Matt keeps to the agreed upon maintenance schedule and our pool and hot tub are always sparkling clean and ready for use. I have been with poolman for 26 years and they just flaked on me. They only come out every other week to put chemicals in. When green slime started to appear, they refused to return phone calls and did not fix the problem. Extremely extremely unhappy with them. I have a rental property and there was a leak in one of the pipes. Poolman said if they fixed it they would start chemical it. I got it fixed with Poolman and they never started chemicals. The company is definitely going downhill. Good luck if you hire them
