Got started on the job pretty quickly, within about a week, the production crew were friendly. The construction supervisors were very nice and informative, and quick to get in touch with you, about any issues, i.e. like needing to postpone because of inclement weather.

TSM Roofing just completed a roofing project in our HOA in Sun City West. I am the HOA insurance chairman and I worked closely with the owners, Sheldon and Tyler Murphy. Twenty structures received new roofs. During the entire project, Sheldon and Tyler were there daily communicating with the crew and all the homeowners. Their attention to detail, including scheduling and customer support, was appreciated by everyone in the association. Everyone was impressed! And the crew... there were a couple of times I pointed things out to them, and they immediately took care of the issue. I am not one to write reviews but I highly recommend this company for any roofing project, big or small, that one might be considering. They were a pleasure to work with.

We just had our roof completed and we could not be more pleased. Jesse came over to give us our quote and he kept his promises. There were no surprise fees or charges. Jesse was quick to respond to all questions via call or text. The team worked very well together and got our roof completed quicker than expected. We are very excited about our new, beautiful, long lasting roof!

KY-KO was resonant priced and began the job much sooner than anticipated. There was an issue with one of the employees, but after it was rectified, they worked hard and got the roof done in two days. Other than the employee issue I had a wonderful experience and would recommend KY-KO to others.

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

The repairs estimate was in our budget from this roofing company. They assured me that even in my absence the work will be done properly. I had to go out for a meeting. I was relaxed as they were in touch with me all the time while I was away, on the repairs work.

Awesome Roofing Company! After searching for a good roofing company, we were fortunate enough to find Almeida Roofing. They removed our old roof and installed a new one and did a fantastic job! Very reasonably priced, great customer service, and they did a tremendous job! Our roof looks amazing! We highly recommend this Roofing Company, you won't be disappointed!

(Realtor Review) I was notified on Friday evening just before a holiday weekend that the roof needed to have an inspection done in order for the appraisal to be finalized. Not only was this a holiday weekend but we were set to close the following Tuesday. I called a few roofing companies and while some did answer no one had anyone available. Alfonso with Castile Roofing called me back and was able to get my request to his guy Don. First thing Sunday morning Don was on location going over the roof as well as getting into the attic. The photographs that Don took were very thorough, he did find a few needed repairs but was able to complete them right away. Alfonso was able to get me the roof certification that he knew would be needed by the lender. Overall I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Alfonso and Don and will 100% be referring their company to any of my clients that need an inspection.

We recently had damage due to strong straight line winds. We called them first thing in the morning and they were there and completely done by noon. Amazing!

Owners are honest and easy to communicate with. Employees worked all day every day and were always on time and courteous. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and I was then informed of the work to be completed the following day. I received everything that was contracted for and then some. The roof installation and repair did not go as smoothly as I expected. However, the follow up by the General Manager, Irbin Toglena was extraordinary. He came to my home and listened to my concerns and addressed each one to my satisfaction. We all make mistakes, including me, but kudos to Irbin for his professionalism, understanding and taking immediate action to rectify the situation. His efforts warrant a 5 star rating!

As the name for the company says it I couldn't make a BEST CHOICE for my roof, it's not only the work they do but also their customer service, their punctuality, attitude and work is irreplaceable , i am glad i was recomended for their services by a friend.
