Dustin at TSM Roofing was excellent to work with! My roof leak occurred in Oct 2018 during some heavy rains. I called multiple companies but TSM was the only one to return my call. During this busy time they were able to come out that same week to provide and inspection and estimate. Dustin also placed some tar down to prevent in further leaks in the meantime prior to repair. The repair was only 2 short weeks after the estimate. Dustin and his team were professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

The team that came out to replace our roof, and re-seal our flat roof were great. They pulled all the tiles and underlayment, put down new felt underlayment and replaced the tiles in about 4 hr. total. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the nails and trash around the house. The second team that came out for the flat roof were just as professional. And even picked up a few things the first group missed. The only negative thing I could think of, is Renco should have someone on each of there teams that speak English. I had a question and had to call the office to get the answer. Great job would recommend Renco for your roof repair.

I had a very good experience with Craig Brown and his roofing company. He just did a complete replacement of the underlayment for my concrete tile roof. I chose him mostly for his straight forward, no-nonsense inspection / estimate / proposal. Great explanation of what he’d do, and how it was all a flat fee. No hidden extras for plywood or lumber. Job was scheduled for a month out, and they kept the agreed upon date. Job was done precisely in as much time as estimated. Job site was left clean each day, and cleaner than they originally found it on the last day. Workers did their work efficiently and were very friendly.

I’m confident that I’ve received quality work, and I’m happy to leave this review voluntarily. I’ll share his contact info with my friends who need a roofing job done.

They came when the said they would. We have a flat roof. Two other companies wouldn’t call back. They did a great job, they fixed the problem areas, and gave a us a new roof coating. They fixed all of the problems that came up. Thank you KY-KO Roofing for doing such a great job!

Special complements we have for roofing workers who were coming early in the morning, and working hard till the late evening. When they finished work, they left the place totally clean.

Well, it seems like a normal standard but during our 30 years of living in this house we had a variety of workers doing all sorts of repairs, but none of them demonstrated such competence and commitment as your team. As much as I want to give five (5) stars, not able to due to the lack of follow through

Actually, it started out as five (5) stars, only for the customer service to decline the second day into the project and for up to two (2) weeks afterwards.

Pros:
** Estimate was competitive, if not slightly below other quotes I had received
** First day of project, not only did they show up on time, they were early...this fact I was very helpful it would continue through the next day
** The first day the team was focus and getting it done

Cons:
** Even before the project started, I requested an call the day before because I have six (6) special needs (medical and behavioral) dogs, needed to plan a pet sitter...that call did not happen
** Second day, a gentleman came by driving the company truck to drop of replacement roof tiles. I asked when the team would arrive because if I could save money with the pet sitter, that would be great. He made a phone call and I was advised someone will call me shortly with an ETA..it was 7:00 AM at this point
** Second day, same gentleman I asked if there would be a roof inspection after the project was completely, not only did he say that there would be one, he shared what would occur. He even noted he saw a few items that needed to be addressed as he could see from the ground.
** Second day, four (4) hours later, the call never came, at this point it was 11 AM, I called the office and asked for an ETA. I was told to call another person, that person's VM stated he was on vacation, I called back to the office and it was stated I would receive a call within the hour
** Second day, a hour later, no call, I sent an email through their project management tool, that was answered, ninety (90) minutes later the team showed up to complete the job. At this point it was close to 2:00 PM, which meant I could have save a lot of money with the pet sitter
** Week after I sent an email through their portal asking if there would be a final inspection. Here was the response: Hi Kelly, Yes I will be stopping by beginning of next week.I will let you know what day before I come I responded back to let me know day and time so I could have the dogs secured
** Two weeks after above response, I sent a follow-up requesting when would the final inspection occur....never heard back

What started as wow, this is awesome, ended with disappointment due to lack of communication, follow-through, and I have to wonder based upon these gaps, what may be missing, other than what the gentleman pointed out on the second date, on my roof?

Home Inspector identified stains on eaves after recent heavy rain. Recommended an expert inspect for leaks. Alex (manager) was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable about their inspection process. Their technician Chris inspected the roof and repaired flashing. He was very kind and honest with his inspection in which he detected no leaks. This company has INTEGRITY with TRUST!

William and his partner came out to my residence to provide an estimate for a leak in the roof. Super nice guys and very attentive to detail. Went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you guys and I would hire you in a second for any future work!

I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.
