* had a moisture control system installed on our house in July 2021. It ran constantly for 3 months then completely shut off and has not turned back on despite several measurable rains. We have tested power to the outlet, that checked out fine. When the cover is removed there is a red blinking light on the unit. My husband reached out through Facebook and was told someone would call back to schedule an appointment. Never happened. I called and spoke to a woman who also told me someone would reach out to schedule an appointment. Never happened. Now when I call the company it goes through the recorded answering service. When I press 1 or 0 as promoted it just goes back through the recording and eventually hangs up. We spent thousands of dollars on a system that is not functioning and we cannot get anybody to call us back to either trouble shoot or schedule to have the system looked at.

After leaving review we were contacted and appointment was scheduled. Technician was on time and replaced a bad /loose wire. System is running as it should.

Had the foundation repair completed in March. Later, I noticed a small low line (depression) close to the foundation. Once I notified the company of this, they quickly responded, not only fixing the problem to perfection, but also did a little grading repair to an area that was outside their responsibility. Later it was brought to my attention that the grading problem may have existed before the foundation work was done. Their workmanship is far beyond expectation. I appreciate their quick response and willingness to do more than was asked.

Our entire driveway is now looking brand new. My asphalt driveway was repaired by them m, They arrived on time, were courteous, and took professional delight in their work. Would Highly recommen anyone searching for asphalt work to use Road Tech Paving!

I recommend Valleywide dig and haul. I hired them to clear land, dig foundation, drainage, utilities, and do final grading. They were hardworking, honest, and got everything done on time. Communication was excellent throughout the project.

Salesperson Cole was professional and had good ideas for my project. He was responsive to suggestions and helpful in designing the correct project. Crew arrived in a timely way and left the project neat. Very easy process. I got 4 bids, Galaxy was by far superior.

I would love to give this company 5 stars as they helped me in a time of need the same day I called them. They coated six showers in Epoxy. They did of course charge me for the rush service.

Why 1 star? The epoxy shower coating started pealing off the wall two days after installation. Here is where the story begins.

I called the owner a few days after we noticed the epoxy was already coming off. It took about 5 phone calls to reach him and he DID eventually come out and look at the problem. It took another two weeks to reach him again. He acknowledged we were still waiting on him to fix the epoxy. Two more weeks go by in which I called him and had co-workers call him (about 12 calls in total). We eventually got a call back from his associate who scheduled us on a Monday and Tuesday. The re-work required us to close our store completely. I was of course not happy about this, but did indeed stop taking reservations for these two days in order to get the work done.... can you guess what happens next?

Monday comes around and the company doesn't show up. We call the Owner of the company who says his guys will be there at 5pm... merely 7 hours past the scheduled time.... 5pm rolls around and no one shows up. We wait around for another 2 hours and no one.

Long story short this company never showed up and we are forced to hire another company to fix the poor workmanship of the first company. On top of that we are out two days worth of appointments..... STAY CLEAR!!!

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
