From the initial estimate, to the installation everything went flawlessly. The door quality was better than we expected and the installation was seamless! Our installer we. Above and beyond, answering questions and making sure the latches and electronic locks were all working. He even took the time to do a quick fix on our front door to get the electric lock working. Great company and great people doing the work! We will definitely be using them for any future needs we have!

I would not hesitate to recommend True View Windows to anyone. The price was reasonable and the two windows were installed in just a few hours. They also diagnosed what was wrong with the old window (it leaked because the builder never put flashing around the window) and they really were professional. The next day they fixed the stucco around the window and it looks better than new. Very pleased!

Duarte Glass LLC was a breath of fresh air with their honest communication, professional work, and reasonable prices. I have had a window needing glass replaced in my front office for over a year. Two large panes of glass. I finally decided to call Duarte. Turns out, instead of a 6-12 week wait, they came the SAME DAY and replaced the glass. They quoted me fairly and charged that exact amount. My technician Mark was excellent and very considerate, explaining what he was doing along the process if I had questions. If I ever need glass replaced, this will be my go-to business. Honest, professional and upfront, I would highly recommend them to anybody in the Phoenix area.

The customer service of everyone at Power Window Repair was top notch from the quote to my questions to scheduling their visit to my place to fix my window. I am naturally inquisitive and asked many questions. They took their time to make sure my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The sales rep and office staff are great, the windows are good, but the installation was horrible. They got the foam on the walls around the windows and it pealed off the paint, they left my gates open, left debris on the ground, one of the windows would not even open, they unscrewed pipes that were attached to my house and just left them dangling, and did not even offer a walk through to check their work. I had to call the office to get them to send someone back out and fix their mistakes.

Lei was amazing to work with from start to finish. Our old windows were the original windows when the house was built in '96 and they wouldn't shut and they leaked and a few glass panes were extremely loose! Our windows were made quickly and installed earlier than when they planned. The window contractors that installed them were amazing and even helped me put the blinds back up when they were done knowing my husband didn't have time until the weekend came. We are beyond happy with the windows so far and in az you definitely need triple pane tinted windows!!

Absolutely outstanding job--both scheduling and installing. We made an error in which windsheild was needed. The installer handled the situation very professionally and immediately contacted the office with the issue--by the time he had left the neighborhood, we already had the appointment rescheduled for the following day. The returning installer was again extremely professional, neat and made sure the new windsheild was clean -- inside & out! Hopefully we won't need a replacement (at least for a long while) but I know who we will call-Univeral Glass of Glendale, AZ. NICE JOB EVERYBODY--
