We used APES for our install of a new bath tub faucet plumbing and a shower waste relocation in our master bath. They were quick to send out a plumber to price the job and their pricing was reasonable. I appreciated that the plumber gave a price that was based on the job he saw when he reviewed our bath and didn't just rattle off standard pricing like one of his competitors.

Hays was professional, friendly and efficient from first contact thru the completion. As a renter we needed them to contact the owner in another state. The girls were sweet, contacted him immediately after my call late in the day, followed up with me the next morning and sent Sam the same day they reached him. Sam was on time, personable and used modern equipment to find the problem in a short time. He contacted the owner, sent pictures and the entire transaction what without a hitch. We're impressed and very grateful to a realtor friend who referred them. She said... They aren't the cheapest but they're the best. The price was reasonable and she was right, they are the best and we will airways use them! Thanks guys we appreciate you.

We purchased a new A/C unit from Goettl. Instead of just installing the unit, Rafael and Luis installed brand new duct work throughout the house to get the maximum use of the new A/C unit. Rafael kept us informed of the progress of the job in a timely basis. It's obvious Rafael and Luis take pride in their job and the quality of their workmanship. Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

The process from the beginning job estimation through installation was comfortable. No high pressure or constant callbacks. Andy was thorough with the entire process and didn’t try to upsell me. Installation was done in less than 8 hours. Andy followed up with an inspection and air balance. Very satisfied with the process and price.

Excellent response time and outstanding customer service. We have used them several times and each experience has been great! Our home is on the market and our thermostat went out. Yes this is a fairly easy fix but when you're working around multiple schedules and the first 100 degree day it's great to know you can count on them to get you back up and running and at very fair prices!

I collected many bids for replacing the A/C heat pump package for my home.  I found Francisco Marquez of King Mechanical to be the most competitive.  I don't usually take the lowest bid, but  when he came out to my home I felt more comfortable with him than any other vendor.  There was no pushiness.  He was very informative.  I purchased a nest thermostat and he installed it when he installed my A/C system.  He even taught me how to use this high tech stuff, and didn't ask to get paid for that.  Very clean work, and very professional.  His price was all inclusive, and there were no hidden fees.
Even though his business is relatively new, he advised me he has worked many years in this profession.  I got a good review from the board of registered contractors when I called to inquire about his company.
