Was working with her product on a job where the contractor purchased flat pack boxes from them, we ran out of Staples on site was trying to call them to find out what staples sizes They use. After being hung up twice a and then finally a third time I called back asking to just please give me the size of the staple cause I needed more to be able to complete this installation.

They kept me on hold for 45 minutes didn’t answer. My question hung up on me three times and finally told me to have the main contractor called him back because they did not want to give me the standard size installation, staple that they use. Terribly unprofessional company will never recommend them cannot recommend them.

I would use CFA or HCI for your cabinet needs. Far more professional, and less troublesome installation as well as customer service.

Customer service is poor, no call backs on anything. Takes 3 weeks to get one counter top installed. Will be looking for a new company Asap!

I have been very pleased so far. I called for an estimate and they scheduled me two day out. When it was 4 minutes past our scheduled time he text to let me know he was 5 minutes out. He took measurements and pictures and addressed all my concerns. I got a written bid the very next day. He was also very honest when ask how far out my project would be and how long it would take start to finish. So far very pleased.

Sam was very professional and worked with us on may little extra details on our new construction custom cabinet design project. Sam is a busy man which makes him a bit harder to reach. The outcome of our project exceeds our expectations. Would definitely do business with Copper Canyon again. Thanks for everything!!

Hired Axis Interiors to come to my glendale house and do some kitchen remodel and put in some bathroom counters and bathroom cabinets for I was going to rent the house out. They came out to the house and put in new cabinets for both the bathroom and kitchen put a very beautiful counter in the bathroom. Did a very good and professional job my house looks a lot better and its ready for me to rent out. New Generation was great to work with. Anthony came to our home to give us an estimate and we were so grateful for his help. We were trying to decide on exactly what we wanted but were still unsure. He took the time to talk us through the different options and show us examples of some of their other completed projects. They were also really good about working around our schedule and always showed up on time. Our kitchen turned out beautiful. We highly recommend New Generation.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We wanted several unusual aspects of our cabinets and they were able to make it all work. We are very pleased with the end result. On time was a problem due to Covid-19.

I had a horrible time in your Tempe location. I ask the guy to help me reimagine my space. He couldn’t walk me through options. He told me I need to know what I want and was more interested in helping the next customer. He did not take the time to walk me through options. Told me to just walk around the store. He was impatient, insensitive and horrible. My home is unexpectedly under siege after a water leak we are living displaced and forced to make a whole bathroom kitchen renovation over night due to damages. And it tested positive for asbestos. It is stressful enough. To go in and have someone so rude was the icing on the cake. I took the time to take exact measurements and drew out of my pantry, kitchen and dining space to bring in hoping for ideas, concepts and possibilities. What a crushing disappointment.

Never finished the job after leaving multiple drawers in a broken state for a full house remodel. Going on a year with promises to fix but haven't.

What a great experience from start to finish for our garage cabinets. Spent so much time with me getting the perfect dimensions, colors, and cabinets for our garage. Everything came out better than I expected, as promised, installed and a great price!
