactly expecting to have to get a new roof along with our new solar panels, but the Reimagine team kept the process simple and extremely efficient so we could keep our other project on schedule.

Chris & team were responsive to all of our questions/concerns and transparent about the situation/state of our roof along with the options that we had available. The installers did a great job monitoring our yard to keep it as nail/debris-free as possible, so we didn't have to worry about our dogs getting injured. I was very impressed with the workmanship expanded basically on a regular reroofing job although it was done to facilitate installation of solar panels. The crew corrected an imperfection on the front eaves of the house which had nothing to do with the structural stability of the roof but was a huge eyesore to it’s appearance. The materials used will undoubtedly prevent the common problems of high winds damaging the roofing materials used. Overall I am more than satisfied with the roofing job done to my house and would highly recommend this group of workers.

We hired reimagine roofing for a roof repair after we saw the fasha was damaged from the rains this past summer. Joseph came out and did a inspection and was super friendly and took his time answering all our questions and concerns we had.

Joseph and his crew boss were wonderful!! We had been trying to get this done since August. Other contractors had been assigned and either could not get the shingles or etc. Joseph was contacted by our representative and he agreed to get certified to work with Freedom solar which he did as quickly as possible. Then he came and promised to be here the first of the year. The roofers came Tuesday, 2 days early. Our shingles were hard to remove but Eric and his crew were diligent and stayed late Friday night to finish the job. They were friendly and made sure to protect our lights, bbq grill and plants. It took awhile to pick up the little pieces of shingles. They were phenomenal !!

I cannot express enough words to share my positive experience with Re-Imagine Roofing. We had a national solar company first ruin our roof, and then just left us hanging to solve our own problem…..When we contacted Eric and Re-Imagine, it was the beginning of a great 3 month project to properly identify, scope, and then perform a 40k roof replacement for our home. It was a huge project, and Eric, along with Christian and other team members were fantastic. They told us what they would do, did it, then shared back thru text and pictures every step fo the way.. They were fully licensed, and insured, and did all the work in house or with other fully licensed partners. THIS IS KEY ! so many roofers claim to do their own work, but use 1099 subs, which cannot legally works under their license.. Re-Imagine Roofing is the real deal, and although I hope this roof lasts 30 yers, they will always be the one I call, and refer all my friends too !

8/22: I specifically asked NOT to lift any part of the roof as it will make any existing GAP worst, and just take picture of it as needed. I already know and plan to replace the roof, but this would make things worst.

It's like a Dr poking their finger in to your wound when you know there is a wound, just to show you that there is pain. I f... know that, I just needed an estimate to make the repair.

We needed to have our roof underlayment replaced before we could install solar panels, and they came out and removed all the tiles, replaced the tar paper with an improved underlayment, replaced all of the tiles, and did it all in two days. We were impressed with their hard work and quick replacement time, as well as the quality of their work. We heartily recommend them and their work.

After fighting with the insurance company for a couple months. Reimagine stepped in and assisted until they got the approval from the insurance company. Always keeping me updated. Absolutely everyone from the office staff to the installers, and especially the gentleman fighting with the insurance company were very professional and always helpful. Well I had some issues initially with this company after they had finished their first installation, but they addressed and fixed every one of them so I can’t complain. I’m leaving five stars as I had told them I would if all my issues were handled. Joseph Cruz was the person I spoke with the most on this, and while at first there were discrepancies about what was an issue and what wasn’t, we hashed everything out to my complete satisfaction and comfortability. I do recommend this company because they were willing to work with me, and didn’t try to ignore me at any point in the process, even when I became a bit aggressive. I appreciate their professionalism, especially that of Mr. Cruz.

The Speed of the Roof Replacement went very Fast. The work Crew and the Clean-Up were quite efficient, pleasant, and courteous. I Give a 5 star immediately for this.
The Lowering of the Rating overall to a 2 Star has to do with the CEO Kody Landals and Errors made by the Installation Crew.
The Shingle first delivered were NOT U.S. EPA Energy Star certified/rated Shingles as requested repeatedly to Kody Landals. in follow-up conversations after the Contract was agreed upon. The interactions (Calls) with Kody Landals were responded in a Hostile/Intimidating tone of voice including Threats for extra Chargesfor the Unwanted materials originally delivered. Eventually this disagreement was resolved after having to Contact with the Solar Company that partnered with Reimagine Roofing.
The following Weekend, it rained with Water Leaking into the Home.
The Cause was from improper Sealing of the Roof mounted HVAC that was Jacked - Up to install the Shingles but not properly resecured. There was Scrap Wood used as Fill-In on one side.
I contacted the Solar partner after getting a Bid from the original HVAC Supplier/Installer as the last conversations with Kody Landals were met with unprofessional interactions.
Later that day, We (Wife and I) were informed we would be contacted the same Day or next day. by Reimagine Roofing. 6 Days later, the Leak Issue (HVAC correcting) or any contact from Reimagine Roofing has not occured. A follow-up will be posted as soon as possible.

