I had a stubborn leak,hard tofind.Allstate's Chad Thomas came out to the house and diagnosed my problem quickly and accurately. Great prompt repair at a fair price. Couldn't ask for more.

I found TSM Roofing by way of some google research and true to form, the reviews couldn't have been more on point about the company's professionalism and quality of work. Before we moved into our home we knew our patio roof needed to be replaced so, I contacted TSM for a quote. Out of the 5-10 different companies I tried to reach in the NW Phoenix area, TSM was the only one to return my inquiry request and phone call. One company, who we had set up an appointment for an inspection/quote, didn't even bother to show up for the inspection and never bothered to call us to reschedule or explain why. In hindsight, I'm glad that it worked out that way because I couldn't be happier with my experience working with TSM and of course, the work they did on our roof. I was also visited by Sheldon, I believe one of the owners, who came out to speak with me in person about some of the challenges they were having with the job. He showed great care for his customers, his crew, and getting the job done right. For all these reasons, we'll be loyal customers of TSM's for as long as we're living in this area. For all your roofing needs, there is zero doubt, this is the company to call. Thanks again, guys!

They did a good job putting in our foam roof at a fair price.

Craig was the most knowledgeable of all the guys we had come give estimates for replacing our roof (including new concrete tiles). He was helpful in educating us with all the options available and was honest about timelines materials. The end result is a fantastic looking roof and we are very pleased with our choice of Brown roofing. We highly recommend Craig and his excellent crew.

If you need someone to repair your roof than look no more. I called because we noticed some tile on our roof that was about ready to call and within two hours give or take Josh had it repaired. He also took the time to repair other loose tiles along with checking the rest of the roof for anything that looked abnormal! Price was very affordable and I’m left as a very happy customer! I could not recommend this company enough! Go with Mikku & Sons Roofing, you won’t regret it!

BEWARE! We used Almeida for a tear off on our house in Mesa. We promptly sent our 50% deposit so they would start our project. From day 1 there was a lot of miscomunication. They forgot to install the fascia that we specifically asked for and also forgot to reconnect certain utilities such as our hot water heater exhaust, and other things. They sent an invoice out but the job was NOT done. We called to ask them and could not get a hold of anyone, no one ever called us back, then randomly one day another person was at our house finishing these items. There was no communication whatsoever. They don’t have control over their own jobs and have the worst service. When I got the final bill I noticed there was decking on it. Since I’m not a professional roofer I didn’t know what that is, I emailed to ask and the owner was extremely rude to me, I was so shocked that an owner of any company would talk to me that way. I then asked for photos, after viewing I promptly mailed my second check to pay the balance. They cashed our first check 2/8/22 and our 2nd on 4/5, it had to be mailed from a different state, they didn’t offer us another way to pay. The invoice was dated 2/17 however our roof was not finished until 3/28/22. On that day the owner emailed us stating things were done and to please remit payment. Just 2 days later they filed a 20 day lien notice. Then a couple weeks later I received a 2nd 20 day lien notice. Many weeks after we have been paid in full.
As I look at our communication the emails with my questions are the same day they filed this lien, truly the owner is being vengeful. She gave me grief about the payment taking about 5 days, but we live out of state and the only way to pay them is to send a check in the mail. My questions were valid and I didn’t deserve the rude replies, let alone a lien notice. I complained to the BBB, her response to the complaint was that I cannot read and was not involved in this project. I certainly can read and I've owned this home for 20 years, all checks were from me and I am certainly the customer.
This is unacceptable in so many ways, they should be ashamed. Sorry for the rant but people need to know this before working with them. Pay more and hire a company that values your business.

If you are looking for a company that is honest and does great work you have found it in Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling. I needed some concrete tiles repaired and Jack the owner of the company came out gave me an estimate and returned to do the work himself. It was a pleasure to meet a man of integrity like him. He made the repairs fast, efficiently and did a great job.

I highly recommend this company. It was a real pleasure dealing with them.

This company was an advocate for me and my savings they went above and beyond to try and help me get the most I could from a bad situation with my roof. Not only did they help talk to my insurance company but also relayed all the information to me properly and without delay. The installation was clean and quick and they did not hound or inconvenience me at all during the installation or set up. Would recommend 10/10

****** In response to the comments by the roofer**** I have never wanted to sell my home. I was recommend by my good friend and Realtor to this company. Never assume that someone is selling their house.... we all know what they say about assuming. I was NEVER and WILL NEVER be selling this home. The owners comments are inaccurate. Second I have since filed an insurance claim and my insurance along with 3 other roofing companies have all told me my roof is in excellent condition and does not need a full replacement. Bonnie is just a bully. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I was recommended this roofing company by my realtor. The owner was very nice he came out and looked at my roof. I was confident they could help me. He sent his team out, he did not come with and they proceeded to fix my roof. I was concerned as the wood on the interior is starting to rot from water damage. The kid who came out told me I should have it replaced but the owner assured me it didn't. A week later another good rain came through and my roof was still leaking significantly. I contacted the roofing company and they said they were coming out to fix it. I left work to wait for them and an hour after they said they were coming o got a call telling me they were just refunding me my money. I did receive a refund. They told me it was because I was unclear on what I wanted. As when I discussed the not fixed roof I had stated I was concerned that they were not able to fix it and I may need to call insurance due to the water damage. Would not recommend.

Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. Excellent roofing company, best in the valley!
