I had a whole wall of mirrors that I wanted taken off and I knew that I'd need drywall repair. Marshall did a great job doing that task. I also had minor repairs that needed to be done for some roof leaks and he did a nice job with that. I have another appt scheduled to meet with a different handyman with expertise elsewhere and I'm looking forward to another job well done. Very friendly company to work with.

I have to replace the under-cabinet microwave with a range hood to better vent out the kitchen air. When I requested the quote, there are only few responses, and one is not available (booked out till September), one is out of service area, the only positive feedback is Response Crew.

Kelly arrived early before the scheduled time, and tried his best to do the job. However, the scope of the project given to him was not completely the way I mentioned in my quote. I stated that after installing the range hood there are back splash tiles need to be patched up, Kelly was not aware of this, and said they do not provide tile service. I wish they had made that clear.

Also, because the weight and location of the 2 machines, the job usually requires 2 persons to better proceed. I hope the company will consider to equip the technicians with jacks or other appropriate tools to handle the job in the future. In any case, I helped Kelly to finish the job as much as I can with limited supplies from Lowe's (the duct pipes are not flexible, so Kelly needed to do some improvise).

Overall, for the time and cost spent on this project, we are good with the end result.

Very happy with this service and will continue to call for my home and rental property. Michele was great when scheduling and providing my estimate hassle free and no surprises.
Steve showed up on time as scheduled and clearly communicated everything. Some of the work could not be completed but it wasn’t for lack of Steve trying to make it right despite the issue being a customer service issue from a third party.
Also must point out that when they say they observe masking and distancing due to COVID, they really do.

After looking for a good value, great quality service we settled on using them for our baseboards first and we were so impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail that we decided to use them for our cabinets as well. We are so happy we did. The owner is very responsive and is committed to giving you a great level of service and product. Our friends and family are still amazed at the level of quality for the price. We are debating on redoing our bathrooms and we are trying to work out timing but when we do we will be using them for our vanities and shelves.

Kyle has been giving us amazing service for years. The name says it all, always honest and always great work. They have done a bunch of work at my house from little stuff like ceiling fans and hose bibs to replacing a hot water tank, etc. I never hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Garth and staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen gorgeous! They were able to repair our dog chewed corners, replace a water damaged pony wall and had an amazing granite guy to do our counter tops. If anything wasn’t to our satisfaction Garth immediately addressed the issue and fixed it.

I telephoned this company and was told rudely that they weren't taking any work at this time and hung up the phone.