Jeff inquired about Me changing the 2 Star Rating to a 5 Star. I responded if everything else goes Smoothly and timely I could possibly overlook Kody Landals poor Customer Relations.

What could have resulted ai a 5 Star has deteriorated to a 2 Star all from that of the choices Kody Landals has taken.

We contacted Reimagine Roofing after the crazy monsoon storms this summer with a horrendous leak. They came out right away, managing to fit us in with all of the others experiencing storm damage. The tarped our roof to prevent further damage during the ongoing storms and even came back a couple of times to make sure that the tarp held up. We got estimates from several companies which were all relatively close in price. The service from Reimagine stood out by far, they are super responsive, answer all your questions and give you honest advice about repairs vs the cheapest/less effective solution. They offered to help work with our insurance company and gave us helpful information about solar options as well. We have referred them, (Eric) to our friends who immediately texted about how great their customer service is. The did a complete roof replacement for us and we are happy with the quality and value! Highly recommend them!

I had my roof switched from tiles to shingles and I was so incredibly impressed with every step of the process. Tony came out for the pre inspection and gave me a photo report that showed me everything in detail what was going on up on my roof. Then came install date and from top to bottom was so seamless. I would highly recommend this company because they actually care and you can definitely see and feel it. Not to mention their military background, you can tell they have a tight knit company.

Reimagine Roofing was sent by Erus Energy in mid-January for a roof leak under my solar panels, they were contracted to do a survey for a roof leak.

The survey conducted by Reimagine Roofing was unbelievably inadequate. They could not find the leak area even though there was bucket underneath, took a picture of a staple not even close to the leak, didn’t take a flashlight into the attic or take any measurement. Survey was done in approximately 20 minutes. I have yet to see report from them. Based on this experience I contracted an independent survey

My independent survey found cracked/broken tiles, measured the leak from the attic to identify leak area and find the same area on the roof. Did professional report showing the problems with the tiles and zeroed in on the leak area under the panels, showed same in report. This survey took almost 60 minutes and was very thorough – as was the report. I have supplied this report to Reimagine Roofing and Erus Energy.

I had a leaky roof and Reimagine Roofing exceeded my expectations after repairing it. I had the pleasure of working with Tony Williams. He was professional and gave me detailed notes after inspecting my roof. The worker got right to it and the difference was like night and day. After the repair, it looked like a brand new roof was installed. Will definitely recommend Reimagine Roofing to people and will use them again for any future job.

The crew was quick and the roof was removed and put back on in one day. There were some issues, but the Assistant Area Manager, John Soto, worked hard to ensure that everything was taken care of in a quick and professional manner.

It was the night of Rain-agedon, about three weeks ago now when 3” of fell within about an hours time. Being a water damage restoration contractor, my phone began ringing off the hook. I began calling all of the roofing contractors I had in my phone to help my customers who needed emergency tarping services because they had roof leaks. I called Eric with Reimagine Roofing. It was 11pm and he answered, what’s more he said he was on his way! He did arrive and take care of that customer until we’ll after 1am.

The next few days, I called Eric for 5-6 other customers roofs over the next 3 days. He was Johnny on the spot for each one. Eric proved himself as someone I can trust in times of need. Reimagine roofing started two weeks after I signed the contract. Other roofing companies had three and four month delays. They use synthetic underlayment which is the latest in roofing technology. They completed the job in four days and came back a week later to complete the “punch list”. They let me know what was happening each step of the way. I am very satisfied with their work.

Eric was very professional and communicative. He worked with my property manager to replace the roof between rentals. Everyone from the company was easy to work with! They are replacing a second roof for me next month!

