Best Repair And Replacement in Phoenix AZ

Recently had Scott Roofing come out and look at a hole in my roof. Jeff gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions and he gave me his card, told me to call anytime if I needed. I also got the total cost and exactly what work would cover and about when the work would start. Very polite and knowledgeable.

The wind storm of October 2022 did some pretty good damage to the shingles on the north side of my roof. I called TSM Roofing, by chance, as they were close to where I live. Sheldon came out, inspected my roof, explained what I could expect if he handled the repair job. I had confidence that he knew what he was talking about. He explained the process and provided many details that I had not considered when needing to deal with an insurance claim. Thru the next 5 months, Sheldon handled everything with the insurance company, including providing more information to support his position that the roof needed to be replaced, not just repaired. 2 weeks ago, (it took around 5 months), I had my roof completely replaced, fully covered by my insurance. I am 100% certain that if I had tried to do it myself or if I used a door knocker, I would not have had the same result. I highly recommend TSM Roofing, a local, family owned and operated roofing company. Thank you TSM Roofing for your help. I couldn't be happier with the service & results.

Joe Fox and his coworker were very polite, explained the issues and fixed the roof leak in a very timely manner.. They cleaned up the area of debris and sealed the scupper area after repair. Thank you! Would highly recommend these guys again!

After several bids, we chose Brown Roofing. Craig and Jesse were great to work with along with the crew. We have a flat roof that didn’t get much love over the years and a few other companies suggested to foam it, just to get more money out of us. Brown Roofing said all it needed was a seal coat as it was never done before and saved us thousands!

Horrible experience. Communication was poor from the get go. We were told that we were on the schedule for the first week of January. The date passed and I made calls to the office and was told I would get a call back. No call was received. I called repeatedly and was treated very rudely by the individual who answered. Eventually we're were scheduled and the job happened. Two folks showed up did the work and left without any communication or follow up with myself or my wife. After checking the work I discovered it was not done. We mentioned water damaged sections and we're told they would be replaced. So I called the office and was greeted by the same rude individual who proceeded to argue with me about what was supposed to be done. Eventually the what and why was made clear. That it wasn't communicated from the beginning is unsatisfactory for a company that is Crazy About Quality. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

- Edit: We were told that a crew would be scheduled to remediate our issues. This has not happened. Review updated to one star since they got their money and I'll be fixing the issues myself.

After an exhaustive search of roofing companies following the discovery of ceiling leaks from the roof itself, we settled on Lyons. Why? They serviced our area (New River), sales rep was knowledgeable (Thom) and while not the cheapest, they weren't the most expensive either ($16k-$40k). There were a few snags along the way, related to communication and supervision BUT the company did EVERYTHING to make it right. They were responsive & responsible. The actual roofers worked their hearts out, doing their best to be sure we were satisfied as did the project Manager (John). Go with these guys if you can, they charge a fair price and want to do a great job. We didn't get a ride in the helicopter, but hey maybe you will! ;-)

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

I needed to have the flat part of my roof recoated and I have a small section of my roof that has tiles that also needed to be done. I obtained 6 quotes. I chose Patterson, who was not the least expensive nor the highest, however, the owner, William Patterson, was very knowledgeable, took pictures as well as getting on the roof with me to explain problem areas and how they would address them to repair before the recoat. The team for both the tile section and the flat recoat showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They took precaution to avoid overspray and cleaned up nicely after the job. Once the job was complete William Patterson got on the roof with me again to take a look at the repairs and the complete job. It looks great and I feel assured that my roof is all set for the next 5 years when a recoat will be needed. At that time I will hire Patterson Roofing again. Great job!! Thank you William!!!

Super experience. Smart. Fair. Vary professional. Our roof went though lots over the past few years. It needed attention and lots of TLC. We hoped for the best. Jack's team nailed it. No surprises. On time. We are very happy with the results.

My project manager was Kris Chavez. He first stopped by my house last year but it was just as I was headed back up north for the summer. I told him I would be back the first week in Nov. to my surprise he stopped by again in Nov !! While I was gone a storm I lost one of my ridge vents leaving a big hole in my roof. He went to the store a bought a tarp and covered it for me. Once I had my claim filed through Allstate he took care of everything from there. He was professional and polite. Very please with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair.

From getting the quote, to follow ups, picking the color of roofing, getting the job done and quality checks, this has to have been the BEST experience I've had with a major renovation. From the extra attention to detail, to the high quality workmanship, you know you're dealing with a professional company that represents the highest of standards. Very hard working team that met our stringent timeline. Clean up was done daily, and debris moved immediately upon completion.

Vertex roofing (Phoenix) did the metal roof installation for our home. The representative drove down to Tucson and patiently detailed the complete process for the metal roof installation and why it would be our last. Due to COVID and a custom color choice for the metal, our wait time to start the project was several months. However once the crew arrived the process went quickly and the team was extremely efficient, professional and courteous throughout the timespan needed to remove the existing mission tile and custom fit the new metal roof. I highly recommend Vertex.
