Joe is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers I have encountered. Every person who has done a service call from APES to do any plumbing repairs at our center has been very professional and knowledgeable. Today Anthony came and fixed our sink. He was very personable and got the job done very efficiently. The office staff is courteous and efficient as well. APES is a great company and provides great service.

Penguin quickly responded to my emergency situation. Their technician (Michael) quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what was needed. My family is thankful that we had him on the job. The job required coordination with the city and local power company. Michael handled this matter so that the job was done quickly, on time, and as promised. Having to go without electricity in mid summer could have been a disaster. However his oversight turned the matter into a minor inconvenience. The repairs were done quickly and professionally. We appreciate his professionalism and the fine manner in which he presented himself and his company.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

We had a toilet that kept clogging every couple of weeks. Eddie from Amigo augered the toilet and replaced the fittings inside the toilet. Eddie was friendly and professional.