Remained Roofing performed a complete restoration
of my roof in preparation for solar panels. They were on the job , on time each of 3 days, were friendly and responsive to my requests. I would confidently refer them to my own family and friends knowing they will recieve high quality craftsmanship and a great warranty.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The only reason this got anything over a 1 star was Anthony Tony stepped in and fixed the countless mistakes of the contractors they hired and the unprofessionalism and lie of one of their employees. Was told the roof was inspected and complete(lie) when in fact 80% of the tiles that are supposed to be secure were NOT NAILED DOWN. Tiles were broken and just glued together instead of being replaced. Took 4 different times sending people out to finally get told my lower roof needed to be completely tore back down and fixed the right way. I hope to never again have to deal with an experience like the one I had with this company. Anthony is the only reason I gave them anything above 1 star he was beyond professional and showed integrity

From the beginning when Kody and his foreman Jeff arrived they explained the process and most importantly how quickly they would have the project finished due to the time sensitive nature of the work needed to be performed. Jeff and his crew worked very quickly and got the work completed earlier than originally stated which was great. Chris followed up the day after completion for a final inspection and made the adjustment to a small detail that I wanted looked at and then the brand new shingle roof was completed. These guys are great. I use them as a roofing partner for my solar company and they have been nothing but exceptional when it comes to giving our customers incredible value for a great price. Very knowledgeable and not shady when it comes to giving the customer an appropriate quote.

I called Kody to report a leak and he sent Eric out later that same day. Eric not only found my large hole in the roof (under the tiles) but identified a number of other concerns that I couldn’t see. He also was able to temporarily secure a large tarp on my roof to avoid any further damage until repairs can be completed. Extremely impressive and professional work! First class all the way.

Eric really went above and beyond during the last storms. We had a lot of damage to our roofs, structures, etc... and Eric took the time to help us out working in the pouring rain to get things back in order for us and others. I saw him climbing on roofs and helping many of our neighbors as well. It's a relief to know there are companies and people out there that genuinely care. We will turn to Reimagine for all of our future roofing repairs.

Eric came out and did the initial inspection and took lots of photos to document the damage. He also went up with the Insurance Adjuster to confirm all damage. I really appreciate the proactive call to come out and tarp the damaged area during a rain storm. Professional and prompt service all the way.

So far just an inspection and estimate done based on repairs buyer was asking for. Tony was very honest about what was and wasn’t a problem and his knowledge was far better than other inspections I had. I am definitely hiring Reimagine to do the work!

I used this company to have my tile roof redone. They took all the roof tile off, cleared off all of the old underlayment, put down new kamodo energy-efficient polymer sheeting and placed all the tile back on. The job was done in 2 1/2 days. I want to express my appreciation to Eric Jacobsen for all his work on keeping us dry after the recent storms damage our roof. Eric went the extra mile to tarp our damage roof in between the series of storms. He also got all the information and photographs we needed to send to our insurance while we were out of town. Amazing. Reimagine replaced our roof that is officially leak free and looks beautiful now! They also went above and beyond... we are building an ADU and the contractor did not install the roof properly. Reimagine came out, did an in depth look at it and found serious flaws to explain the severe leaking. They took the time to explain all the defects and provided a detailed report for us on their time. Highly professional, knowledgeable, skilled but also friendly and down to earth. Warranties from them are awesome, they protect their work and stand by it. Honestly, throughout the building process, dealings and reaching out for assistance with another project I feel 100% safe with them. The GM that specifically went over details with us did so on his birthday due to our sense of urgency. Reimagine, I believe, wants to see a job done correctly. You cannot receive higher customer service, competency or transparency. 10/10. I wish every company was this diligent.

This will be a long one- but I loooove this company! I'm not 100% sure how they found me, but my journey with them started back in July 2022 where a few really nice gentlemen offered to do a free roof inspection. I had no idea my roof was as bad as it was as the whole thing needed to be replaced, so I'm glad to have learned this. I will admit that the communication at first was very poor and trying to get a full breakdown and financing options didn't ever happen. But, after some time I ended up getting contacted by them again in early 2023 and the entire process was so smooth the second time around!

This company really went above and beyond to get me taken care of and worked a lot of magic to help me secure loans to get a new roof (maybe it was just so bad that they knew I needed this lol). There was still some hiccups with communication when it came to timeline of everything, but that was more on the construction side of things and really not a big deal for me. The whole process of everything was pretty quick, and the only real delays I think came from my HOA, which they did a great job of helping me actually get in contact with them.

I was notified the night before work was being done and it happened to be on a day/time that doesn't work for me since I work overnight. But they did the unexpected arranged a (really nice) hotel for me to stay at while they did work since there was little notice and I had to work the night before/of. This alone to me is worth 5 stars since I have never seen a company go above and beyond like that. The roofers themself put in work and while I couldn't talk to them much due to language barriers, they were nice and very hard working! And did a great job from what I can tell! Overall, I'm so happy with the work that was done and everyone I interacted with was always so nice and helpful in the end. 10/10 would recommend!
