It was a significant improvement over the company we used previously to texture/stain our living room floor years ago.

Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Mikko and his team. They did a complete renovated a condo in Scottsdale for us. (2 bathrooms, ceilings, kitchen, flooring, painting) Excellent finishing and easy to work with. (even though I might not always be) Also had many helpful suggestions.

After the reno was completed, we were out of town, and the unit below called to say they could hear running water. With no-one else to call, Mikko had a guy go check it out for us on a Saturday. I would highly recommend Miko LLC for your next job.

I called and in the first 30 seconds decided to call another company. How can you not know anything about the company you work for. I asked how much they charge for an estimate and the lady said she didn't know and in order to tell me she needed my information and if I would be a new customer. By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.

Super Expensive. Will be looking for a more competitively priced handyman service.

What an amazing company! Great work, my home is now gorgeous! Kind, professional owner and employees! I bought a home with many issues. They replaced tile, had quartz counters installed in bathrooms and kitchen, installed custom backsplash that they designed especially for me, changed light fixtures inside and outside, installed blinds, changed out large mirrors and did landscaping! They did all this at a better price than any other quote. Hard working and super polite employees. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Javier isn’t like most people you call to get something fixed. He shows up on time, has wonderful communication skills, he does what he says he’s going to do even better and quicker than he says he’s going to do it. I wish he offered other services…we need more Javiers! He resurfaced our patio and kooldecking to all match. It looks fantastic!

Mike and his Builders Express Handyman employees have done lots of work on our house over the years: installing vinyl replacement windows, complete Master Bathroom remodel, installing sky lights, etc. I have never once regretted having them do this work!
